Perfect. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms and all areas in and outside the hotel are well maintained, with everything perfectly maintained and I’m place. The decor and design throughout are great. The hotel location is perfect, in the beach front and central in the resort The food is delicious, with a great selection which varies daily Would recommend it to anyone

Konum ve oda çok iyiydi. Personel çok yardımsever ve ilgili. Yemekler fena değil, daha iyi elbette olabilirdi, ama hoşunuza gidecek yiyecek bir şeyler kesin bulursunuz.

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Yemeklerin kalitesi ve çeşidi ortalama. Havuz imkanı olması iyi.

Otel personeli gayet kibar ve güleryüzlüydü. Konumu muhteşem. Hem sahile hem çarşıya çok yakın konumda. Yemek veya alkollü alkolsüz içecekler için otel dışına çıkmanıza gerek yok fiyat olarak uygun. Kesinlikle tercih edilebilir.

Size tarafsız ve gerçekçi olarak durumu anlatayım. Otelde tanıştığımız tüm aileler farklı sebeplerden dolayı şikayetçi idi. Bina bahçesi ve denize olan yakınlığı olarak ***et iyi (Odalar tartışılır). Çalışanların bazıları gerçekten çok iyi. Diğer kalan çalışanlara gelince yani ne desem bilemiyorum. Bar kısmın da içeçek istiyoruz bardağı vurarak önümüze konuluyor. Yemek kısmında ise başka konuklar yemeklerini yemeden içeçekleri sorulup hemen getirilirken biz yemeği bitiriyoruz ya yemek bitmiş tam kalkacağız bu sırada soruluyor (Tüm çalışanlar değil bazıları yapıyor) ya da içeçekleri diğer masalara tepsi ile giderken bize el ile getirilmesi.... Gelelim yemeklere. Çoğu yemek tavuk, hindi ve balık olarak öğle akşam yemeğinde mevcut. Kırmızı et ise ya kıyma ya köfte olarak var (Bizim olduğumuz hafta böyle idi) . Yemekler ağır değil. Ama çeşit olarak az (Sadece yemek değil salata, meyve, tatlı çeşidi olsa da az idi) . Örneğin Bi gün hindi güveç olarak varsa diğer gün ya da o akşamında hindi şiş veya hindi tantuni olarak sunuluyor. Sabah yenilmeyen haşlanmış yumurta öğle ya da akşam yemeğin de salata olarak sunuluyordu... Sabah kahvaltı da karpuz kavun yoktu başka aile sorunu iletince ertesi gün çözüldü. Kesinlikle çözüm için çaba harcıyorlar. Gelelim sahile. Sahil birden fazla otel ve özel işletmeye ait bir alandan oluşuyor. Otelin alanı kanalın bittiği yerde su sporlarına ait bot vs. olan kısma yakın. Görüntü olarak kötü. Ama en üzücü olan çıkan yangın sonrası selde olunca tüm yanan ağaç kütükleri, külleri ve toprak denize ulaştığı için bu durum çoğu tatilciyi çok üzdü hatta ağlayanlar bile oldu. Oteli kesinlikle kötülemiyorum. Ama bir çok konu da eksiklikler giderilirse şahane olur.

Lovely quiet hotel right on the beach front. Lots of cosy spots to sit and read. Staff very friendly and the place is spotless. Loved every day of our stay. Food was good lots of Turkish salads. Would recommend if looking for a relaxing break.

We have just returned from another great holiday at Casa Blanca Hotel in Icmeler. As with our previous visit a year ago, all the staff were incredibly attentive and polite. We would like to extend a special thank you to Gulender. On both of our stays, she consistently demonstrated professionalism, politeness, and exceptional helpfulness, especially given the challenges she faces from some hotel guests who think it isn't necessary to show her the same courtesy. On this occasion, we had an issue with our room. Without hesitation, Gulender arranged for us to be moved to a more suitable room, even ensuring our suitcases were waiting for us upon our return from the beach at the end of the day. Thank you again to Gulender and all the amazing staff at Casa Blanca Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to return next year!

Well I cannot thank or praise the staff, reception, cleaning, waiting, bar staff enough for being friendly, efficient and hard working, always smiling and pleasant despite working long hours in very hot temptress. And a very long season. However I was led to believe, by Love Holidays this was a 4 star all inclusive Boutique hotel. The hotel needs money spending on it and maintenance on the rooms, electrics, paintwork, grouting, beds, sunbeds etc. I personally would say this is a basic 2star hotel. Rooms are Indesperate need of a good redecoration In our room paint was coming off the bathroom tiles, shower door was fixed that it could not open fully, grouting was dirty, mattresses were past their best, air con was not good. Towels and bedding, originally white, were now grayish, although clean. No proper plug to fit bathroom sink. Food.. same every day. No yoghurt, ice cream, potatoes, other than chips.. mainly Turkish dishes.. certainly could do with better menus. 4pm everyday little breadlike cakes were available. Sunbeds broken .. and not enough of them. Management hardly to be seen but when guests did see management and pointed out repairs needed.. shrugs made only. The staff work long hours always smiling and that's the best thing about this hotel other than its location but sorry we won't be returning.

We specifically booked a sea view room and paid extra for this. On arrival we were given a side room on a low floor, overlooking another hotel. We were told we could move in the morning. Throughout the week we heard many people having the same issues on check in. Some were moved to a sister hotel which is considerably of a lower standard. On making a complaint we were told that this was our only option. The problem with this hotel is that it is a regular occurrence and on going back over the reviews on TripAdvisor it is an ongoing problem because they sell more sea view rooms than they have. The hotel could be good but it would prevent us going back because you have absolutely no guarantees you will get what you pay for!This was not STAYFORLONG fault the hotel did it to everyone....

Having looked at some of the reviews we were a bit skeptical however, were pleasantly surprised. The staff were really helpful, the food always had a couple of really decent dishes. The views are really good and the decor is nice. Not to mention all inclusive drinks, along with the reception the bar staff and kitchen staff are really attentive. I've stayed at some top tier hotels across the world and value for money, this place is simply up there.

Positives - location right on the beach with lovely views across the bay, comfy sun loungers (the unbroken ones that is) and the rooms were very clean BUT in need of repair and upgrade. Staff mainly helpful and do their best in a very difficult situation created by the management. Negatives - hotel seems to think it’s acceptable to move you to a different ‘hotel’ on arrival. Word of warning the alternative is shocking - refuse to be moved. Guests were told a range of lies about why room isn’t available on arrival. Saw this happen to virtually every guest at the time we were staying. Excuses given ranged from no power (untrue) no water (untrue) give you the best room in the morning (we had already paid for the upgrade ) The hotel is clearly selling the same room more than once resulting in over booking problem. It didn’t seem to matter if you had booked independently or as a package everyone had problems. I Understand that mistakes happen now and again and rooms can be over booked in error - this is not the case here. It’s a constant situation and clearly hotel policy. Food - beyond shocking. Raw frozen chicken, exactly same choice served every day. Im a fussy eater but my husband isn’t and he refused to eat in the hotel. Rooms - can’t fault the job the cleaners do but they are very run down. Towels seemed to be a problem - several days we had no towels until late evening - not the best when you’re waiting to shower and go out! Pool loungers - very heavy metal and so many were broken and frequently collapsed. I trapped my arm when mine fell down and got some nasty bruises - this needs to be looked at before someone is really hurt. It’s such a shame as the hotel has potential to be fab - we met some lovely people who made our holiday despite the let down of the hotel. My advice - just don’t book to stay here there’s plenty of lovely alternatives in resort.

Very nice, small and cosy hotel! Due to his size, very unique in its kind… Magnificent food and big variety, so enough choices for everyone. Rooms were very clean! I loved the private beach… Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back soon!

Lovely hotel, staff were amazing, went out of there way to be as helpful as they could. Clean and tidy hotel, food was basic but always found something to eat. Amazing view of beach. Towel exchange was a great idea that they have. Excellent location would 100% recommend. Only thing to watch for is Adamar travel who use the hotel to sell excursions. Avoid at all costs and totally rip you off.

pro points the hotel itself is lovely, very peaceful & could always get sunbeds. The location is perfect, right on the beach and The staff are amazing really friendly especially the young bar lady sama & the lady on reception. Negatives - the all inclusive is awful value for money. The food is really not good, extremely repetitive and rarely hot. The drink selection is awful only a handful of local spirits, beer and wine available to all inclusive guests. The soft drinks were also undrinkable at times due to the gas being off. The Wi-Fi is awful, you can only connect at certain areas by the reception and certain patches by the pool but even then it constantly drops. You can bring your all inc drinks to the beach which is a plus but the sunbeds are unfortunately in one of the worst areas of the beach right next to the water sport sellers, but this wasn’t the end of the world. Overall I would recommend the hotel due to the staff and the location but not on an all inclusive basis as you will not get value for money
