Breakfast spread was great! Staff at the reception/restaurant were all friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable - extremely spacious. Felt very welcomed and safe with all the security at the entrance too. Thank you!

Recently visited Casbah with my friends and had a great experience in the open space The service by Mr. Rahul was excellent— attentive, polite, and professional. The food was delicious, especially the Prawn which was perfectly prepared and flavorful.

Esita was so nice and friendly and the ambiance was very good and the food was excellent I’m very happy with this experience and we will come back and share this experience with friends and family, the price range is also good for the food but sometimes the food is average

The staff was so courteous and attentive. The breakfast spread was amazingly and delicious. The room had great view , perfect for working from the room . The lounge access on 25 th floor. Couldn’t try the restaurant this time. Probably another time .

Overall very nice property. We loved with breakfast and dinner buffet. Room food was little below expectation. Room was nice but not as luxurious as jw marriott rooms. We had our dinner buffet booked on arrival but our flight got late but when i asked them to offer something in place of dinner buffet we booked, they simply refused. That was little rude because usually hotels adjust that. We loved the swimming pool. Overall it was nice experience.

This place is beautiful!!! The service is top notch and the food is amazing. As a tall person, I really really enjoyed the size of the shower and the soft cozy bed. Shout out to Arvin and Avendish in the lounge for their welcoming vibe and outstanding companionship!

My family and I visited Prego for a quiet family dinner and we were very happy with the ambience, the food and the service. The staff were very friendly, and gave us the right recommendations. Thank you Madhuri for the lovely service. We will surely visit again!

Taste of food is really amazing and authentic. I visit Westin as it is my first Choice for food. Enjoyed stay here. Esita…chef Abhay and several others are really friendly and helpful. Robot experience in serving at the table is exemplary. Overall a pleasant experience

I am the Sheraton ClubMARRIOTT member since 2016 and I regularly visit hotels “The Westin” and “Sheraton” most frequently as these two are part of membership. Today, I went to Seasonal Tastes@The Westin, Hyderabad. Today’s food is not hygiene and taste is also not that great. I have informed the same to restaurant manager and chef’s around. Few items taste like previous day food. My son ate Chicken Palav and he told me that it smelled badly and chicken is not properly cooked and he vomitted the food. Again, chef prepared egg curry, Chicken curry and Chicken Palav, And, it’s tastier and hygiene compared the food on counter. Here, I have asked restaurant manager why there is difference, she told me that “A-la-carte” taste is different comparative with “buffet”. Is this correct explanation. Pasta served without salt, Waffles and Pancakes are served half cooked. Why so?. Overall, I am not happy with the food today and festival lunch with family at “The Westin” spoiled my family time. As this is 5start restaurant, please maintain your standards.
