Location is great but service is not that good especially the restuarant and housekeeping.

Stayed there for 2 days and it was horrid ke experience. There is no housekeeping number every time you have to make a call in reception and then you have to remind them 3 times that what you ask for. Delay in every service.

It was good overall, except that there was a party going on, On a weekday & it had blasting music. Despite our telling them repeatedly, nothing was done & we had a difficult time sleeping

Drei Sterne hier sind nicht äquivalent zu drei Sternen in Europa. Sauberkeit war mangelhaft.
Positiv zu erwähnen jedoch ist die Service und Hilfsbereitschaft der Angestellten - sehr freundlich!

We had booked 2 rooms for 5+1 guests for 4 nights. It was surprising to see the terrible comments from earlier guests, but having experienced this now, I agree with most points. The big disappointment was, that this doesn’t resonate with anything that you’d expect a global brand to promise. There was a boiler issue & we didn’t get hot water in the bath, In the peak of winter. While breakfast spread was nice, the 3 stewards manning it were always hassled & orders were getting delivered late. There were multiple times that i noticed irate guests arguing with hotel staff & front desk…the reception staff looked like a hapless bunch of kids out of hotel mgt college, trying to defend their hotel. And there were billing errors also that we faced Clearly, there’s been no audit of this property or Radisson just doesn’t care about this one. I’d suggest you avoid booking this hotel for your visit

My stay at Radisson City Centre Lucknow was nothing short of a nightmare, starting with the terrible check-in experience with Mr. Abhinav, who sported a completely fake British accent and displayed a rude and unprofessional demeanor. Despite being a Platinum Member of Club Carlson, he showed zero courtesy or hospitality. I was allocated a twin-bed room that was stinking terribly and had an air conditioning unit louder than an electric generator. I escalated the issue to the front desk, but shockingly, there was no response for 45 minutes. When someone from maintenance finally arrived, I was told that the noise was “common in all rooms” and was even suggested to switch off the air conditioning and sleep! After escalating the matter to Mr. Dewakar, the Duty Manager, I was moved to another room on a higher floor, only to face similar issues. Finally, I was shifted to room 709, which had slightly less air conditioning noise but was still extremely smelly, as if it hadn’t been opened for months. While Mr. Shiv Pratap Singh was polite enough to acknowledge the hotel’s glaring shortcomings, both Mr. Abhinav and Mr. Dewakar remained unprofessional and dismissive throughout my stay. To make matters worse, Goibibo’s executive, Mr. Kunal, rather than resolving my issues, asked me to connect him to hotel staff, as they weren’t answering his calls. His ultimate solution? Telling me to turn off the air conditioner to sleep. Adding insult to injury, during checkout, the front desk lady didn’t even bother asking if I’d like to have breakfast or offer any resolution. Instead, she handed over my extras bill without even putting it in an envelope, showing complete indifference to the appalling experience I had endured. I am not able to upload the video but its available with me on request can be shared. This stay was an absolute disaster. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and strongly urge fellow travelers to avoid it. The unprofessionalism, lack of courtesy, and horrible room conditions make this place a complete no-go.

Food in caprese restaurant, which is the coffeeshop is terrible. I will never stay again in the hotel again. Not with my family. Such a bad experience. Service staff is very curtious n good. Sibtey was the server. He was very helping. U can't expect soo terrible taste of food. Get a good chef or close ur restaurant. I don't have words.

Stated here for three days. Located very nicely in the middle of the city near hazratganj and Aminabad shopping areas. Good hospitality. They have decent breakfast spread which can be made with variety. Good service by Aman at the restaurant.

great experience and wonderful facilities and very understanding and cooperating staff with delicious food and comfy rooms. the bedsheets were so clean and fresh. room was very neat and clean with nice smell all around. my experience was great and i suggest everyone to visit once

Stay was good Early breakfast was possible at 7am as we had to leave for Ayodhya staff were very courteous Mr Aman was specifically looking after our requirements with breakfast. Only recommendation for improvement - there was a box of the potential allergens but these were not ticked and incomplete - would be better if these were correctly written and documented next time

Hotel is good place to stay. Food was good. And service of the restaurant was also nice. Like to mention attentend Aman in restaurant, he was taking care of everything very nicely. Front office staff were also fine. Over all stay was nice and comfortable.

Travelled with my wife on a business trip. Three nights stay. Middle level and front desk managers are totally unprofessional and inept, lacking the basic courtesy of replying to messages or calls. Poor property, inept staff. Low standard of buffet breakfast. Does not deserve a Radisson tag. Not recommended.
