"住了三天，一價全包非常過癮。房間住的很舒服，設施略有老舊但還可以。海水很漂亮，海灘也不錯。主餐廳的自助餐比想象中要好得多，海灘餐廳的點餐晚餐也很好。最有特色的阿拉伯餐廳沒預約到，所以不能評價。建議到的第一天要儘快熟悉環境和預訂餐廳，晚餐都是要提前一天預訂的。"

"I liked this hotel as it was perfect for a solo traveller. The animation team were energetic but not pushy and didn't force people to join in. It is not tremendously large and in March all the activities are done on the beach. I was the only person beside the pool on my first day and was wondering where everyone was.....it's a different world on the beachfront.... hundreds of people sunbathing, swimming etc. Unsure if pools are busy in summer instead of beach.
I wasn't very impressed with food.... lots of beef style casserole at beach restaurant but always very fatty and not great quality. Food in main buffet often only lukewarm....I don't like that as I worry about food safety, upset tummies etc.
Cocktails are made fresh in front of you and they were lovely.
The snorkeling at the hotel beach was super....saw thousands of fish.....even a barracuda and large type of ray.
I got 8 nights for a bargain but I see summer rates are at least double the price....on that basis it wouldn't be worth it for me to go back.

"米瑞特是晴天集團酒店綜合體下的公寓式酒店，在馬路西邊（馬路東邊靠海的集團下的另一家酒店帕拉馬米瑞特）。對這家公寓酒店不是很滿意，主要是前台和服務生很不專業，服務生不夠禮貌，急於要小費的嘴臉。前台也糊裡糊塗的，沒給我吃飯的手環，因為這家酒店包三餐，吃飯要去馬路對面的酒店一樓餐廳吃飯，需要手上有一個手環才可以，他沒給我手環，我也不知道，為這個，我馬路兩邊跑了兩三趟，氣的我想罵街。如果選擇住這家，記得提醒前台要bracelet（手環）。離gobus車站不太遠，走路過去路有坡度，拉行李也會累。米瑞特公寓酒店是可以享用東邊帕拉瑪米瑞特酒店的沙灘，是一個集團的，它北邊有一個地下通道直接過去東邊的沙灘，同樣要帶手環。訂出海項目的時候，一定要説清楚，馬路西邊的叫米瑞特，不要和對面的帕拉馬米瑞特混了，否則可能接不到人。這個公寓房間很大，但是沒什麼景色，窗户都是樓的圈圈裡。預算夠的話建議住東邊的帕拉瑪米瑞特酒店。住了三天吃飯海灘都沒有碰到華人。"

"Отель очень понравился, для отдыхающих в возрасте, без детей. Еда отличная в ресторане, есть с чем сравнить, мы были еще в одном отеле тоже 4 звезды. На Пасху был вкусный ужин, и креветки жареные и кальмары, рыба в кляре. Есть анимация, персонал старается. Небольшой минус это пляж, до глубины в море нужно идти метров 50. Но когда дойдешь, это просто сказка, вода чистая, цвет красивенный. Очень достойный вариант за свои деньги!"

PPengguna TetamuQuite good all inclusive - plan, nice assortment of coctails and food. Only the ala cartes could be better. They serve same food than the buffet but you just get is served to the table. More variance. Also the reservation for the ala cartes is difficult and they are always fullybooked so we couldt even try them all.
Waiters seems to serve more the house personnel who weirdly eat with the customers at same restaurant. It didnt feel nice when the cook sit whith his kitchen clothes next to us or the officers with theis suits when you are yourself at holiday mood and dressed accordingly. Usually there is own cantines for workers.
Not the best beach, there isnt anything to see compared to some resorts with reefs with lot of fishes but they do have a free golc course (Par3) so it compensates, you cant have it all, can you.
Big pool was freezing, even the sea is warmer so if you rely on that one and dont like to sea then you will be dissapointed. We liked the beac more as the pool gives the swimming hall wibes with the dreary tiles. I wish they would make pools more exitng and this is not for Steigenberger but generally.
Nice touch that they filled the minibar daily with coke, beer and juices and it was included.
They had some kind of evening program but unfortunately it was always in the front of buffet restaurant so you would need to dine there to enjoy it. Why there isnt anything at the beach? Beach parties, disco, dance shows etc. It would be nice!

Those people are hospitality gurus, the way they treated me and my family made us all overwhelmingly happy. Every single detail was taken into consideration and exceeded my expectations.
-Once in the restaurant my son was hesitant and in seconds the chef made him a special order that suits his taste.
-Snacks and pizzas are so yummy.
-The hotel is nice and cozy.
-The views are relaxing.
-Super clean Rooms, Pools and restaurants.
-The main restaurant served seafood several times. However, It was never smelly and this is a plus.
-Access was available to Jaz Casa Del Mar's lovely sandy beach.
Words won't express my feelings when the hotel sent me a complimentary birthday cake on my birthday and another compliment was sent the next day (fruit platter, nuts and maccarons😋😋)

AAaronI stayed at this hotel for 6 nights for my partner’s birthday. From the time I got there the hotel was very helpful with giving us a upgraded room and then going further to decorate the room/bed with heart pillows and pillow doves. They also provided a birthday cake twice on the day we arrived and on her birthday which we couldn’t be anymore thank you. I want to give a big shoutout to Mohammed the room cleaner, everyday was a surprise coming back into the bedroom he would decorate the room/bed with towels making different animals etc. Food buffet was really nice also had ice cream. ( I would say the hotel should make it so guest can get scoops for ice cream during the day not only for dinner) you get ice cream during the day but it’s ice cream lollipops etc. animation team was really good always involving everyone, want to say a shoutout to all the animation team especially mo salah, high energy and kept everyone very entertained. The beach is sandy! The photos don’t do it justice as the photos I saw online shows it to be stone beach with a bit of sand. The WiFi is good for a hotel which can be used on the beach. We was able to get a sun bed everyday by the many pools and beach. Nothing to fault this hotel was really amazing! (That’s coming from someone who only stays at high quality hotels).

PPengguna TetamuDuring our family trip to Jungle Aqua Park, we were thrilled by the idea of staying in a resort that promised fun, relaxation, and plenty of activities with its all-inclusive offerings. Sadly, while there were some bright spots, much of our experience left us feeling frustrated, and at times, even scammed by the way things were structured.
The Good
- The facilities themselves are well-maintained and visually appealing. The pools and theme park rides, when open, provided excellent entertainment for both adults and kids.
- The variety of pools and slides seemed promising on paper, and when operational, they delivered an exciting experience.
The Not-So-Good
1. Questionable All-Inclusive Facilities & Timings
The biggest disappointment of our stay was the deliberate clash in operating times for different amenities. For instance, dinner ended abruptly at 8:30 PM, but the popcorn, doughnut, and candyfloss stalls at the theme park (especially appealing to kids) shut down only half an hour later at 9 PM. This left us scrambling to enjoy everything in the tiny time-slots available and made it nearly impossible to take full advantage of what's included.
Even more frustratingly, theme park rides for adults were bizarrely restricted, with only one ride open per night as a rule. This limited options and left us wondering why the resort would restrict its own attractions.
2. Artificially Prolonged Queues
Breakfast became a daily test of patience. The focus on one egg station for omelets—not even offering options like scrambled or fried eggs—created unnecessarily long lines. It often felt like the resort intentionally used these extended wait times to waste your morning, essentially cutting into the time you could use for exploring the resort’s facilities. Not ideal when you're already struggling to balance overlapping schedules!
3. Staff Attitude & Service
Another major letdown was the attitude of many staff members. We found them to be unfriendly, unhelpful, and sometimes even outright rude. When raising questions or trying to understand how things worked, we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than welcome guests. Customer service is key in any resort, and unfortunately, Jungle Aqua Park missed the mark on this front.
- Better alignment of operating times across the resort to allow guests to enjoy all-inclusive perks without a rushed experience.
- More consistent opening of adult rides so guests can maximize their enjoyment of the waterpark.
- Breakfast options should be expanded beyond omelets to reduce queue times and provide more variety.
- Training the staff to prioritize customer service and handle guest inquiries more politely would greatly enhance the guest experience.
While Jungle Aqua Park showed flashes of potential in terms of its facilities, the inefficiencies and poor management of schedules made it difficult to fully enjoy what was offered. What should have been a stress-free, family-friendly vacation often turned into a logistical challenge, filled with avoidable friction and unnecessary waiting. With improvements in scheduling, staff attitude, and a more guest-centered approach, this resort could truly shine. However, as it stands now, I would hesitate to recommend it, especially for families looking for a relaxing time.

Sikapnya sangat lemah. Cuma wifi lobby je free, so lobby free nak surf internet sebab data kami beli sendiri. Tidak mengapa jika tiada wifi di dalam bilik, tetapi isyarat di dalam bilik sangat, sangat lemah. Saya menyelam ke laut dan terdapat grid penuh 4g di tengah laut. Di dalam bilik, mesej WeChat sering dihantar selama dua minit dan ia masih berada dalam kalangan. Jika anda ingin mengalami seseorang Dunia yang tenang, selamat datang untuk hidup.
Bercakap tentang menyelam, pusat menyelam di Hilton adalah sebuah lubang. Kami mengumpul wang untuk 5 terjunan, tetapi hanya mengatur 4 terjunan. Pada akhirnya, menyelam mendapati pelbagai alasan untuk tidak membawa kami, dan apabila kami mula membayar, kami mesti Untuk menyemak semula, kami mahukan Euro pada masa itu. HHuseyinOzcanHotel is half-pansion system means you have a good breakfast and a good dinner. Hotel has her own beach and heated pool. If you used to huge hotels this hotel is like a small nice boutique hotel.
Hotel is very clean. Rooms are cleaning every day. Bottled water, coffee, tea and kettle are suitable every day in the room. Flat tv, refrigirator and clima are in the room. I couldn't be able to start the clima machine for heating but there is a good machine. You ask hair drier from reception for free.
Restaurant is also clean and meals are enough and delicious.
If you will go to early tour hotel prepare your breakfast for free and if your tour return late hotel prepare and serve your dinner late. Just tell the reception you will go early and returning late. They just ask 50 eygpt pound per person for packing the meals.
1 gb internet for room is not enough for the stay but you can buy extra from the reception.
Only one card for a room and extra charge for second room card is not fair.
Whole employee of the hotel are very kind and try to help you but each of them should ask everthing to manager.
Taking pitza or something from outside is a problem. Also alcohol is not permitted in this hotel as mostly in Egypt. I think hotel needs more customer needs and pleasures based; not rules based.
They need to have a fair price for early checkin and late checkout. May be just for shower.
Tour desk in the hotel is very helpful and fair price.
If you have any problem find Mr. Alla and Ms. Ruvan. Your problem will be solved faster.
I advice my two friends to checkin this hotel and they checkin. I will come back.

We had to move rooms as we had no hot water … but they moved us no problem.
The outside areas are lovely … bars around the pools … the only suggestion would be to have nibbles and also ice has to be available … the beach bar no ice at all again this is a no brainer.
The food needs overhauling by a chef … hot food generally not hot enough. No chips for kids .. no burgers … the menu needs changing and the cooks need training from a chef
The quality of the food needs a lot of improvement… many guests not happy one said it was a culinary catastrophe, a lot started eating out.
When you get there you are given a coloured wrist band and the staff will see you are a new arrival.
I saw new arrival guests get approached by on site staff selling , massages,nail and beauty makeovers,trips,and ice creams … as many as 5 approaches in 10 minutes.
In 5* hotels these people are at stations around the hotel and when guests are ready they go to these stations .. they don’t get hounded …the massage guy approached me 3-4 times a day.
Some of the trips need vetting
The service was ok and all the staff was friendly … the animation team need new outfits .. I couldn’t really see what they did to be fair .. no games to get people involved.
Overall it was a nice stay .. but there is a lot to work on .. I hope they will see this honest review and make changes … it could be a 4-5* but it will
only be a 3* if they don’t make changes

PPengguna TetamuThe Regina is a basic all inclusive hotel right in the centre of Hurghada. Easy walking distance to the Marina and bars, restaurants etc are right outside the front door. Majority of staff are friendly, tips get you better service (as in most places in Egypt).
Samir who cleaned our bungalow was absolutely fantastic, every day he left something else in our room that helped us enjoy our stay. From a kettle (not typical to get in Egypt all inclusive) to hotel embroidered slippers and a wonderful smile every single day, I hope the management cherish him as he is simply brilliant.
The bungalow was spacious enough but the shower was tiny, beds comfy, plenty of clean towels too.
The food is basic and not to the standard I’ve had in other hotels in Hurghada but there was always something to have. The beer is poured in to small glasses from a bottle and all the spirits are local equivalents. If like me you need coffee early morning (before 7) then you’ll have to pay for it. They have a machine in a little cafe area and at the pool/beach bars but machine coffee is not available whilst breakfast is being served. Instead it’s provided in a huge urn and not very palatable.
If you arrive before 3pm you’re not entitled to have lunch or dinner after 12 o’clock check out on your last day…they cut your band off when you check out. If you check in after 3pm then you can get a voucher from reception which allows you to have lunch. I’ve never had this at any other hotel in Egypt (this was my 18th visit) and adds to the basic feel of the hotel.
