Service is good There is one big problem that the heater made a lot of noise frequently,can not sleep very well.

They haven't returned my 50 euro deposit for over 15 days. When I ask when the money will be returned, they tell me to write emails. I will never rent a room there again.

Really nice hotel but it’s a little far from the old city. Trams in the area make it easier to travel that way. The hotel it self was really beautiful and had everything you’d want for a cozy stay.

Excellent, stayed a night longer than planned. The beef tartare and the duck breast were very good. Top notch service from all personel. House keeping was also excellent. Personally, not a fan of the elevators which require your keycard to work. But obviously most hotels now switched to these. Maybe it is to encourage you to use the stairs more often? At the bathroom, when the light is switched on, then the mirror light which is motion sensor triggered should also always stay on. A little odd while taking a shower that one has to wave to switch the mirror light on again.

Nice place just outside the city centre. The tram is nearby however. Breakfast plenty and fresh. Definitely will come back

A bit further from city center, construction near by. Stuff is new and not yet fully ready. But they are very free my. Breakfast is nice

It was really a nice experince. Hotel is new. Not close to the old town, but just 10 minutes by tram.team station is outside the hotel. Hotel breakfast is amazing!
