設施稍微有點老舊，但也還算很有特點，酒店大廳走廊掛滿了70年代以前的歌星照片。酒店位置不錯，價格實惠，後院就是個高爾夫球場，比較適合家庭出行

We enjoyed our short stay. The friendly staff went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast was excellent and beautifully served.

Hotel was very outdated. Pool was very dirty cups spoons everywhere underneath the pool. Alarm fire alarm went off at 7:00 in the morning. Woke me up. Could never go back to bed. Had to check out early you didn't even buy one to take to bring home. The refrigerator was never cold even after we turned it on when we checked in. No microwave in the room or downstairs in the lobby. Very disappointed with that. Swould never stay there again

Uncomfortable soft bed and small pillow cases. Room size
as expected. Room location below expectation, last few nights stumping from room above and conversations from surrounding area can be heard. Excellent and pleasant room service and dinning area staff.

Great resort feeling with live music , love the cleanest of the room but not the old smells!

The room was great and close to the pool and lobby. Food is same as usual. Free brunch not much to offer. Even best western has eggs and bacon! Dinner was ok. Prime rib had a burnt taste and potatoes had no flavor but the shrimp pesto was very good!

Very close to Indian Wells Tennis facility. The property was older and dated. Overall it was average, but we experience no issues and would stay there again if we go back to the tennis tournament. Other properties in the area were much more expensive.

Travel quite a bit, so hotels are key for me, and this is unfortunately the first time in many years I have regretted a hotel stay. This hotel is not in good condition. The floors creak, the elevators sound as if they are about to crack, and the food is subpar. I heard an upstairs person walking to and from the bathroom all night because the floor had zero padding and the wood is so poor. Additionally, the room doors are so light in material you can hear everything down the hallways. And the little things, like the room phone not working in the room, the hallway light in the room flickering on an off because no one has changed a bulb in there since black and white tv was popular - all these nuances made my stay miserable. Please dont stay at The Indian Wells Resort- you will regret it.

The staff was friendly, the restaurant was nice and convenient. However, the rooms need updating. The bathrooms in particular and the beds. I sat on my bed and it was squeaky and way too soft. I felt like I was in a water bed and my daughter made the same comment about her bed. The inside of the bathroom door looked like it was damaged, but had been painted over, but poorly. The television is very small compared to what many hotels now offer. The room was spacious, but I’ve never seen the mini fridge located in a closet..this was a first for us. The golf course is probably a plus for many guests as well as the hotel’s history with Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, but unfortunately that’s not enough to overcome the inadequacies listed.
