It was a good deal comparing the price. It was clean but needed more personal care products.

Well cost benefits and brand new.

The hallway outside our room was noisy but that’s not the hotel’s fault and unfortunately the pool was out of order which was a big reason for us picking this hotel but overall a good place to stay.

Good location/ proximity for us since we were there for a softball tournament at the Sports Zone. Close to other restaurants and stores. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Hotel rooms were clean. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast but everything was good. We would choose to stay there again.

Hotel pricing for my stay was good. Check-in was seamless. No hiccups. The hotel looked clean, modern not dated. Room was clean, breakfast offerings were good. Hotel location was good. Overall, my accommodations were great!

The area was nice and secure. The room was excellent, not only did it smell good but the room was exceptionally clean.

It was a nice stay. The staff is super friendly. Too bad I can't rate bad parents who let their 2 toddlerS scream until midnight.....

I’ve stayed at Hampton Inn hotels across the Eastern US and this wasn’t the greatest. I never give reviews but I was baffled at this. My room wasn’t the cleanest, hair on the sheets. The toiletries were random (shampoo was one brand, conditioner another but no biggee) and there was no lotion. I asked the front desk for washcloths and said my room didn’t need cleaned for our second night stay, just needed linens. I was told “we only clean rooms every 5 days, and we DONT HAVE ANY WASHCLOTHS. I can give you hand towels to use”. I realize none of this is huge deals but I just have never had this type of experience at a Hilton/Hampton Inn.

Ron who prepared breakfast was great. He was kind courteous greeted everyone and made sure all had what they needed. Only negative was that when we went to checkout a manager was not at the site. Not sure why clerk was not there. Overall stay was good. Clean rooms quiet hallways friendly staff

Great property with friendly staff. The breakfast was good.

So much better than other hotels we’ve stayed in. Staff was friendly and so helpful, hotel was clean and we felt safe in the area. There were a couple of things that were bad, the wall where the shower seat is was cracked, the bathroom door handle was broken but still useable. Then then wheel of one of the beds was broken. Not major things, we will definitely stay here again.
