Ulasan HM Grand Central Hotel

Everything was good, really nice hotel with perfect rooftop terrace. The only thing I didn't like was the woman at the pool bar who was all the time (2hrs) facetiming and there was a child crying all the time so it wasn't really relaxing as it was loud and the hotel is suppised to be without kids..maybe next time she can use headphones (she was working there, not a customer)

Location near to Naga ****** hotel, breakfast variety choose, need to improve is gym without towel and water.

Great Exprience at HM Grand Hotel everytime I go. Even thought I wasn't able to check-in early as previous times, I received the 30 mins FREE massage and I nice gift from Trip,a FREE cocktail!! 😊 The new policy of 50USD deposit can be inconvenient if you don't have the cash immediately and if you pay by card. It will be back to your account only 7-10 days later. 🤔 It might be inconvenient for short period travellers. Besides that overall good staff and good amenities.

A little hard to find, since HM is part of the name. But well located and very nice to the stay.

In May this year it is hot and dry, we have early breakfast on first floor restaurant where both Eastern and western food are available. Morning walk to the palace or the central market can be good exercise. After lunch it can be very hot to walk back so tuk-tuk is a cheap form of transport for 3 of us. It is easy to take lift from basement which is same level as the road to our rooms as access card instruct the lift to stop at the correct floor. It is nice to take a bath and enjoy rest of the day in a comfortable room with over 60 channels to view.

I always stay here when I have a business trip in Phnom Penh. Hotel is located in the convenience place where close to minimart and tourist attractions.

Near to Royal Palace.Accommodating staff.Recommendable. Suite room is good.Spacious toilet with bath tub.

Gym was without air conditioning and everything feels abit damp and sticky. Room was clean but the concierge at night was giving a lot of problem

It’s a nice and clean hotel with a good location. The breakfast was good, but the swimming pools opens at 10am, a little bit late.

Good location & service. Comfortable bed n clean room. Room has recently been renovated.

Insufficient amenities, staff service and cleanliness need to be improved.
