Bless Hotel Ibiza

We arrived at this hotel today . 2nd of September 2024 This hotel has the opportunity to be beautiful but it is dirty and is not been taken care off in terms of cleanliness. The hotel surroundings of the property are becoming tatty and dirty including the outdoor seating area for breakfast & the pool chairs are scruffy and cracked. We arrived today to a dirty room , you can see from the photos I have included the room has mold in the showers , dirty cups left in the bathroom that haven't been washed, stains of dirt on the walls and the bottom of the bed is ripped with Sand all over And blue stains on the ceiling!!!!!! I went to the reception and immediately told them , they offered me a new room. Upon showing me the new room it was a disabled room , I'm sure this was a mistake but who knows ? We finally got shown a new room which is slightly better but not what I would expect a 5 star hotels cleanliness to look like. As much as I appreciate the manager Cristan tried to be helpful , I feel as though they could have done a lot more for an unhappy customer after I told them this is my anniversary week and the first day has been ruined by unpacking, repacking then un packing again for another room. To top it all off , we arrive back from dinner to swap the rooms finally at 10.30 pm and then had to wait 30 minuets for someone to come and help us move rooms with our luggage. All round , this hotel isn't up to 5 star standards and shouldn't be in the Forbes top hotels. They are charging £400-500 a night and it needs cleaning up + the service needs a nudge. I only stay in 5 star hotels and I'm afraid to say I won't be staying here JJ again or recommending it. There are much nicer hotels at 5 stars in Ibiza. I think due to the fact they are in "'Forbes" they are becoming lazy. I would like to mention Xavi who works at the hotel from Barcelona is amazing , super friendly , he was helping us with all our cases and was an Angel and such a nice gentleman.

Beautiful hotel! Stunning views, incredible rooms and products in rooms Loved the breakfasts, the musicians were a wonderful touch. Staff are incredible. Gym facilities great. We loved our stay! Just be aware of the types of people who stay are privileged and so boujee.. Overall high rating just food could be better off lunch menu.

Had a wonderful time at Bless Ibiza. The hotel facilities like the Restaurants, Spa, Pool area and Reception are all very impressive and the view out across Cala Nova beach is fantastic! We stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed every minute. Breakfast is superb and dining at the rooftop Epic restaurant is great and really allows you to take in the amazing view. We ate out most evenings at lovely beach restaurants which were all within easy walking distance but didn’t use the Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel as the menu just didn’t appeal to us but it was a lovely venue. Overall, we would highly recommend Bless Ibiza and will return in future years!

We had the most lovely breakfast experience @hotel Bless Ibiza today. All the food is delicious, home made and of the highest quality! And the desserts were especially amazing! The Iovely staff provided us with excellent, very friendly service. As you totally would expect it to be in a 5star hotel. :) We spend the rainy morning in the beautiful luxurious Spa and had a wonderful time!

Booked BLESS last minute because I got an insanely good nightly rate on a pre-season trip. I'm not sure I'd spend the money on staying in July or August but the property is impeccable! Fantastic breakfast, amazing pool area with one of the best beaches on the island only steps away. . Sleep quality was also insanely good with super comfy beds. The showers are divine.. The "SPA" area has a nice pool too. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Highly Recommended. A special Shoutout to the AMAZING band that played Jazzy tunes during breakfast. Halfblood Productions.. WOW!!!

We stayed for 5 nights in September 2024. On Saturday 14th September we ordered some drinks at the pool, the waitress asked for our room number which was fine. After a couple of drinks (3 in total) I asked for the bill and paid in cash. Unfortunately I didn’t ask for a receipt. The drinks were 32 euros, I handed over €35 and thought nothing more of it. Then upon checkout we were told that we had drinks of 32 euros to pay from Saturday 14th. I tried to explain that we paid cash at the time and the receptionist stated that we hadn’t paid for them because their system said so. We had a flight to catch so we paid the amount. A pretty sour end to the holiday. (Just to confirm this was the only drinks we had at the hotel this day) Then once we got home we got charged €8 for mini bar drinks. Neither my wife or I had any drinks/food from the mini bar. I am really confused by this. In summary- don’t pay for drinks by the pool with cash and take a photo of the mini bar when you arrive and checkout.

Awesome experience, unique location, great service. A place to chill, to pamper yourself. Even the hotel can be full, you don’t feel it. Amazing swimming pools and direct access to the beach: Cala Nova Rooftop is great for an apero with the best view. Breakfast service is really complete with life music every day.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but ate at the restaurant in the rooftop and it’s beautiful and delicious. There is a dj playing original lounge and deep house music every evening. sunset and infinity pool. The DJ is brilliant. Definitely worth a try — 360 degree panoramic views.
