Hotelnya bagus. Kakitangan adalah sopan. Mesin basuh dan pengering Situasi agak menjengkelkan. 1 Mesin basuh, 1 Pengering di bilik dobi yang besar. Mereka pasti boleh menambah 1 atau 2 lagi pada pendapat saya. Tambahan pula yang mereka ada tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Ia mengambil masa hampir 3 jam dan 6 dolar untuk mengeringkan pakaian saya

Overall 5/5 Internet 5/5 This is actually a tough one to review. I was there Thanksgiving night, so I was glad they were there. The motel is being renovated. My room was fine but not completely finished. Pros: The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Everything in the room was OK. The internet worked well. The room was spacious and had everything it was supposed to. Plenty of towels. The lobby was clean and attractive. Breakfast was OK. Parking was plentiful and location is good. Cons: It seemed pricy to me, even by California standards. The heat worked, I guess, but something about the system wasn't smooth; it seemed like it cut off too soon. Walls were thin. Other: the room seemed bare, although it had a dresser, flat surfaces, a good square table and two chairs. (The table was sturdy but ancient.) There was no art on the walls and the door still needed to be painted. Hot water was hot enough but not sizzling. The gym room had only three machines, and no treadmill. The parking lot pavement is fine but looks old. So, while the motel is fine, it's current presentation is less than ideal. Overall I recommend it.

Definitely enjoyed our stay here at the Royal Plaza Inn! The front desk attendant was so kind, cheery, and helpful! He helped make our stay a very pleasurable experience! The price was pretty great too and we enjoyed staying so close to Palm Springs!

Omg no hot water to shower, cold cold water and a very Bad Experience at check-in desk i gave the lady my ID & I had my creit card in my hand ready for deposit, The lady said $100 CASH only deposit & i told her i have never paid CASH at any hotel for deposit & that I have stayed here before & never paid cash & she told me again $100 Cash only so I asked if she will give me reciept for the Cash she said yes so i took $100 & put cash in the counter & she wrote it with a pen so i ask her if she can sign her name please, wow she got all mad & started ranting she was just going to cancel my room & put no show & for me to leave & that i could’nt stay and i said no you can’t cancel over a signature if you writing with a pen I need a signature its not printed ink reciept so i ask to speak to the manager cause she kept ranting to leave she was canceling me & she said she was the manager so i said I want to speak to someone higher cause she can’t cancel me if im complying & its pre-paid. So after all her ranting she still gave me my room finally. My room bathroom toilet was plugged the water would no go down the drain without plounger so i was changed to another room but i will never come here again that is a rude lady or manager at check-In desk I would of argued with her or got mad & left but all I wanted was my room to relax & rest after a long day. 😡

On tour with our band and needed a secure place to stay where our equipment and vehicle were all safe. Had to check in late but Crystal was there bright eyed at 1am, which is more than I could say for myself at the time. Extremely welcoming and gave me the rundown of my stay. I got to my room and it was possibly the most spacious and comfy room I’ve ever stayed in. Plus the tv had MTV Classic, which it didn’t change from the whole stay. Shower was great and the AC kept up against the 118 degree weather nicely. Upon checking out, Liz went out of her way to thank us for the stay and wish us luck down the road. Will 100% be returning to hopefully stay again. Maybe next time I’ll be able to make Aaron his Tom Collins lol

We had a double queen room with a sofa. It also had a table and 2 chairs, a desk, a fridge and a microwave with a little sink and cabinets for food. The room was spacious. We were on the bottom floor which we prefer. Breakfast was above average and had plenty to offer for multiple day stays. It was too cold to use the pool. The location is convenient though there aren't any restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the floors is questionable. They do not appear to be mopped regularly. Our socks were filthy after walking on the floors. I don't think anyone has cleaned under the couch ever. There's so much dirt and crumbs under the couch it's disgusting. There were stains on the couch as well. Not enough outlets around the beds for charging multiple phones. Overall though it's pretty nice and we would stay here again if we are in the area.. The staff was pleasant and I'm a fan of the Dove soaps!
