Ulasan Best Western London Ilford Hotel

Wanita yang bekerja pada hari Jumaat 13 Ogos 2021 pada waktu pagi-petang sangat tidak bersimpati dengan keadaan saya mengenai deposit keselamatan kerana terdapat situasi dengan bank saya. Saya memintanya untuk meletakkan barang-barang saya di tempat lain dengan selamat. Dia enggan meninggalkannya. Walau bagaimanapun, Petra dan Agnes benar-benar ramah dan bersimpati. Semoga Tuhan memberkati mereka berdua. Mereka memahami dan saya sangat menghargainya. Biliknya bersih, luas dan hebat

We stayed two nights here before and after watching The Lord Mayor's show. Hotel was just a few minutes walk from the railway station. We used TfL travel, so had cheap travel into the Liverpool Street station with trains every 10 minutes. The double room was compact. But we had a good night's sleep. TV remote was not working. Ensuite shower over the bath was good. Towels and toiletries were provided. Breakfast was a buffet, self-service with hot and cold food, including full English, croissants, toast, cereal, jam, etc, fruit, yoghurt, tea, coffee, juice. Staff were replenishing food as and when needed. Would stay here again, as it was good value for money.

I would avoid this place. Strange crew and dodgy travelers. They also charge some extra pounds for breakfast. Very, very, very poor experience. On top of that wi-fi was not working at all.

駅から近く、近くにスーパーやショッピングモールもあり便利でした。 清掃も毎日してもらえるのですが壁が薄いので隣の部屋の清掃音や、清掃の方のノックで起きることが多々ありました。

服務很好，對於我們語言溝通不好的人很耐心，早餐還行，房間衞生乾淨，雖然有點小。相比倫敦市中心便宜很多，辦事坐地鐵就行了比較方便。

This hotel was dirty poo in toilet scum on taps unfriendly staff, lots of migrants walking around with takeaway cartons and lounging in reception, felt very intimidated and uncomfortable my friends anxiety hit the roof as we felt very unsafe, checked straight back out and booked another hotel

I was very disappointet not to get a proper breakfast like a few years before!!!! Instead a poor take away!

Stay here all the time, great price, clean, good location for travel and great food and shopping all near by.

Great cheap hotel, great location, near restaurants, shops and bars and near station into London… Don’t expect top of the range, but clean head down this is the place.

I had an issue with the room and the manager was very kind and polite. The staff are polite

I stayed in room 27 for the first two days then moved to room 24. I told the reception staff that there was a insect infestation problem in the shower unit of room 27 on 5/10/22 before I left for the day. When I returned I was told the unit had been sprayed and the electrical socket which was not working had also been repaired. I again reported there were insects in the shower and a receptionist took a not very clear video of the creature. For my last night at the hotel I was in room 24 there was no issue with that room that I found.
