This was my second time staying in Le Meridian Hyderabad. Had a great experience. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Special mention to Padmakshi and Rahul who took care of us to the smallest of our needs. Will definitely visit again.

The stay was very pleasant and the ambiance has no words all are like heaven comes true to me , I came here for just a business trip , but this place became home for me, starting from entrance of restaurant till my departure all are excellent, this property deserve the 7 Star ratings.

I had a decent stay at this hotel for about 9 nights. The rooms were overall quite comfortable, although there were some stains here and there, which didn’t bode very well. The service was generally good, with the staff being mostly pleasant, except for a couple of rude individuals at the reception. The food options were limited; while some cuisines were good, others were just average. It would be helpful to have some spare umbrellas available, as the entrance and main gate are not covered, and I got drenched during a sudden shower.

Centrally well located. Easy communication by bus metro rail ola auto or self driven car. Beautiful property clean and well maintained. The staffs right from valet to reception to house keeping staff are excellent and well behaved. The restaurant where we had our breakfast curated by chef Akshay was fabulous and delicious. Good varieties of the buffet was excellent. Special mention to the restaurant staffs namely Riyaz Azam and Hoirose who were great. RIYAZ AND AZAM went extra mile by taking care of my toddler and giving the food the way she liked. Awesome and pleasant experience. Would definitely come here. A hidden beauty is there live music during the breakfast so soothing for a good start of the day.

It was our 13th Marriage Anniversary and we decided to club our work and holidays at Hyderabad. Must say great reception and care throughout was accorded by the Hotel ***ager Mr. Ashwin Vaidya. It was our early checkin and our arrival tracked. Special Thanks to Madam Sanika Pradhan for her help and guidance. We were felicitated with a traditional welcome with tikka and a shawl on our shoulders. Our Rooms decorated with also towel art and balloons in the room. The Rooms were at its best with welcome amenities and delicious designed chocolates. Despite being a Gold Member, I was offered their Lounge facility. A big shout out and special thanks to Mr. Rugved Dacha, Loyalty ***ager, Mr. Saumik Sur, Rooms Division ***ager, Housekeeping ***ager Mr. Jitendra Yadav and Mr. Pankaj Singh from Housekeeping. Their service was marvellous ensuring us all the possible care needed. Special Thanks also to Mr. Akshat Selat for ensuring smooth transition from Courtyard Room to Marriott Room internally. We also had great food hospitality from Gaurav Mahadeshwar and Tanay Kala. The food was exceptionally great and enjoying at Okra & Bidri. Tremendous and personal support received from Gaurav and Tanay. Both of them were simply fabulous in their treatment towards us. We were delighted to be offered fresh juice and special dosa and paratha were made for us. We are indeed very grateful to both of them for this hospitality. Appreciate Hi***shu F&B from Marriott too. Appreciate the leadership and congratulate Mr. Ashwin for having such a wonderful, fabulous, effective team that are on its toes to ensure their guest comfortable. In one single word Amazing Experience and really thank you for making our Anniversary so very special. I look forward recommending to my friends in Hyderabad to conduct events in this Hotel. ***oj Rawat Ranjeet Nayak Thank you so much for your daily efforts. The room service provided by them was superb to me. They were always just a call away and helped me whenever I need them. Also both of them did a great job to keep my room up dated everyday. However my room will be when I move out to somewhere but when I will be back in the evening It feels like some magic had happened in my room . And everything will just be in place like water bottles, towels, clothes on hangers and the emptied dustbin and other things.. They were very helpful to me and bcs of them I had a very comfortable stay in REDFOX.

After entering to the hotel I have seen great plants and trees where I was travelling a long way I felt so welcoming and I experienced alot fresh air in the morning. Reception: People have done my check-in.so fast the team was so polite and very helpful all my queries were explained in a good ***ner. I heartfully want to thank front office team for their efforts. Specially - Ankit, Moumi and sarmistha. Good job keep it up 👏👏, I will recommend my colleagues, family' and friends to stay with Ella Hotels.
