Pretty nice and extremely kind reception people. I love them. As usual like other hotels in Iceland, you should take a ride to get here. The hotel room was big enough and there were 3 beds in the room although I'm staying by myself. I love the way how the room is formed. I had two doors, one led me to the yard side and the other one faced the other rooms as well as the reception. IDK this is the general rule but the shower pressure was horrible. It took more than 30 minutes to take a shower. Speaking of the Hot tub, it was pretty small and adorable. But if you have plans to visit either Blue Lagoon or Secret Lagoon, You'd better skip this Hot tub.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage.Sehr freundliche Vermieter, nettes für 3 Personen etwas kleines Zimmer (aber für 2 Nächte ausreichend). Sehr gutes Frühstück. Den Hot Tube haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Bequeme Lobby zum Aufenthalt. Liebevolle Ausstattung der Flure mit Bildern und Infos zu Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Nous avons réservé une nuit ici avec mon copain. C’était parfait, mais alors le meilleur de cette hôtel je pense que c’est sans-faute le petit déjeuner! Nous avons jamais mangé un tel petit déjeuner ! Je recommande a 100%!!

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our roadtrip to Iceland, everyone was super friendly. We had a complementary upgrade to one of the new rooms that were super cozy, we loved the blankets on the room. And trying the hot tub was a whole new experience. But I also want to make a special shoutout to Paulina, she was the one that checked us in. She gave us a super nice welcome and many useful tips for our stay. Definitely worth staying here!

One-story hotel located just outside of Hveragerði and just off the Ring Road. Nice size room with desk, black-out drapes and ample storage for clothes. There was space for a mini-refrigerator under the desk but there was no refrigerator in my room (not sure if this is the case throughout the hotel). My rate included a nice breakfast buffet and use of a hot tub (although I didn’t take advantage of the hot tub). I also ate dinner at the hotel restaurant, which I enjoyed, but service could have been a little better. A very good value – one of the least expensive places I stayed during my 12 nights in Iceland.

The hotel is alright, a bit run down and needs a refresh. The beds were not very comfortable and the blinds all in white which meant we slept in full light ( it does not go dark in the night outside ) . Overall I was hoping for more, specifically as they advertised their beds of a good brand but they weren't up to standard. Also the bathroom was a bit dirty. Staff however super nice and professional and I'll give them 10 out of ten!

- Lovely and friendly hotel staff - Breakfast has a fast option but also a wide variety of hot and cold options of very good quality and taste - Bedroom is very comfortable with clean and high-quality bed linens and towels - Overall cleanliness of the hotel is spotless and very pleasant and organised - Hotel has an authentic style of a cosy farm place - Underfloor heating makes it very warm and cosy in the winter - Location is about 40 minutes driving from the capital with safe roads - Free parking or shuttle service at a cost available - Hotel is located in a tidy and interesting city, making it easy to get to other destinations - Horse riding tours are offered and highly recommended - Bonus supermarket nearby - Had an amazing stay and will definitely be coming back Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making the stay even better

This was a lovely hotel which was very easy to find - around a 50 minute drive from the airport. The location is perfect if you are planning a trip around the Golden Circle. There is ample free parking outside. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The heating was really good and the hot tub outside is a lovely addition. Bed was comfortable, we slept amazingly both nights! Breakfast was good, plenty on offer. We did not eat dinner in the hotel, instead we visited the local restaurants in Hveragerdi and Selfoss which are both a very short drive away. The only complaint I would have is that the shower was quite bad - very low pressure, hard to get the right temperature and quite strong smelling. That being said, it did not spoil our visit in the slightest.

A sweet oasis in the middle of the beautiful Golden Circle. Nice accommodations, a generous breakfast, and the cutest parade of horses to see out the window! We didn't get to try the hot tub while we were there but appreciated having that option. Comfy beds. Very helpful staff (and they spoke great English, too).

We stayed at this Hotels guesthouse next door but we used the Hotel,s bar and we had breakfast in the Hotel dining room.We stayed in the Guesthouse one night on Thursday 5th October 2023. Reception staff are friendly,they advised us to drive round the back to the stable block as this Hotel and Guesthouse is primarily a Horse riding centre,The Guesthouse is ok if a bit of a comedown from the Hotel itself although all the buildings are of a prefabricated nature and not bricks or stone. The Guesthouse rooms are small with a sink and there's shared bathrooms and a lounge.The beds were a bit hard and the pillows(one as usual)but a spare in wardrobe were all but useless what I would describe as fresh air pillows as no support.Rooms and Guesthouse were clean as was Hotel.Bar in Hotel is Expensive two small beers £14! Comfy seating and free hot drinks and biscuits in Hotel lounge is good.Shower in Guesthouse was good.Breakfast in Hotel was quite good,best bits were decent fruit juices,waffle making press and bacon and scrambled eggs.If I stayed here again id stay in the Hotel.The only downside to staying at either the Hotel or Guesthouse are the Totally ridiculous so called Hot Tubs!! Lol!! They're two luke warm tubs outside in cold field with no bubbles!! Useless!!
