Best service was at the reception and the lobby bar. The lobby was the quietest and most beautiful area of the hotel. Otherwise, the entire hotel area was restless. The pool area was too small and there were too few sunbeds. During the week I saw one tattered drink list, otherwise I had to guess what drinks and cocktails they might have on offer. You couldn't get cocktails at the beach bar at all, the drinks were served in hot and wet glasses. The beach bar closed too early. Often the glasses, plates and cutlery were dirty. Breakfast had a good selection of everything. There was a wide variety of dishes available for lunch and dinner. Sadly I couldn’t enjoy these foods much because I got food poisoning or bacteria on the first day on hotel. When we went for lunch and dinner, the senior staff stood at the door, they never greeted or welcomed us. There were not enough waiters at restaurants and at the beach bar. They had to run like crazy to manage the understaffed shift. I felt bad that they couldn't work, as professionals really should!! The room cleaner was wonderful, I left her the best tips! The room was always cleaned well. The air conditioning in the room was installed directly above the bed, so the cold air blew directly into the bed. The bed was hard as rock and squeaked when turning the side. The drain in the room smelled every day, even though the cleaner did her best. The loud evening program ended around 23:00 - 23:30. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
