Hotel tranquilo . Alejado de bullicio. Ideal para recorrerte la isla y sus calas como centro de alojamiento. El bufete muy bueno, te ponen agua gratuita con el bufet. Los empleados de recepción muy atentos Nosotros cogimos dos habitaciones con vista a la playa. Tiene actividades diarias. Es un hotel prácticamente de turismo extranjero, Por lo menos cuando nos alojamos el hotel estaba lleno y éramos los únicos españoles. Se descansa fenomenal, no sé escucha ningún ruido.

Staff here is very rude and if you look like you don’t have money. They will not help you. I was at the pool alone for almost 2 hours PARCHED. The waiter served everyone but skipped me. I had to call to front desk to get help becuase I waved down the staff and he ignored me. I’ve worked hospitality/ own my own business so I always treat people how I want to be treated. But let me tell you. If you’re east Asian and not white/ Spanish you’ll get bad service. I’ve felt very mistreated here and I would not return. I also for the sea view terrace suite.. and the service doe not reflect the price I paid for this place… nor the effort it took me to trek here from San Francisco.

We arrived on Wednesday 27th March the day the hotel opened for the season. We could not have had a better reception on arrival - the reception staff, the concierge in fact everyone couldn’t have been more helpful. Our children of 16 & 17 were made to feel very welcome. We had 2 fabulous bedrooms one with twin beds and one with a huge double. The sunrise we got to experience from our balcony was just amazing. It is just a short walk into Santa Eulália over the bridge and we enjoyed early morning sunrise walks down to the harbour. Our daughter had just been diagnosed with coeliac disease and the restaurant staff were quite simply the best we have experienced. They ensured she had her own dishes at breakfast so there was no chance of any contamination and the gluten free options were vast. The concierge were really knowledgeable and great at booking our favourite restaurants. We had such an amazing time we are all returning on 7th July and cannot wait to enjoy the hotel again and know that we will have another wonderful stay.

The best hotel we have EVER stayed in. Cool, chic decor. The most delicious breakfasts with a huge choice. Recommend the freshly made omelettes. The location was great right next to the sea. Free yoga on Saturday mornings with a sound bath and discos around the pool. The staff were very friendly, beds comfy and cool music around the pool. Perfect

From arriving at the hotel, we were blown away. They just hit the spot on every aspect of design. Staff were laid back but very welcoming. Nothing was a problem for them. Music around the pool is carefully curated to suit the style of the hotel and fits perfectly. Bedrooms were beautifully styled, clean, comfortable and the sea view is worth the additional cost; it is breathtakingly beautiful. We have no complaints overall, and would love to come back again. Breakfast is plentiful, with options to suit most people. If, like me, you’re vegetarian, you may wish to avoid the omelettes as there is some cross contamination due to the cook using the same bowl and appliances to prepare all the omelettes regardless of what ingredients were in the previous one. Example: guest in front of me had ham in his; the cook used the same bowl and fork to prepare mine which should have been cheese only. It’s a small point, but one worth mentioning. Pedal bikes are available for hire, though at €30 per day with a €200 deposit, we decided against this. Thank you very much; it was a beautiful stay 💙🤍💙

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked this hotel. Thought it looked a bit odd from the photos but honestly it’s beautiful! So sophisticated! Based on 1960s Amalfi coast vibes. The pool area was great, loads of comfy beds and the music was great! Really chilled. You can walk down a few stairs to a lovely little beach too. Our room had a lovely balcony and overlooked the ocean. The room was really clean and the bed huge and comfy. I slept really well. It was silent at night! Staff on the front desk were super helpful and friendly. Loved chatting with them. There’s a couple of courtesy bathrooms available if you have a late flight after check out. Breakfast was great. So much choice. Only downside was breakfast seemed understaffed, so turn over of tables was slow. Generally had to find a table that hadn’t been cleaned and find own cutlery. Ran out of bowls a few times too. Would have been great if coffee pods for espresso machine in room were replenished too….just went and bought my own from supermarket. Only a 15 min walk in to town. Perfect location.

Loved this hotel, the style of the hotel and decor was very well done, pool area great, hotel close to the beach and a short walk to the town. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and breakfast excellent. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are great. We stayed in the suite with terrace and had a large terrace to sunbathe on. The bed was comfy and the room was kept clean at all times. The only issue we encountered with the hotel was a slow service. Check-in was very slow and our room wasn’t ready until after 3PM (stated check in time) which messed up our plans for our first evening. We did receive a fruit platter in our room as an apology though which was a nice touch. The bar service is incredibly slow. We once waited approximately 30 minutes for a bottle of cava and two glasses. With this being out of season, I wouldn’t want to think what it will be like in July/August. Overall, a stunning hotel and I would return out of season again but I do worry about the issues with service at busier times.

Lovely stay , hotel is beautiful! Rooms amazing very clean! But the service was the slowest service ever! Order drinks or food and you are waiting 30 minutes plus and we have come out of season so dread to think how long it would take peek season.
