Ulasan Zya Regina Resort and Aqua Park Hurghada

Jika anda membawa anak-anak anda bermain, hotel ini terletak di kawasan pusat bandar. Ia sangat mudah untuk keluar dan mencari sesuatu untuk dimakan. Kolam renangnya sangat besar, kanak-kanak sedang berseronok, dan saya akan memilih hotel ini pada masa akan datang saya mempunyai peluang!

The Regina is a basic all inclusive hotel right in the centre of Hurghada. Easy walking distance to the Marina and bars, restaurants etc are right outside the front door. Majority of staff are friendly, tips get you better service (as in most places in Egypt). Samir who cleaned our bungalow was absolutely fantastic, every day he left something else in our room that helped us enjoy our stay. From a kettle (not typical to get in Egypt all inclusive) to hotel embroidered slippers and a wonderful smile every single day, I hope the management cherish him as he is simply brilliant. The bungalow was spacious enough but the shower was tiny, beds comfy, plenty of clean towels too. The food is basic and not to the standard I’ve had in other hotels in Hurghada but there was always something to have. The beer is poured in to small glasses from a bottle and all the spirits are local equivalents. If like me you need coffee early morning (before 7) then you’ll have to pay for it. They have a machine in a little cafe area and at the pool/beach bars but machine coffee is not available whilst breakfast is being served. Instead it’s provided in a huge urn and not very palatable. If you arrive before 3pm you’re not entitled to have lunch or dinner after 12 o’clock check out on your last day…they cut your band off when you check out. If you check in after 3pm then you can get a voucher from reception which allows you to have lunch. I’ve never had this at any other hotel in Egypt (this was my 18th visit) and adds to the basic feel of the hotel. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel to enjoy the ever present sunshine then the Regina could be for you.

It was okay, but it wasn’t warm enough in winter hope next time they would be able warm up the Ocean during winter time.

設施非常破舊，房間採光很差，服務人員態度也很差，整個環境讓人感覺很不安全，嚴重的圖文不符，不推薦入住！！！

性價比的選擇。離市區比較近。食物太粗糙了，奶酪都是植物油劣質奶酪。海灘漂亮，就是推銷人員太多了。考慮價格還不錯

除了前台一個男服務員態度差，其他都很滿意，定的離開當日包午餐，前台説沒有，氣人

酒店有泳池沙灘，設施非常多，但唯一不足的係很舊，水龍頭花灑壞咗都噴晒水出嚟都沒有維修，但早餐非常豐富，只係服務人員態度比較差，包括餐廳及前台都係一樣，但在埃及這是好普通的事！

The people were friendly, food was very good, we arrived at 5 pm and we directly took the rooms from the reception they were so friendly and helpfull and took two rooms 632 and 631 the room were so good it were garden view and the houskeeping were everyday cleaning the rooms and changing the towels the beach also was so good with much activities and entertainment and also the night shows were so good we had much fun here and we hope we can come vack soon thanks for everyone here for that great vacation✈️✈️❤️✈️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wow It was nice vacation I liked this hotel so much the people they are very friendly and polite about the hotel it’s really amazing everything is special The animation team is very beautiful And make everyone happy and smiling About the service is very good Rooms is clean The most beautiful thing is the location I enjoyed my holiday

Animation team is good , but the food was not good at all , also the receptionist his attitude very bad not solving any problems and stuff needs big changes that will be better , and the beach was vey good and i had a really time in the beach only shsh

This hotel is disgusting. In Egypt there are many poor street animals, some who are lucky enough to live in hotel gardens, and are loved by staff and guests alike, unless they lived here! The management have just POISONED some innocent beautiful souls who were not doing harm to anyone😡 Please think twice before supporting this business 🙏

Just returned from spending 11 days at the ZYA Regina. Lots of positives about the hotel including how close it is to amenities and the beach. Room: A bit tired but was fully functional and clean Food: There were plenty of choices in the restaurant, always something that suited our taste. Bar Service: Pool Bar, Beach Bar and Lobby Bar were all pretty good and were run efficiently. A special mention to Mohamed in the lobby bar, he was a real professional and did everything to make our stay an enjoyable one. Pool and Gardens: All gardens were well maintained and looked good, the gardeners worked very hard. The hotel were pretty quiet so the pool was not used very often. The pool area had only two umbrellas so it was very hot with little shade Beach: Beach was good, it was pretty rocky in places but if you entered the sea close to the beach bar there were fewer rocks and was much easer to enter the sea there. Reception: They say that first impressions matter and when we were checking in we were very disappointed with the reception staff. Staff were not friendly and they continually interrupted the checking in process by taking phone calls and chatting to other guests when they were in the process of checking us in. Other: A very simple way of getting internet access was to visit a Vodafone shop (there are lots of them just outside the hotel). It cost about 7 UK pounds for 8GB of data.

It was very good vacation, animation team, especially Jana was very nice and kind. Every day they are had evening show, All my friens likes it, I will try to come back to Regina after 2 months again. And about the food on the restaurant, it qas amazing!!!))
