"錯峯過來，比較了附近的酒店，果斷來入住，性價比高，樓層在允許的範圍內升到16樓，房間也有30多平米，雖然房間看上去開了幾年了，但衞生做的好，衞生間看起來又乾淨又新，這個對住户來説更重要，早餐也算豐富，酒店邊上就是商場，吃飯非常方便。溧陽圖書館在附近3公里左右。去天目湖自駕也方便。"

From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. IIlia(伊莱）Well, first of all this is really wonderful place! The hotel is very new and tidy, has a huge place to walk around (they call it meditation garden). Rooms are big and cozy and very stylish. Also there is a hot spring, but I did not go, because we went to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast is good. It’s buffet type with mostly Chinese dishes, but also has some western food. For kids they also have playground with ball pool. The location is a little bit far from bamboo forest and yushui hot spring (i mean far to walk). We were there during Chinese New Year eve, so call a didi was a challenge. However hotel provide us a car with a driver who send us to the bamboo forest. Will I recommend this hotel - YES

MMeiluoxiawucha看了點評説連續九個月無差評才選的這裏，結果並不是我想象那樣。 2000多房價是給了別墅面積，山谷環境和非常熱情的接駁車司機。 槽點： 設施：剛入住就發現床尾尾凳搖啊搖，要求更換，説沒了衹能換兩個化粧凳，這個我接受，因為安全第一。 衞生：因為樓下有spa房，就泡澡去哪裡，並不使用馬桶，誰知喵了一眼發現沒有打掃乾淨，迅速通知管家，雖然馬上來人打掃並送了酸奶水果安撫，但心裏膈應。 療愈：這個是最大槽點！看中你是養心谷才來的，結果你的療愈是糊弄人的！你説是外包的我説了我不管，衹要服務好就可以，然鵝，療愈女老師全程無表情，看她的臉我就不能療愈！晚上音療就瞎敲幾下頌缽，對待客人毫無熱情禮貌可言，全程再度冰塊臉，以至於我們過了十分鐘就逃離了！這個療愈中心絕對是酒店敗筆！ 管家：沒有覺得管家有多熱情，而且感覺感覺管家微信是今天甲，明天乙在操作，沒有連貫性，沒有覺得被照顧到！建議你們好好和接駁車司機學習！他們的態度才叫服務！ 餐飲：有句説句，接待中心早餐還是優於主樓的， 少而精！還有海蔘藜麥粥，驚艷！歡迎水果比較差，黃瓜蔫的！其他水果也很一般。 總結，涵田這個國內品牌還是不夠優秀，有很多提升空間，特別是療愈中心好好整治一下，真的砸招牌，！

PPengguna TetamuThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

The environment was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much, and would definitely recommend it! Special thanks to general manager Michael, he always made sure we have everything we need, and recommended visiting the gorgeous Fo Guang Shan Great Enlightenment Temple! We'd definitely come back here!
