The place and the service are good. The animation team are a bit rubbish. However, the external performers are excellent. We saw a marching band and a fire act which were both excellent. The place states it’s a 5 star ultra all inclusive, I would say personally that it’s a good 4 star. I would possibly stay again but I’m not in any rush to go back.

The staff here is amazing! They are super friendly and they work hard. The place is insanely clean. The beds are amazing, probably the best bed I ever slept in. We didn't really like the wine. Sometimes at night we were a little bit hungry, but there was no snack at night. It would have been nice if there was a little something to eat, like some prepacked snacks. In short, I can really recommend this place!

Our experience at this hotel was amazing. We had amazing service from the beginning. Before even checkjng in to the hotel they took us to dinner as they knew we were tired and hungry after long travel and then checked us in. The food is amazing the variety is amazing. Heated pools indoor and out door are amazing! The beach is beautiful with clear water clean sand well Maintained and plenty of seating! The hotel staff are very kind!

The hotel is very close to the airport, about 4 kilometers away, and 8 kilometers from town. The overall environment is pleasant, with a beach, pool, ocean, and sunrise. The room amenities are average, comparable to a domestic budget hotel. The three meals a day are excellent, with snacks and tea breaks in between. The breakfast is the most extensive, and there are performances in the evening. It's a great place to relax for a few days. The journey from China was a bit arduous, with over 24 hours between departure and check-in.

There was no discrimination against Chinese people. All the staff I encountered were very nice. I arrived two or three hours early and was checked in directly. There were no children and it was not noisy at all. It was very cozy and beautiful. There were not many Chinese people.

We had a great rest, the renovation is super, the food is very tasty, the amenities on the beach are great. Not many people, a quiet holiday, not noisy. The only thing is that we couldn't get into the SPA with the voucher, there is an appointment 2 days in advance, and we were at the hotel only 1.5. I also indicated in my wishes 2 separate beds, but the room had one large - very uncomfortable, when the second person turns over in his sleep, all the vibrations are transmitted to the other ... We couldn't get enough sleep. Everything else is super. There is no reef, corals, or fish near the shore. We didn't know, we wanted to swim with masks ... For those who care, keep in mind, there are no fish here.
