Our experience at this hotel was amazing. We had amazing service from the beginning. Before even checkjng in to the hotel they took us to dinner as they knew we were tired and hungry after long travel and then checked us in.
The food is amazing the variety is amazing. Heated pools indoor and out door are amazing! The beach is beautiful with clear water clean sand well
Maintained and plenty of seating! The hotel staff are very kind!

Thank you to Mr. Ali at the reception for the warm welcome and great service. The place is very nice and wonderful for Honeymooners, all services are near each other, clean rooms,amazing swimming pools ,a sandy beach,a tidy environment, and an excellent team.

こんなに素敵なホテルは経験したことがありませんでした。
友達の誕生日を祝いたいと直前に言ったのにも関わらず素敵なケーキとプレートと花びらを用意してくださいました。また、チェックアウトした後も、シュノーケリング後のシャワーを借りてくださったりホットドリンクをくださって、ホスピタリティーの高さを感じました。景色が綺麗な他、スタッフが皆親切で、リラックスできる空間と時間でした。ここのホテルに来て、エジプトやエジプト人が大好きになりました。
大切な人にも勧めたいほど、本当におすすめのホテルです。フルガダに来るならここが1番だと確信します。みなさま本当にありがとうございました。

房間很大又乾淨，飯店的服務員，態度都非常不錯，設施完善，活動安排的很棒，全天都可以吃到想吃的東西及飲料，重點是，沒有小孩的吵鬧聲，非常不錯的經營模式，我下次再聊還會再來入住。

房間很好，服務也非常細心。運動豐富多彩，玩了飛鏢，沙灘排球，乒乓球。餐廳味道也很豐富，很安靜的酒店，亞洲人不多，可以很好的享受度假生活，值得推薦。

海邊度假酒店，新開業的，所以設施，衞生都挺好，房間很大，一日三餐談不上美食，種類也算比較豐富，衹是中國人不太習慣的口味。酒店每日有不同的娛樂活動和演出。

優：飯店算是滿漂亮，泳池很大，直通海灘，check out後當天都還可以自由使用飯店設施及餐飲！
缺：餐廳有四間都是buffet，不精緻，菜色可能也不適合亞洲人，check in 櫃檯並沒任何的介紹，房間內也沒有任何對飯店設施/餐廳的說明單張，在海灘及泳池區都會有推銷的人。

很漂亮的酒店，客羣基本都是歐洲人沒有國人。但是服務人員態度一般，從前台到餐廳和酒吧都有點不耐煩，比如我要酒基本不理我要我很大聲提醒才會慢慢給我倒酒，前台也是問他問題很不耐煩。對比在盧克索和阿斯旺住的酒店，我覺得就是有些歧視。
還有就是第一天入住的時候反覆斷電，體感不是很好。
