Do not provide tea bags and sugar etc even on demand
exhaust fan in the bathroom not working so room became suffocated after using the bathroom
so overall average stay
not worth of money they are charging

We booked executive room and it was good, clean, and spacious. Slight issue with bathroom drainage but was manageable. Restaurant food is average and complementary breakfast is also ok. Overall not bad stay for 3 star hotel.

Hotel's cleanliness good. Staff's behavior good. 2 major issues i've faced. 1 - no sufficient exhaust system in washrooms. Mobile charging in bedside plug points didn't worked. Moreover after my complaints it was not rectified.

Room was not clean, towels are dirty. Dust was everywhere. It was terrific stay and the staff was good.

The room i stayed in was good and clean but had some downsides. It had a fan (but i did not find the switch anywhere to turn it on, the glass window was not completely covered with the curtain (so the lights from neighboring & opposite buildings used to come in, there are no power sockets (except for the tv & stb) and no table below it to keep anything, even the desk phone was kept on the ground (the room was quite small, as if they tried their level best to make it as small as possible for the sake of having an extra room. Good points: the location, ease of access from the main roads, clean enough and good staff. Points that made me rate it as average: it is small & feels cramped, no use of a ceiling fan as there was no switch for it, no extra power sockets and no proper placement of things in the room.
