Hotel Liyang dengan Spa

來天目湖玩，住在天目湖山水園對面的天目湖賓館，一家老酒店了，不過設施設備都還不錯呢 服務員都很熱情，房間幫我們免費升級了湖景房，房間不算大但是也夠了，總體衞生環境還是不錯的，房間可以看到對面的天目湖，視野很好，酒店價格節後也不算太高，早餐很豐盛，酒店餐廳的菜品也都很好吃，體驗感不錯。

整體評價。肯定是不錯的，這次住的是松果，整個度假區坐落在一座山。有好幾家酒店。都是涵田旗下，所有酒店都是共享一家温泉。松果比較適合親子。榻榻米。床墊子可以拼在一起，之前看評價説，榻榻米有一塊缺了一塊，小朋友會崴腳，果然，我也被崴了。不過我覺得這個是可以自己解決的，我把缺的一塊推上，就行了。如果因為這個給差評倒不至於，我覺得酒店也可以很簡單的解決這個問題，在靠牆的位置墊上一塊泡沫板。直接頂到頭。就不會導致走路的地方缺一塊了，接駁車響應的也很快，一個電話打來就來了，開自己的車也可以，衹不過人多的時候停車不好停。建議還是坐接駁車去泡温泉和吃早餐，説到早餐。第一天的早餐品類很多。可能是因為人多，第二天的自助餐就減少了一塊區域，因為人少了，整體味道是可以的，這個價格應該就是對應這個品類。煎蛋會區分單面和雙面，不過第一天有工作人員會幫忙煎餐包，第二天就沒有了，咖啡機旁邊有冰桶，衹不過只有一桶，用完了就沒了，我覺得這個價格的自助餐。如果配個製冰機就更好了，冰桶裏的冰沒一會就會化出水，有點浪費。感謝客户經理王傑，正好朋友當天也決定去，給幫忙安排了客房，下次準備帶着父母一起過來 忘説了，酒店的擼貓館是針對所有住店客人都可以免費擼，雖然只有幾衹，但還算聽話。温泉區有自己的貨幣，我稱之為温幣，一瓶元氣森林15，一杯八喜也15，不太懂這個定價，質疑理解

酒店位置絕佳，依山傍水，景色如畫。房間寬敞舒適，裝修精緻，設施齊全，尤其是温泉設施，種類豐富。接待我們入住的服務員周麗華熱情周到，服務也很貼心。周邊環境優美，適合休閑漫步。總之，這是一次難忘的入住體驗，下次還會再來！

Check in was not that easy since nobody was at reception - it was however very late in the evening. Rather than that everything was very good, nice accommodation, cleanliness, organisation. Thanks! Rafael

養心谷好棒👍入住前管家會提前加微信告知相關事宜。入住前一天甘婷就聯繫我們，詢問到達的大致時間，最最驚喜的是不僅當天10:00後可以辦理入住，竟然還幫我們升級到了一居室的別墅房，上下兩層，還有spa床和汗蒸房。在度假村裡，想到哪裡去，就和甘婷聯繫，馬上會派接駁車來，非常方便，尤其是羅燈經理服務意識強，必須點贊👍強將手下無弱兵，第二天用車時遇到的李愛蓮也是熱情周到。除此之外，酒店的旅拍也是一大特色，笑玩旅拍小杜攝影師服務很好，為我們的旅程增添了一抹亮色。總之，待到春暖花開時還想來涵田養心谷。

🚗：這次出遊時間趕上過年高速高峯期，和朋友家人一起出遊，雖然路上有各種狀況（堵車、車禍等），但是也沒有影響我們期待、愉悦的心情。 🗺️：酒店很貼心，提前讓前台（單瑞）電話告知並加了WX，給到相關的遊玩攻略。由於預訂的獨棟別墅地址有點難找，所以也給到了具體的定位。 🏠：辦理入住的地方也是獨立的，所有流程走完後，會有觀光車帶領我們去到居住地，並有管家介紹房子設備和一些注意事項，提前為孩子們準備了拖鞋和洗漱用品。 🎡：當天天氣晴朗，適合泡温泉♨️，場館提供浴巾，浴袍需要自行購買。門票收費標準：1.2以下¥29，1.2-1.4¥98，超過1.4按成人收價，其實1.2以下這個收費覺得有點不合理。 🚍：度假區內去到飯店，遊樂場所，温泉館等地方都可致電，會有觀光車接送，這點服務還是滿意的。 整個過程還是愉快和滿意的。

Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions. I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table. I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty. On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA.

走進房間，一陣樸素感撲面而來，瞬間感覺一千多一晚的房間有點不值當。 打開冰櫃 空空如也（其他酒店還能塞幾瓶免費的飲料）；對面的高鐵行車密度極高，一陣陣的轟鳴聲真是惹人心煩，還好我們睡得晚，十一二點才睡，那時候沒有高鐵，不然晚上別想睡安穩；晚上點了外賣被告知衹能去樓下外面的外賣櫃拿，不能送上樓，明明有機器人 偏偏還不給用，人家哪個酒店有機器人不讓送外賣的？點了兩次外賣 去門外受了兩次冷風吹；還有一個早餐，呵呵，一般般…服務麼 沒享受到什麼服務。

This is one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The hotel location is beautiful, if you are a nature lover then this is a place to visit. There is a lot of fun things to do within the area. There are hot springs, boat riding, quad biking, zip lining and children’s play areas just to name a few. A lot of these activities are within walking distance from the hotel and if you’re not a fan of walking, the hotel provides free transportation to all the surrounding sites and amenities. The room was spacious and the staff cleaned the room thoroughly every morning. The views from our room were stunning and the service was flawless. My family and I will definitely be returning and we’ll be recommending it to everyone. 👍🏾🥰
