With this being a newer hotel, I'm writing this more as a feedback for the hotel to improve.
We were given an accesible room as that was what was left when we checked in. The room design is not exactly accesible for the fridge. The door could easily be switched to open the other way, so I hope this room is the only one like that.
It's also not a kitchenette. It is a counter with sink & a fridge/freezer. There is no toaster, kettle or cooktop. They provide a dishwasher, but not sure how much can be cooked in the room. When we asked the front desk if there was a toaster to borrow, we were told no but we could use the one at breakfast.
We weren't given hand soap in our room, but instead a face bar. There was no floor towel or conditioner. There were some pieces of garbage on the floor (plastic wrappers & tags). The paper towel had 3 pieces left on it with no spare in the room.
At check in we were charged more for an accessible room? So we had to get that fixed after the fact. Not sure why the accesible room was more, but maybe the type was different and the check in person wasn't aware of that.
The staff were also standing around talking loudly about their personal lives & things they've seen happen at the back of the hotel. I also heard one staff storm out from the back angry that someone "put their own stuff in the toaster", then stood at the toaster and watched.
For the price, it's ok. I'd stay again if needed, but the cleanliness and staff attitude could use an adjustment.
