Don't let this hotel from the front mislead you,outside it looks beautiful but when you get inside it doesn't deliver the experience firstly it's supposed to be all inclusive but you find yourself having to pay for WIFI/ food /Beer/wine I've been to Egypt 12 times and this us the 1st hotel that you have to pay for sakara an Egyptian beer. The food is OK but generally cold and the beer is warm the staff are very good and really Try there best but the management are not the best the rooms are strange as well your TV doesn't line up with your bed which is hard work the restaurants are ok but if you want decent food you've to pay so overall very poor and we won't be back to this hotel

That good we have booked again for 2024 fantastic service no complaints at all would highly recommend it and if anyone from the hotel checks this can we have a room near the swim up pool.

The staff is really kind and nice (never had such a great experience), the hotel is big enough so it’s never crowded, the food is good (a lot of different restaurants- have to try the Chinese one!). The hotel beach is sandy, the sea is beautiful and you have plenty activities outside the resort. And go to the spa! Definitely will be back!

Great room and fantastisc service. God food and five different restaurangs. High quality on both food and cleaning. The enviroment is very nice and calming. The staff is very service minded and dedicated that the guests is happy. There is no problem only solutions. We will absolutly return to this hotel again.

Hotel is really a Paradise of Relaxation, the resort over all is very clean, quiet, cozy and the did their best to create a fantastic a**osphere. Food and beverages were more than amazing, we really enjoyed the delicious food and drinks, we were expecting regular oriental food but they surprised us with a fantastic international food and specially the seafood. All hotel staff was so friendly and very professional in the same time .. they were doing all efforts to make us comfortable and enjoyed. Location is perfect and room view was wonderful and they organized some entertainment parties which was really awesome. It's adults only hotel , so no kids noise at all so you feel so relaxed on the pool or on the beach. Many thanks for the hotel management who succeeded to embrace us , and very special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim el nagar the group area manager , Hamdy dewir the F&B assistant manager, Nader Labib the reception manager and the chef. Many thanks guys for making our vacation unforgettable.

Amazing staff! Friendly, helpful, mr Nader and the rest of the staff (restaurant, bar, the pool, reception, cleaners)were always happy to help You! Hotel's architecture looks beautiful, wooden ornament and rooms with direct access to the pool looks astonishing. Comfortable beds by the pool and really nice and quaint bar. Especially for couples and people who wants to relax, without loud music, kids etc.

Our first holiday at the Grand Palace, it lived up to expectations - yes, everything was actually better. 1st room with pool access 👍 2. the food👍 3. service - everywhere in the hotel 4. the pool, sunbeds and the beach👍 Unfortunately, I fell on a flight of stairs in the middle of the holiday, had to be seen by the doctor, in hospital and have a plaster cast here as well and the following days we got the best service and help from the hotel. Fully deserved 5 stars and will come again

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a holiday. I vacationed there 2 weeks ago and was very pleasantly impressed, since I have something to compare with (I vacationed in Egypt 8 times before). Firstly, the hotel was built relatively recently - about 4 years ago. Everything is clean and tidy. Very, very nice and polite staff. Service at the highest level - everywhere, on the beach and in the restaurant and in the hotel itself. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, every detail. Wonderful SPA on the beach, I highly recommend trying a massage.

Very friendly staff at the hotel that made our visit pleasant. When we arrived we got an upgrade to the juniorsuite and got a lovely room with seaview thanks for that! Lobby bar staff especially nice. Can recommend this hotel to couples that want a relaxing holiday. Keijo and Monica
