Ездили по программе все включено. Еда вкусная, заказываешь как в ресторане (не шведский стол), из-за этого часто официанты могут забыть записать и принести блюдо. Пляж хороший. Номера хорошие, но пол в них грязный. Во всех барах местный алкоголь, только в одном баре был импортный. Территория у отеля маленькая, но рядом есть еще один отель которым можно пользоваться. Там мы играли в теннис, гольф и баскетбол. Так же там есть аквапарк с хорошими горками.

We visited this wonderful place during march 2024 with our friends and was everything perfect and so nice. Service and food are so good in Iberotel Makadi Beach. Staff are so nice and helpful and doing everything for helping the guest and to let their stay comfortable and nice. We will come back.

Arrived late around 10.30pm was shown to our room , west bay superior double, very large and well equipped, went exploring next morning , looking for the towel huts, which are all along the beach front, none near the pools, pools all very nice clean and well maintained, music at the swim up pool, not to our taste but put up with it. The food in the westbay restaurant was very good quality and served to a high standard, only problem I had was birds at breakfast, they were inside the restaurant eating pancakes, waffles and all over the bread I found this very unhygienic and off putting . Drinks could be improved so much more, just by having nicer glasses and presented better, all the cocktails served in plastic beaker glasses.Entertainment was poor, a singer at the beach bar on an evening when it was so cold no one watching because they were all inside, move the entertainment inside, made no sense. But our biggest problem with the hotel was the lack of no smoking areas , no matter where we sat , drank or ate someone was smoking , which we found extremely rude .After all that we did enjoy our stay, but would nt return ,

Amazing holiday for our 2nd stay here, room was perfect and immaculate, staff were really polite, friendly and helpful. Entertainment team were superb again. All the staff in Sunflower restraunt were great and the reception team were very helpful. Special mention to Atta, Mostafa and Mohamed at the fun pool made our days perfect Atta was a great friend to my son so kind. Taher in Cafe Blue a genuinely nice guy true gentleman and very funny, he's now a great friend. Mohammed from the pool table bar again was a great guy and very friendly. Big thank you to Pia and Bido in the entertainment team they were so good with us and Shams and the rest of the team were great. Negatives now..... my son has a nut allergy which he needs an epi pen for and almost all the desrts had nuts in or on, no need for so many nuts. Most of the on site shops use black market exchange rate so if your not savvy your getting ripped off like we did in jewellery shop by Sunflower However just down from that the clothes shop on the corner as you turn to go into Shishe he uses bank rates, Mara he's called and he's a great lad. Amazing holiday loved it thank you to all the staff everyone of you. Use Generals Adventures for all excursions 100%recommend them.

I have no negative comments about the hotel. The rooms were a good nice, kept spotlessly clean each day. 3 good sized pools with plenty of loungers, each pool had a bar as well as a bar by the beach, the terrace and in the foyer. Good selection of food for each meal. I eat quite plainly, so a typical breakfast for me was cereal, yoghurt with fresh fruit and pancakes. My more adventurous daughter sampled many of the different dishes on offer. One more she had battered Cauliflower, roasted vegetables, omelette and hash brownie! At lunch time and evening meal there was always a pasta station, two types of soup, lots of different breads, lots of different salads, rice, potatoes, then different meat and fish dishes. Lots of choice of cakes all beautifully decorated. The hotel has its own private beach, again there were plenty of sunbeds available. Of an evening there was some entertainment..singers, dancers, violinist, and saxophone player. Entertainment was quite low key, there were not that many on the terrace. I expect in the summer months everywhere will be much busier and more entertainment. There were tennis, table tennis and crazy golf available. If you want to get away and just chill and enjoy the sunshine then this hotel is ideal. I was surprised at how green the complex was, there were a lot of shrubs with colourful flowers and the staff worked very hard mowing the grass and sweeping up leaves The only downside for me was that the hotel was quite isolated, you couldn't go for a walk or take a local bus. Except for trips you were contained within the complex. However being on the complex meant that we felt very safe and could walk through the complex in the dark without any concerns. So..in conclusion as long as you are happy having a week's rest in the sunshine, chilling by the pool or beach then this is ideal

The place is really large and next to beach. Positive: - nice area outside buildings - many flowers - coral reef in front of hotel - animation is good and fun for kids in Negatives: - rooms are somewhat dated and not really well maintained. Bed was very hard and not comfortable at all. Broken items in bathroom. Terrace though was quite nice but sea view was actually quite partial. Towels not very new. Overall you have th feeling of a good 3 star or average 4 star hotel but by fat not 5. - food is a lot. Very few really tasty dishes. Actually breakfast is fine but not dinner. Generally low quality of food. - there is a very bad practice of keeping sunbeds reserved by putting a towel. Main people doing it were from Russia. Should not be supported by hotel. Makes guests quite upset. - aqua park only works from 10 to 4. - Alcohol they serve is a poison. Local brand San Siro for all except beer. I did not dare to taste. Smells bad. Beer tastes good but seems not to have Alcohol. Small glasses they use. Which makes it not convenient. - not much English in staff.
