Fantastic resort, world class service, mesmerizing views, great restaurants, beautiful sunset, close to the best beaches. We had a fantastic time at the resort, everything was amazing and we loved our stay here. Will plan to be back again.

BEST HOTEL IN IBIZA!!! BEST HOTEL IN IBIZA!! What can I say you have been sensational as always!! From the outset and working with lovely Alberto in reservations, the whole process has been a joy! Roman F&B is just the most warm and welcoming man as is lovely Alberto, thank you for making us feel part of the 7Pines family!! Then the amazing team Rosella La Bella, Carles, Monika, corrie and all the other brilliant pool staff, you all work so hard and you’re so cheerful with it! Nothings too much trouble. The lovely welcome from guest services Rui, Paul, Isaac and the other guys. Eduardo at reception was absolutely charm personified! Carla the concierge was super helpful, as were the check in team and I didn’t get any names so sorry!! Dear Laura, Sandy, Monika and Issy at Cone and breakfast, thank you again. You are sweethearts! The breakfasts here by the way are out of this world! One morning we even had a harpist! The housekeeping team are superb too. Everything is just utterly perfect! We so loved our time with you and feel very lucky that we have had this time in your glorious resort watching the most stunning sunset for the past 3 nights. Thank you so much for everything and we can’t wait to return xx

7 Pines is a breathtaking resort. The views are amazing, the pool, restaurant and spa are all stunning and feeling quite fresh and new. The breakfasts and drinks were amazing--so fresh and delicious. We did not dine at the resort for lunch and dinner as we had other plans with friends. We believe this may be the best resort/hotel to stay on the island. The only reason we didn't give all fives is that we would have liked slightly larger bathrooms and the beds should have a full-size duvet cover. The twin covers on the beds made for less restful sleeping. Otherwise, our room was wonderful. The staff were all super pleasant and joyful. We would love to return and would certainly stay at 7Pines (and recommend it highly to others) if returning to the island.

The resort and the views were just simply stunning and Es Vedra was captivating and changed depending on the light. The staff and service were excellent. The food in all the restaurants was very good however the View was exceptional as were the staff. Great few days albeit a little pricey would return.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Beautifully surrounded by nature, with a really wonderful view. receptionists, waiters, maids were very helpful and friendly. The room is large, excellently furnished, the beds are comfortable. we were very pleased with the coffee machine because we wake up early and we could drink coffee on the balcony with a view of the bay. Thanks for everything, we'll be back

We recently stayed at 7Pines Resort Ibiza and had mixed feelings about our experience. The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views and a beautiful setting that is perfect for relaxation. The staff were very kind and always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel welcomed. However, several issues during our stay left us quite disappointed. First, we had a frustrating experience at The View restaurant. Despite its reputation, we waited for 90 minutes before any food arrived at our table, and when it did, my order was incorrect. At their other restaurant, things were no better. They mixed up our order and failed to bring two items we requested. The most concerning incident occurred when they served my husband a meal containing gluten, despite us informing them about his allergy. This oversight was not only careless but could have had serious health consequences. Additionally, our room wasn’t cleaned until 4 PM on the second day, which was a little bit unusual. The hotel’s handling of my husband’s allergy was consistently poor, creating significant frustration for us. This mishandling overshadowed much of our stay and made us eager to leave. Lastly, for those looking for a quiet and peaceful time by the pool, be aware that the hotel sometimes hosts DJs who play loud music. This can be quite disruptive if you’re hoping for a serene and relaxing poolside experience. In summary, while 7Pines Resort Ibiza has a fantastic location and friendly staff, the service issues and poor handling of dietary requirements made our stay less enjoyable. We hope the management addresses these problems to prevent future guests from having similar experiences.
