Ms. Duru was incredibly helpful, and we instantly knew we'd enjoy our stay the moment we stepped into the hotel. This hotel offers excellent value for money; you truly get more than what you pay for. We were extremely pleased with everything and will definitely be visiting again next year.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the cleaning service was adequate. However, the 'do more with less' approach with limited staff is completely unacceptable for the service one expects from a 5-star complex. Despite this, F&B Manager Gökhan BEKTAŞ and his team were very attentive and friendly.

The hotel is meeting all expectations. The Service is excellent and all personel are very firendly and responsive.

A typical three-star hotel for the price of a decent five-star. It hasn't been renovated since it was built, and everything is old, like a Soviet sanatorium. The food is meager and tasteless, and the ice cream is rubbery. The standard rooms overlook the surrounding area below ground level, with a busy highway running overhead. I'll never return to this hotel.

We stayed as a family. Everything was absolutely wonderful, from the cleanliness to the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. The hotel's cleanliness and variety of activities offer opportunities for people of all ages. I can say it's the best holiday I've had in years, especially the beach area and the various recreational cafe-style facilities. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the pool area and the attentiveness of the staff were excellent. This is why we recommend this beautiful hotel. We extend our sincere thanks to the managers and staff.

There is a nice and smiling staff.. but the staff is insufficient. There are too many people in the hotel.. Staff should be reinforced to reduce the density, especially in the lobby bar..

Excellent territory and sea, pine trees, palm trees, even at midday you can find natural shade, after 16:00 the sea is already in the shade, which makes swimming comfortable. I didn't like the food, not enough fruit... the dining room is dirty, asking to clean the table is a problem, only through tips, not 5 stars at all

I think there's a management deficiency. The staff rushed to serve foreigners (presumably due to the euro—I've even seen them tip around 10 TL), while three other staff members, even with a child on their lap, at the lobby bar, even though there was no one in line, told us, "Wait, I'm busy," and then took care of us. You have to fight for a sunbed with towels before breakfast. There was no air conditioning in the room; there was central air conditioning, so we ended up in a room with constant noise. Despite all this, I loved the spaciousness of the hotel and the cleanliness of the cool sea. I'd like to thank the reception staff for being much more helpful and helpful than the reception staff.
