I’ll make it quick. Room way too small. Space around bed by wall when you get out of bed inadequate. Even worse is the miniscule space at foot of bed, where I banged every part of my upper body and head trying to squeeze through, particularly at night. Sound insulation from outside noises almost non-existent. Loud to extremely loud all day and most of night. Starting at maybe 11Pm through maybe 2AM, incredibly loud banging noises like pile drivers running, made sleep very difficult. Starngely, no noise from other rooms or outside of room.Bed ok, not great. Ditto for pillows. Comforter really not very good, at all. Had small couch which was good, but room so small all it could be used for was to dump luggage on and we only had one carry-on and one 24” piece of luggage.Had a small table that proved useful. Night tables on side of bed pretty large and good for as we have great need for space. Sharp marble corners a bit dangerous. Sufficient outlets and USB ports over night tables on both sides of bed.Phone stopped working last day we were there. Had reasonably sized refrigerator which was very welcome and useful. Ditto for microwave, in cabinet above fridge. Keurig machine has good quality coffee and hot chocolate. Big TV with good choice of channels. Bathroom was also claustrophobic. Have to sit on toilet at angle as toilet paper holder will obstruct and jab your right leg and metal supprots for sink are so close your left leg will hit bang into them, as well. Shower so narrow I could barely fit in and I am a small guy. Otherwise, shower head good, flow of water and temperature control good and floor of shower nice and rough so not slippery, at all. Water seeps out of shower. Will need to sop up with towels. Light blocked out at night effectively by secondary shades. Breakfast adequate, not great, except little egg quiche thing which was superlative, better than in most restaurants. Packaged muffin not bad and muffins when they don’t run out are ok. Typical eh machine OJ. Cereal with berries, actually pretty good, as was athe tosted bagel with cream cheese. Toaster set at perfect setting. Kudos for that. They had some yogurt and apples. And some other stuff. Staff, as I said were very friendly and glad to help out. Outside of a couple of times requiring an extra phone call to get ice and towels and things, which happens in most hotels, service was very, very good, best part of stay, really. We’re grateful for that. When my wife had to take a taxi and was not feeling well, the woman from the breakfast room was at the front desk and she offered to help. There was a machine for ordering the taxi and she input all the information in asking my wife questions at each step. Then while my wife sat and waited, the woman went outside and waited for the taxi, then came in and ot my wife when it arrived. My wife is sorry she didn’t get her name so she could mention her name here. Location very good. Restaurants and supermarkets close by. If deficiencies c
