Big size with balcony, great view to the sea view. 2 minutes to the bus station and local market. The gentleman in reception are nice and helpful. I booked the taxi to the airport over there

It was Close from the bus station and very close from the beach. I like it

Hotel was in a fantastic location to enjoy surrounding coves, beaches and restaurants. Staff were very polite and helpful with all our requests. The room had great views over the pool and sea and I enjoyed very much being able to swim off the rocks from the hotel. Would stay here again.

Calme and cozy areas to relax on a sun bed only a few meters from the sea. Clean hotel and great rooms with a splendid sea view. Very good breakfast buffet. We never tried dinner or the bar at the hotel, but this would probably have been a good experience. Extremely poor internet connection almost everywhere at the hotel. We could not access to bar, pool area or sea as the doors were locked after 8 o’clock. Hence, we had no cozy place to chill out besides in our room. Toilet door semi open. We could ger a late check out… but they wanted to charge us 50€ - quite surprising as this is normally free of charge at other hotels

Airconditioning failed constantly and for the majority of my stay there was not airconditioning and it was extremely hot in the room. The hotel refused to compensate for this. The wifi connection was very poor and annoying as had to keep reconnecting. Restaurant was closed one week early without informing guests in any way, and despite the broken airconditioning issue being known about by all staff, this was hidden from guests and the reception tried to pretend it was an issue only in my room, but then another member of reception said they were well aware of it and that it was affecting the whole hotel. This was deeply dishonest and unprofessional and it was clear that the duty manager had instructed some staff not to admit that there was a major breakdown of the airconditioning, while seemingly forgetting to tell other members of staff not to admit to this. There is an issue of health and safety regarding almost no barriers, except for a flimsy rope to protect guests from falling off the edge onto rocks in the area near the pools that leads down to further areas to sunbathe and towards the tiny beach at the hotel Bonsol which anyone can go to. At breakfast, there is only coffee from machines and the quality of this coffee is truly terrible and frankly undrinkable. It´s also difficult to get hot milk to put into your tea or coffee. There seemed to be a shortage of napkins on tables and when I put down my plate and cutlery at a table and went to get something, when I got back, someone had taken my napkin from next to my plate! There was also a huge mosquito issue in the lobby of the hotel, to the extent that I got bitten each time I even passed through to go in or out of the hotel.

- Unhappy, not smiling waiters, took a long time before serving and get the bill, (with the exception of Augustin) - poor evening menu, advertises with two restaurants....one is only a breakfast restaurant. The lunch menu was actually better than evening menu - Bad wifi, had to log in several times a day, but were still not good. - All sunbeds occupied at 8.30 snd earlier, not a human being to be seen. The Hotel management do not care - No entertainment at the hotel whatsoever, not even music in the bar in the evening. - No AC in gym room It was very good breakfast and nice rooms with good AC, but you could hear everything. Will we come back: NO Taxi to Fan Shoppingcenter €27-30

Perfect location, pool with private beach right by the sea, quiet and peaceful area, good value and quality for the price paid, fantastic staff and breakfast was incredible (thanks to Carmen for those wonderful omelettes and huevos rancheros!)

We had a really nice time in the hotel. The location is great, is in a quiet place, with a beatiful beach, 10 minutes away from the city center. The room was very confortable and clean, and it had a beatiful sea view. The hotel has a great breakfast, with plenty of options, also veggie and gluten free options, and the service is great. Also there is a very good restaurant, with delicious dishes. The waiters are very kind and helpful, and they provide an excellent service. The hotel has also kayak and paddleboards available to have a complete experience in that beatiful sea. In our next visit to Palma we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Hotel Playa Marina in Mallorca is a true gem! The entire team's exceptional service made me feel like family, and the views during breakfast and in my room were simply breathtaking. Here's a hot tip: Don't miss the resident massage therapist - the best I've ever had! And don't forget to ask the staff to arrange a paddleboard for you to explore the stunning beaches around. This place is a slice of paradise, and I can't wait to return!

Beautiful hotel, very clean, comfortable, spacious and wonderful area. Staff very friendly and breakfast chef Carmel did really good omelettes and very friendly. Loved this hotel

Overall experience: * A few strategic improvements, like poolside service and enhanced room soundproofing, could elevate to a better guest experience. Check-in: * Upon our arrival at 11:00, we were informed that our room would be ready by 13:30, despite our booking confirmation stating a 12:00 check-in. The check-in process could have been more informative; we felt somewhat left in the dark regarding the hotel’s amenities and facilities while awaiting our room. Rooms: * Beds offer decent comfort, though the pillows could use an upgrade. * The rainfall shower is great, but the combined shower gel and shampoo leaves much to be desired. Pack your own toiletries. * While soundproofing between rooms is good, the noise from the hallway is rather intrusive, e.g you can easily hear people taking, maids walking past to clean rooms etc. The hallway room is so bright that it lights up your room at night due to the poor isolation. It's disappointing to note that the hotel has yet to address this longstanding issue as seen in older reviews. * The room lacks clear instructions on reaching reception or making dining reservations. The room info brochure contained no information about this. Dining: * Breakfast offerings are diverse and delicious, especially with the omelette station's versatile menu and the wonderful female chef standing there every morning * The poolside restaurant requires a significant rework as the food is very mediocre and expensive for the quality you get. * Pool service is notably absent; guests must fetch their refreshments from the indoor bar. The hotel would likely boost its revenue by introducing poolside servers, especially since the bar staff appears adequately staffed at times, guests instead bring food and drinks from outside. * Steer clear of the room service pizzas advertised in the lifts and reception. Zero taste and certainly not worth 10€ each. Service: * The staff, across the board, were courteous and responsive. When faced with a minor toilet issue in our room, they were swift to rectify it. * The hotel was able to accommodate a very late check out which we were really grateful for. * I would give the hotel 3 out of 5, but the pleasant staff made up for some of the shortcomings
