This is our fourth visit to TRS Ibiza. There have been changes since we last stayed such as the wish list only being available for signature level guests and other aspects like certain tables not being accessible unless signature level etc. that being said our wish list was honoured as we had booked many months prior to this change. Disappointed we were not acknowledged for repeat guests and our palladium rewards perks were not included. On the whole though I thoroughly enjoyed my week here as I always have done. Staff are friendly and work so hard. There were some staff shortages which affected bar service (this did upset quite a few people) but in fairness it wasn’t a big deal for me - got our drinks anyway !! There were far more guests than expected in May and a mix of older guests who came for the peace and the luxury of being pampered while also there were younger guests on shorter stays who came for the all inclusive drinks and the nearby clubs. This at times created behaviour which was not what TRS Ibiza generally caters for.

Positives: Nice hotel, great decor and le labo products in the room. Great breakfast. The porter team was very helpful and we appreciated the bodyism classes included with the stay. Also loved the food by the pool - was delicious! Negatives: Hotel a lot bigger than expected and loud music played all the time, also really annoyed me that they just played covers of songs - please just pay for a Spotify business account, you would expect this from a 5 star hotel. Only other big issue we faced was that my husband is a coeliac and was given a Poke bowl that had gluten in it, despite us asking X3 times was it gluten free before ordering. Once my husband ate the bowl I rang back to reception to ask are they sure it was gluten free soy sauce and they said no it was not - so my husband was therefore sick for a whole night and day of our stay… really unfortunate and would expect a lot more from a 5 star hotel. On check out, they removed the €22 Poke bowl from the bill, but I would have expected more of an apology / compensation for this serious issue. Food allergies should be taken seriously in any establishment, but especially in a 5 star hotel. We payed a lot €750+ per night we stayed and the only compensation we got was €22 removed from the bill, which is nothing given what my husband had to endure despite us asking 3 times was the good gluten free. Very unfortunate.

Me and my friend came to ibiza for our 30th birthdays. The welcome drink was tiny but nonetheless a nice touch. We booked a basic room and had a very lovely surprise when we arrived at our stage view room! The only issue with our room was that the fridge did not look or smell clean and the shower goes from hot to cold alot. However, we could not find any other faults with our room or time at ibiza rocks. The cappuccinos are a must if you need some caffiene to kick start the day! Nice variety of music/events and the added bonus that we could enjoy it all from our terrace. I liked that there were different options for late checkout which we were able to arrange easily. We will definitely be back again!

What a fabulous hotel! Stayed for 4 nights, single room upgraded by reception to a double, top floor, huge balcony. Safe and fridge also and air con. Bathroom was clearly newly upgraded very modern with fab shower. Mattress very comfy. Cleanliness was outstanding, not a spec of dust anywhere, cleaners do the best job. This was the same throughout the hotel with the highest standards of cleanliness I’ve ever seen and I’ve stayed in many hotels all over the world. I was booked on breakfast only. The choice was endless. I’m vegetarian so the cooked breakfast wasn’t any use but for meat eaters great. I did have mushrooms & beans on toast, but plenty of other choice such as croissants, breads, cakes, wide choice of fruits, cheeses, boiled eggs. Lovely orange juice and a good instant hot drink machine with a lovely cappuccino. Pool area I went to every morning, plenty of beds and again extremely clean. Very quiet no rowdy groups, chill out music playing was just lovely to chill out after a night on the town. The pool snack bar was good choice, good price. Lovely staff there, I asked the barman if he could muster up a strawberry frappe (not on the menu) and to my joy he did! It was so yummy. Lunch they even tailor made me a pasta dish. Such lovely courteous people. On the subject of staff these wonderful people would put some 5 star hotels to shame. A special thank you to the loveliest lady in reception named Pepita. She helped me with an issue I had and she went out of her way to resolve it. I saw her help several people by going over & beyond what’s expected. Management should know what a gem they have here! As for the security guard that people have bad mouthed, I found him to be a polite man and after all he’s doing his job! I personally prefer to stay in a quiet hotel and this certainly was given the number of young people staying here! The walls are thin and people chatting it can sound quite loud but overall I barely heard a sound. I vacated at 11am and at 4pm used the shower room, again absolutely spotless. I know I’m going on a bit but I’m not one to leave reviews but felt I had to with this outstanding hotel. Great value for money too, so much to say! Oh, also great location, 2 streets from Ibiza rocks, round the corner from The *****, close to everything. Thank you Hotel Tropical I will definitely be back.

We booked 18 rooms at the hostal sunset for our wedding guests but have stayed on multiple occasions at the Hostal Sunset. The staff here are really helpful and friendly; a special thanks to Marco & Veronica. This is a budget hotel, centrally located but still far enough away from the noise to be quiet enough to get some decent sleep. We were a mixture of couples and families. This hotel on some sites states no children but we had a few with us so check with the hotel in case this changes. The rooms are very basic; some have been updated and some still need it but at £75 a night for a room for 2 with a terrace in August you get what you pay for. The rooms are clean and if you need anything done there is always someone to help. The only thing I would suggest are slightly better mattresses (this is probably as I’m used to a firmer mattress at home). The pool area is across the road and great; it never gets too busy and there’s always a life guard on duty. You can take you’re own drinks and food to the pool as they currently don’t have a bar at the hotel. We took a speaker so had a pre party most days. Every room has a safe for free, the air con is fantastic and there are some free toiletries; you can buy more at reception. I would definitely book again if I was looking for something cheap to put my head down.

Had the best time, location was the best for the strip! Staff were lovely and friendly and more importantly helpful, the room is literally what we paid for the bed were very surprisingly comfy!! Cleaner was there spot on everyday and lovely to talk to. Only thing I wish was slightly better was the aircon it just didn’t work and the pool stated they have isn’t on site and it’s a shared pool for other hotels so small let down there Other than that had a class time and would use the hotel again if I were to go back to Ibiza!

Nos quedamos 2 noches en este hospedaje, y la verdad fue fantástico. A 5 minutos de la estación de autobús, el lugar esta limpio, la habitación es acogedora y el personal siempre nos atendió con amabilidad, además nuestro vuelo salía en la noche y nos dejaron resguadar el equipaje para aprovechar todo el día. Sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí. 100% recomendado.

I stayed June 2023 for 5 nights with my husband and my mum. I know San Antonio very well and knew we were staying in a busy area in a budget hotel. We were so impressed, the rooms were lovely. My husband and I were lucky enough to have a sea view in on the 1st floor. The rooms were cleaned to a perfect standard every day, clean towels / sheets daily. The air con worked perfectly which kept us cool after the hot Ibiza days. We rented mini fridges out for 3 euro a day, absolute bargain. My mum had breakfast one day in the restaurant and said it was lovely. Staff were all friendly and helpful 😄 oh and location wise shop next door and bars and restaurants few mins away, plus the bus station 2 mins walk and taxi rank few mins walk. Great stay and I’ll be booking again for my next trip very soon x

El apartamento, era sencillo tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía, hacían servicios de la habitación, cambiando las toallas diariamente, cerca de todo ,iel puerto ,supermercados, bares, restaurantes, en el loby tenían una cafetería, máquinas de chucherías, el personal muy amable, tanto las de Recepción ,como las de mantenimiento, siempre con gestos de amabilidad, sonriente y dispuestos ayudar ,guiar tenían una pequeña piscina, el personal fue lo mejor 👌 ambiente tranquilo . Ideal para ir a la bahía o simplemente qued**** descansar
