Ulasan Science Hotel

What I liked and enjoyed most was buffet breakfast. They did serve different hot meals every 3 mornings I stayed. Different kinds of tasty sausages were served each mornings. Its location, quite street in the heart of the city is also noteworthy. For those who concerns about the spaciousness of bedrooms, better avoid choosing the cheapest standard rooms. It is really small.

2nd night the lock of our hotel room was broken, could not access, luggage of our 4 kids (one is 5 months old), baby food, clothes stuck inside for a whole night. Only a trainee receptionist present in the hotel during the whole night, no technician, no management. Management only shown up at 8 in the morning. When management finally arrived, there was no communication, no explanation, no apologies, no compensation offered, unless we asked for it. Total incapability of hotel management staff to handle the situation. Waiting for 12 hours, finally they could open the door at 9 a.m.

Clean room but particularly small even by the standards of European hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Smelly and old fashioned bathroom with all the taps leaking, a lot of calc and awful, worn towels, also smelly. Elevators felt not maintained properly (wobbly & one not working). Lobby & the room were nice (very comfy bed).

Stayed here for one night and must say i was impressed of the lovely comfortable beds ,but that was it,the beds were fantastic i must admit and the view to the Doom church but that was about it.Reception was great good tips from the lady about restaurants ,lovely from her to inform us they will chrage us 15€ for parking our car downstairs( they wont wash it either for that price),and ask us if we have any allergies for the breakfast .Ya...talking about that breakfast : eggs are not for everybody s taste im sure im not the only one,and the bread rolls were undercooked and baked cheese or whatever that was is too cold to eat and tasteless.Place was clean but the WC smells funny probably from the products they use to clean which stink like cheap .Level of the hotel is ok but for the prices they charge its way lower quality.And the project architect who organised these room and the bathroom sink is deffo not a master and needs to rethink .Baby bed was nice to have in the room but if not requested in advance takes too much place in the room .Appreciated the Islam tv channels too .Owners should inform in the website about the charge for parking as in all the hotels i stayed in Europe nobody charged for this and deffo not 15€!!Overall a nice experience but needs improvement in many aspects .Though thanks for having us but for this price i would look for another next time i visit Szeged .

The hotel is excellent, new and centrally located. Breakfast has been excellent. We had a four-bed room and it was very comfortable. On the negative side, we found our romm to have been half made the next morning, which was strange, as well that the parking was full despite well advertised, so that our car was parked on the street (no problem with this at all).

The breakfast is wonderful and the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately the staff are not responsive or accommodating. Don’t recommend more than a one night stay. I had many issues with the A/C, windows not opening properly, smoking section below my window, and insects.

Beautifully decorated hotel. Breakfast buffet available. Excellent and safe location, close to the University and downtown.

This is hotel we stayed at the other night and it was a cool and funky place to stay. The hotel had parking for 10Euros that we took advantage of. The room was large and clean and had all of the requirements. The restaurant looked good, we only took a take away coffee. The place was quirky with a science meets the matrix theme. Well worth a stay!

This hotel is worst of the worst. I booked and within 6 h I needed to cancel because I really serious family emergency that my my trip impossible. This hotel with all the insisted of ******* and mine they didn't even respond on time after days and came out the day of booking without being able to cancel. I got charged and they put the note like NO Show. So fu... stupid. Not professional at all. I highly recommend to dont book this hotel.

Long waiting to check in. Too much paperwork despite on line check in (what is the point?) and clearly reception was understaffed. The young guy at the reception very polite but clearly overwhelmed. Despite two communications with the hotel that we need a charger for our electric car we were told during check in that the use of charging point has been suspended. Had I knew that I would have stayed elsewhere but nobody bothered to inform us before hand. We had a long trip the following day and it was made much worse because we started the day with an empty battery. The whole trip was delayed as a result. By the way they do not have a charger just a normal plug in the garage- completely inadequate for car charging. Very misleading!
