Since we don’t speak Chinese, her help was absolutely invaluable—from check-in to handling any requests. She was always available, assisting with translation, recommending restaurants, and even helping with minor everyday issues. Thanks to her, our vacation was completely stress-free and incredibly comfortable. The hotel itself was also wonderful—clean, with cozy rooms and a great location—but it was the assistant’s attentiveness and professionalism that truly made our stay special. A huge thank you for such a warm welcome! Not too much westerns food at breakfast, mostly local food."

"The surroundings around the hotel is very serene and close to most tourist places though you still need a car to go round tianmu lake on Liyang No 1 road. I love the bamboo sea forest the best! I was not aware that the hotel I booked was mainly for family with Children! We have a room with dinosaur blankets!"

"Hotel is very clean, and kudos to the owner for being very hospitable towards the guests. Breakfast is unique as well, providing a 9 different dish which includes youtiao, corn and floral bao. For a foreign tourist, I highly recommend this hotel as location is strategic and is about 5 mins drive away from nanshan bamboo sea."

"挺滿意的，趁年前人沒那麼多帶寶寶來看熊貓，酒店離南山竹海售票處很近，穿一個停車場就到了，裝修的挺不錯的，在一眾民房裡格外突出，這家酒店有前面後面兩棟樓，配套設施啥的都不錯，要是天熱一點來肯定很舒服。服務也很熱情，很nice！就是稍稍有點不足，可能不是旺季，房間打掃好之後有一段時間沒人入住過，玩偶椅子啥的都有點灰了，其他都挺滿意的"

"住的兩間房別墅，還有私湯，兩家人入住愜意舒適。分上下兩層，上面是客廳，下面是兩間房，一間標間一間大房。內部裝修時尚而不失雅緻，私湯泡着也很舒服，坐在温泉裏面對山景，整個人都放鬆了。不遠處有個山頂餐廳可以吃下午茶，早餐也在這裏，餐廳露台的風景很棒，給人融入大自然的感覺。內部有電瓶車接送，如果想在森林氧吧走走路也可以從步道下山。沿途有松樹、竹林、各種不知名的小花還有沒開的綉球。"

"阿姨都很親切，有求必應❤️ 房間很乾凈酒店配置，咖啡機，紅茶綠茶，可樂雪碧，礦泉水薯片每天都會送新的到房間❤️ 最值得稱讚的是民宿的泳池🏊👍我們是週一到週五住在民宿，第一天到的時候孩子迫不及待的下水去玩，我就發現泳池非常的乾淨，沒有消毒水的味道。週四一大早就看到阿姨們放掉了泳池的水在一點一點的刷泳池，一問才知道原來每週四都會這樣做！這一點非常值得點贊👍 另外民宿有自己的娛樂室，有桌球、K歌房和麻將室室內佈置温馨且細節滿滿，隔壁還有一個洗衣房和晾曬區隨便這是我住過類似民宿裏最好的🏆 想要表揚的點太多了 總結，以後還來😘😘😘 Ps：早餐種類如果很會選擇那就更完美了😍 住了 4晚吃到最後審美疲勞了都 哈哈哈"

"民宿離南山竹海不算遠，附近吃喝也蠻方便的，我們入住當天店裡前台是稍年長的奶奶，特別健談大方，進門爽朗打招呼的聲音真的有一瞬間讓我疲憊一掃而空，我們週日入住帶着孩子，升了房，蠻照顧帶孩子的家庭，入住期間也多有閑聊，話音裏能聽得出是一位很豁達的人，孩子也很喜歡她，有機會到這邊還會選擇這裏住"

"With our own private pool and in-house hot spring tub, we were enjoying a wonderful off-season quiet stay at this beautiful resort. The location is superb. Our villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, trees and bamboo forest. The villa has a large sitting room with tea table, oversized sofas and a crystal sharp TV. The bedroom is also very large with soft duvet cover. A huge bathroom with shower and toilet separated. Amenities are luxuries and in good sizes. The best of all was the service. We were pampered by ever detailed attention from the resort staff. The breakfast was also rich in local highlight's and delicious. We heard the resort will be snow capped during the winter time. We cannot wait coming back to see the different sight."
