Ulasan Dorsett Residences Bukit Bintang at Dorsett Kuala Lumpur

Lokasi yg menarik. Senang untuk ke pusat membeli belah disekitar Bukit Bintang dengan hanya berjalan kaki. Tempat parkir kereta untuk tetamu hotel juga disediakan dengan bayaran RM10/masuk. Kolam renang bersaiz besar

Parking mahal sangat, 5 yuan sejam, bila bagi duit takut sampai Rm90. Keesokan harinya saya berkata bahawa tempat letak kereta di sebelah saya murah. Saya telah membuat tempahan di aplikasi dalam talian dan membayar masuk. Kakitangan perkhidmatan mengatakan saya tidak menerimanya. Selepas menunggu selama 40 minit, mereka membantu saya untuk ambil kad kunci bilik.kami naik ke tingkat atas ke bilik.hasilnya tidak boleh dibuka,maka saya turun dan bertanya kepada staff servis kenapa kad bilik tidak boleh buka pintu,cuma menerangkan bangunan sebelah adalah bilik kami. , dan saya masih tidur awal keesokan paginya. Tekan loceng pintu beberapa kali untuk menghantar mata air mineral. Air tidak dapat menikmati percutian sama sekali, bilik yang kami tempah sudah tiada, berikan kami bilik dan tidak akan menempah ini lain kali hotel lagi teruk

Super sukakannya. Balkoni mempunyai pemandangan yang menakjubkan.

Overall is great hotel for family but a lot of noise when moving the chair on dining area. Mainly because this room don’t have the carpet on floor.

Hotel is conveniently located near the pavilion shopping mall and the trx shopping mall. This building is shared among different owners hence some rooms may be under dorsett and others under different property but rooms under dorsett come with friendly housekeeping and also daily top up of drinking water, coffee and tea. Parking is next door at the dorsett kuala Lumpur property and is chargeable at rm11 per day, multiple exit. Or you can choose rm30 for valet parking per exit.

We are having fun staying at dorsett with friens here , walking distance to restaurants

2 bedroom apartment, each room has a bathroom, very comfortable, cold air conditioning, hot water, very comfortable for bathing, clean and cleaned every day

Love this apartment. The housekeeping guy is very helpful and forthcoming. The apartment is well equipped and good space. Only the TV is not working well. It cannot be switched off. It will turned on by itself even after u switched it off unless we turned off the PowerPoint. For this apartment, need to check in at Dorsett Hotel reception and pay parking charges RM11 per day with multiple entries. Cut off time 3pm daily.

We had a great time with Dorsett.

The location is quite good, walking distance to pavilion mall and also easy to get surroundings food. Everything is quite good, but the only thing I feel quite disappointed and angry about is the staff who working in the restaurant - fried the egg ( morning/ buffet for breakfast), I can’t see the name tag since his name tag not tagged as well, service so rude.

Actually the hotel is nice but is need to be cleaning abit more.

Located on 11th floor of the residence.. Busy road and there’s a construction opposite so it can be noisy. Neighbours upstairs can be noisy too.. Parking is at the hotel and chargeable at RM11 per day, cut off at 3pm.. Carpark is abit scarily tight for those driving wide cars. Location is good! Bukit Bintang, TRX and Berjaya Times Square are all within walking distance. There is no link from the hotel to the residence so you have to offload at the residence first and then check in at the hotel reception. Apartment wise, size is good. Washer and dryer available in the apartment but bring your own hand soap, detergent, etc as it is not provided. There is a bottle under the sink but it’s not labelled so idk what it was for. Rooms are a bit on the tight side. TV channels outside is better than the ones in the room. Bathroom amenities are equipped with shampoo and body wash so that’s covered. We got the breakfast sahur. And I must say it’s a little bit disappointing as there’s not much variety. Only fruits, bread, a small selection of pastries, noodle, porridge and rice. It is good for rice eaters though as they have a variety of dishes for the rice. I’m not, so there’s nothing much for me to eat. Not even for my kid. No egg station, no cereals.. Not very kid friendly I must say..
