Good size rooms. Good décor. Lovely hotel staff especially the maids and the woman at the reception desk at the hotel. Unfortunately during my first nights visit me and my friends came back from a day party and i was assaulted by the security staff. As i was walking away from the situation i was punched in the side of the head. Another security guard grabbed me from behind and strangled me i fell to the ground. I did not fight back in anyway as we was in a foreign country. After this i was repeatedly kicked in the head and slapped whilst being on the floor. The police came and put me in handcuffs. I was taken to my room and was told to leave. During this time they attempted to take my passport. The security and the police were laughing about the matter. To top it off i was told i will get a refund for the days in did not stay upon returning to London. The hotel has refused to refund my money back. I am left with bleeding on the brain and a red eye. I would not stay here if you value your safety. Would not stay here again and would not recommend. Horrible experience.

The prefect 5 star hotel experience the staff especially Giorgio Mezzapelle and Anke from reception thanks alot for all the help, I couldn't ask for more, the food was all you can eat well cooked and marinated spoilt for choice with the healthy and indulgent variety, clean enormous and just perfect.

All the staff were beyond kind and welcoming! My sea view room exceeded my expectations and frankly the view was *chefs kiss*. Pool was incredible. I love how the original windmill tower was preserved and is a beautiful center piece. Laura at the front desk was so knowledge about it when I had asked. Special shout out to Antonio at the pool bar, man was SLANGING SOME BOMB DRINKS while sweating his nuts off working outside during a MF’n heat wave, and always with a pleasant smile on this face! Give that boy a fat bonus! Only 2 things I didn’t like…..the wifi was TRASH, slower than salty snail. Number 2 was that the beds are all small and not very comfortable. ‘Crunchy’ would be the best word to describe the mattresses in my room. Like who opens a high end resort but doesn’t offer a room with a proper queen/king size bed? Hell you could throw of those outside day beds in a room and I would have probably slept better… Anyways, I will 100% be back next year! Thanks for offering a 20% loyalty discount for booking next year, while I was there this year. Absolutely class move on your part! Additionally, the daytime dj in the grass area was mint! Hotel was lovely and in centre of town for easy access to restaurants and shops . The staff at this hotel were all excellent but the breakfast lounge was was superb and the waiter there Jairo , needs a special mention . A very pleasant , welcoming young man . He went to great lengths to please and serve , making sure all my needs were met . He is a credit to this hotel . Even though all the staff were great, he stood above . I was also pleased with room and the cleaning staff . Thank you , I would definitely stay here again !

We have just returned from a week’s stay in this hotel. We had read all the previous reviews and were really worried, to the extent that some of our group wanted to change hotels. This is a 3 start all inclusive hotel and does exactly what it says on the tin. This is peak time for a very busy island and this hotel is more or less full all summer. There are up to 700 people staying when full, so the pool can feel crowded at times, the restaurants can also seem busy, however we knew to expect this given the time of year. The hotel staff work hard and most staff we interacted with were good. We had no air con for the first 4 hours when we arrived and our room was very hot, the staff responded and it took time to fix, but they did it eventually and we did not have any problems with it after that. The rooms are really well cleaned every day as is most of the hotel, again, with so many people staying there are times when it can get messy, but this is to be expected. One of our party did come down with sickness bug and spent one day at the clinic. This member of our party ate away from the 24 hours before feeling ill, so we do not know if this was caught at the hotel, as no other member of our party got ill, we also did not see anyone else being sick. We ate all of our meals every day at the hotel, there is a wide variety and we all had something we could eat (adults and children) every day. It is not fine dining, but again, the food quality and range is typical of a 3 start all inclusive hotel. The entertainment team are excellent, they entertain adults and children all day every day with a variety of games and activities and really do add to the whole holiday experience. Our kids loved the pool games and evening entertainment. The roof terrace bar is fantastic, cool breeze in the evenings and an excellent view. We had no issue getting Sun beds, some always available. Although if you want a prime spot, you will need to get up early. However the adult pool is much quieter and very nice. There is an unpleasant sewage smell at times, but this is around d the general area and not specific to the hotel. Again this could be due to the large number of people in the area using all the facilities etc daily and the local infrastructure cannot cope? The beach and sea are beautiful, we swam early every day, sea water is warm. There is one concrete unit that has graffiti and a bit of an eyesore, but other than that, it is very nice. If you go here expecting more than 3 star, you will be disappointed, but if you are realistic and know what to expect from a 3 star all inclusive hotel, you will enjoy your holiday here.

Writing this review towards the end of a week-long stay with my teenage daughter. Apparently we are amongst the first guests of the 2024 season and so our experience of the accommodation is perhaps different from when it’s fully booked at the height of the season. However I thought an early, practical review for this year might be helpful. It will be obvious from any listing of this accommodation that it’s a basic self catering set up. That said, there have been a few things about our stay that have elevated this beyond basic, in my view, and made it a stay that exceeded expectations. The most important of which have been the staff, who have been so welcoming, helpful and friendly the entire week. They gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble and very quickly sorted out a couple of small issues on arrival. Special mention of Alicia and Nicole, who also helpfully recommended places to visit and to dine. The twin bedded studio allocated to me and my daughter is very spacious, plenty room to give each other breathing space! There are several blocks of accommodation of three storeys. - ground, 1st and 2nd. Some overlook the street, some overlook one of the two pools, a few of the higher ones from what I can tell, will have a view of the sea in the distance as ours does. It was perfectly clean on arrival and is serviced every day. I can be a bit squeamish at the prospect of accommodation attracting bugs in hot places and never for one moment felt this could be an issue, the room was kept clean and small measures help to keep it so. Common sense like not leaving open food packets anywhere but in the fridge, helps! Regarding cooking/kitchen equipment I scrutinised the available pics when booking,trying to see if there was a basic oven or grill: there isn’t. That said I probably wouldn’t have been planning anything more adventurous than heating up pizzas so it’s not anything that I really missed. I think management has taken on board some comments in reviews from last year, this year there is a kettle and toaster, as well as microwave, two-ring electric stove and a full size under counter fridge. There is also basic crockery/cutlery for 3. Tea cups and small juice-style glasses only. (I bought a mug locally for my morning coffee!). On arrival you will have a pack with a small amount of washing up liquid, a cleaning sponge and cloth. All in all it’s enough for basic cooking. A chopping board might be handy if considering future additions (not suggesting you pack one!). The basic equipment won’t faze more adventurous chefs than me, if desired! The accommodation is situated at the end of a busy street with tourist shops, two or three shops selling huge choices of booze and snacks (one of the closest to the accommodation also sells perfectly-mini sized jars of coffee, detergent for hand-washing laundry and other helpfully holiday-sized supplies). It’s about a 10 min walk to a pretty good Eroski supermarket for fresh bread, fruit and veg.

02/05/22. Dinner 2 persons. Belvedere Restaurant, Royal Plaza Hotel, Ibiza. Even if you are not a resident, you can be sure of exquisite cuisine in this comfortable room without the over-priced, over designed ostentatiousness of other, perhaps more well-known establishments on the island! This is, or should be, a well-guarded secret!… however tonight’s dinner was a revelation… I had a starter of Caprese salad that would do justice to any Italian place… my companion opted for a ‘main’ course of gambas in garlic with egg - a combination I’ve never encountered before! - I will return to savour this dish another day… My main: fish: Dorada fillet. This was cooked to absolute perfection and compliments were duly sent to the kitchen! No room for dessert … but coffees and brandy for me and more cava (gorgeous) which we had started with, for my hostess… The whole evening was a delight and because of a sudden downpour, more residents decided to eat here.. and like us we’re not disappointed… and the prices… well, has to be the best deal in town, considering the quality of the food! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ E.H.

第一次到Ibiza很高興預訂了這酒店，酒店位置離機場7公里下了大巴還要走1公里，酒店直接靠海，左手邊有一條延海大道散步很舒服，房間有陽台可以看海景和吸煙，早餐很豐富，晚餐很精緻可口。

Awful hotel from A to Z. We arrived with my husband at the hotel at 23:00 p.m for only one night (check out at 12:00 the day after so less than 12 hours in the hotel). We discovered that although we booked a double room as a couple and made expressly the request to have a king size bed, the hotel offered only twins beds, and proposed an upgrade to a suit for 120 euros extra to be able to sleep in the same bed ! It is a shame and a scam !! The room cost us 420 euros for 12 hours for a very awful hotel : 1/ the hotel design in itself is very basic - like an airport hotel. Some of the floor tiles were broken 2/ The entrance has a very bad smell and generally the hotel does not smell good. 3/ the upgrade to the suit was a joke. There is a chair, and they call it a suit. 4/ the cleaning is very poor. We found an opened bottle of water in the room. Gross. 5/ the A/C does not work well, and despite the fact that we have turned it into the coolest possible, it was still very hot in the room m 6/ the bed is not confortable, and only one pillow per person is offered. The sheets are bad quality. We do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel as Ibiza has a lot of other good options. This is definitely not a 4 stars hotel.
