Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is a fantastic hotel, we travel very often and in our opinion this is one of the best hotels where we stayed. Staff is absolutely fantastic, always doing their best to ensure we are comfortable and looked after. The facilities are amazing, the pool, the gym, the rooms are absolutely top notch, the views are breathtaking. The Nobu Restaurant has a great atmosphere, the restaurant itself is beautiful with great views to the sea and the food is delicious! We will definitely be back!

I wouldn't know where to start with this hotel. From the arrival experience and throughout the stay, I felt spoilt! The staff there always made sure I felt welcome, and that I wanted for nothing. The bed was comfortable and waking up to a Seaview and crashing waves...heaven

My stay at Nobu Ibiza Bay Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The concierge team went above and beyond, securing VIP reservations at the best spots in Ibiza with minimal notice, ensuring I was treated like royalty everywhere I went. The food was a culinary delight, with offerings form Nobu and Chambao at the restaurants, pool bar, and room service. The spa was a sanctuary of relaxation, offering top-notch treatments that left me rejuvenated. The gym was well-equipped and perfect for my daily workouts. The pool area was a serene oasis, ideal for unwinding under the sun. The rooftop party was an unforgettable experience, offering breathtaking views and a vibrant atmosphere. Nobu Ibiza Bay truly exceeded all my expectations. The room was also amazing, with a balcony with awesome views. I will most definitely be returning soon!!!

Was my first solo trip and just so glad I chose this hotel to stay in. Beautiful location, fantastic hotel, delicious food and amazing friendly staff it was perfect!!! Can not fault anything about the trip, sea view rooms have everything you could want, great facilities and even better view. THANK YOU Ibiza Bay I will definitely be back ❤️

Top of Ibiza, closed to the center 10mn by taxi, amazing view, decoration, wonderful food, don’t miss the jamon ! Service was very kind, nice and perfect . A beautiful place were we will be happy to come back and happy to recommend for a friends or couple weekend !

Very professional and friendly staff. Excellent Japanese dinner restaurant. Beautiful pool area. Romantic rooftop bar. Concierge helped us with all reservations and recommendations. Ample breakfast. Beautiful view over the Ibiza Bay

I would not recommend the Nobu Ibiza hotel. I might consider another Nobu hotel but would have to research past customer reviews more to see if there’s any alerts we should consider before booking. No one offered any verbal or written overview of the features and amenities included at the hotel and I found myself having to constantly call or go to the front desk to ask questions. I found the beach set-up like a 2 star hotel and the plunge pool with our suite was not deep enough or large enough for my wife and I to fit together (and the lack of heat made it frigid). I was a little disturbed by the pool for a number of reasons. First, there was only canned water available for 9 euros each. Second, the individual servers were rude, including 4 servers gathering behind our bed joking and speaking loudly. Lastly on the pool, we went out to have no one assist us, seating ourselves, to have a servers come 30 minutes later and inform us the entire row of beds (not a cabana) had a 200 euro/day minimum spend - someone should have said something sooner - of course we stayed as we were embarrassed to leave - and funny how the first 2 choices of wine we asked for were not available, but a more expensive option was. I tried to get order a dry vodka martini at the bar that 2 nights in a row was a fiasco, bartenders asking each other how to make it even though I gave clean instruction. What bothered me more was the bartenders appearing to ridicule me off the side for the drinks I ordered for my wife and I. The hotel is physically nice, and the food was very good, but I would recommend some sensitivity and cultural training for your staff. It could be that we spent a week at the Four Seasons Madrid and received friendly, welcoming, and overall exceptional service and had a 5 star expectation that couldn’t be met, but the items I referenced were within the hotel staffs control (attitude being the biggest gap).
