"Generally a very impressive, grand, beautiful and majestic hotel smack in the middle of Yinxian District. Some parts of the hotel design was strange though: the location of light switches was not intuitive (I spent a good few minutes trying to find the light switches for living area), they don’t provide hair conditioner for bathroom. And bathtub does not have a shower option (and quite a walk away from shower area). Otherwise it would have been a perfect hotel. I enjoyed my stay very much and this hotel made me love Ningbo City a lot."

"## Park Hyatt Nirvana: A Serene Jiangnan Dream by Dongqian Lake As our car wound along the lakeside road, the understated grey-tiled roofs and white walls of the Park Hyatt Ningbo came into view. This luxurious sanctuary, transformed from an ancient Jiangnan water village, seamlessly blends traditional architectural elegance with modern sophistication. Upon arrival, May, the Front Office Manager, greeted us with a warm smile that instantly melted away our travel fatigue. With professionalism and attention to detail, she introduced the hotel’s amenities and kindly recommended an upgrade to the Lakeside Suite—a decision that immersed us in a dreamlike Jiangnan experience far beyond our expectations. The Lakeside Suite framed Dongqian Lake like a living ink-wash painting. Each morning, we opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to mist-kissed waters resembling a classical scroll; by dusk, the lake shimmered in amber hues under the setting sun, dotted with distant sailboats. Inside, the suite masterfully balanced traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort—exquisitely carved screens divided the tranquil living space, embroidered cushions complemented modern art pieces, and the freestanding bathtub by the window created the illusion of floating above the lake. The smart bedside control system, allowing us to adjust lighting and curtains with a touch, harmonized technology with timeless elegance. May’s service was nothing short of impeccable. Noticing our preference for quiet mornings, she proactively adjusted housekeeping schedules. When we expressed interest in local flavors, she not only recommended authentic Ningbo restaurants but also hand-drew a map of nearby attractions. These thoughtful, personalized touches transformed a routine stay into a heartfelt experience. At checkout, a carefully prepared gift and a handwritten note from May added the perfect sentimental farewell. Park Hyatt Ningbo redefines luxury through details—not in opulent extravagance, but in the artful fusion of cultural heritage, intuitive service, and refined design. Here, every corner whispers a Jiangnan tale, and every gesture carries genuine warmth. "環境：安靜優美，坐落於鄉村田園之間，酒店內部大片草坪，感覺最好的還是酒店外面一條鄉村健身步道，早晨跑步空氣清新，噪音小，三三兩兩的鄉民一大早在田間有條不紊的忙碌，這早秋的景緻非常治癒。 設施及衞生：到了酒店升級了窯洞親子房，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，還配有洗衣機，雖然洗衣時振動的比較激動但還是給予了很大的便利，房間分上下兩層，樓上榻榻米很大，適合多人共享空間。院落有桌椅，但院落得長排木凳都爛掉且有味，估計是假期期間房源緊張才調用的。 服務：服務非常周到，預訂後來電又+微信告知路線及酒店的入住和餐飲時間，還發送了酒店假期幾天的活動表，辦理入住時前台態度友好且熱情，另寵物友好是突出亮點，額外收費合理。 最後提一點小小的建議，酒店的餐飲有待改善，早餐食品還算齊全，衹是那個麪條和小餛飩是之前煮熟的，客人要的時候再過一過水，完全沒有那個新鮮的味，這是住酒店以來的第一次體驗，還有晚餐的中餐廳的菜式沒有特色，拿着菜單不知道點啥菜餚，希望酒店能以於改進，同時也希望酒店的生意越做越好，振興鄉村文旅，有機會還會來的。"

"在雪竇寺旁邊，方便禮佛。度假酒店房間沒錯，寬大明亮舒適，升級180度日出景觀，很棒👍全屋地暖。潔具窗簾皆智能。送早餐和點心水果，服務態度貼心周到👍自駕友好，免費停車，場地寬敞。 禮佛度假兼得，下次還來。"

"設施：浴缸，泳池，戴森吹風機，體重秤，應有盡有。窗外就是綿延的山頂，看到了夏天該有發綠山藍天。 這次是帶着倆娃，跟朋友一起來過週末。定了燒烤，迎着落日吹着晚風，喝着啤酒吃燒烤。娃在山頂自由的奔跑，還有工作人員帶着去看螢火蟲。 這就是暑假啊。 關於服務：第一次被人從下車就打着傘迎接的，幾乎是有求必應型服務。太適合來山間過個小週末了。"

"The hotel design itself is amazing / rooms are big, quiet, huge windows- well equipped. Lumi and all her colleagues were clearly amazing - one of our guests woke up late, they arranged a little breakfast takeaway box. We were offered coffee while waiting for him. Breakfast was excellent - our guests were very pleased with our choice of this new hotel. I will surely stay there again when staying in Ningbo - both for personal or professional trips."

"衞生：訂的浴缸房，浴缸上是有一些黑色可擦拭污漬的，反正泡澡前自己本身就打算把浴缸清洗一遍，沒有拍照。 環境：早上起來打開窗就是山林景色，是不錯的。 服務：攜程上寫了酒店有午餐和晚餐提供，並沒有告知我們需要預約。導致我們晚餐開車去五公里之外的天童村吃飯。（酒店應該不能默認每個來入住的顧客都是開車出行的吧？如果沒有車，那是不是這個晚上我連飯都吃不上了？）入住前打了電話詢問酒店是否提供一次性浴缸套、搓澡巾，酒店前台小哥告知沒有一次性浴缸套但有搓澡巾，於是我們也沒有在市區購買，然後到了之後小哥説找到了一次性浴缸套，但搓澡巾沒有了（物流問題）。小哥告知前台21:30下班，言外之意不是21:30之後如果房間有問題那無處反饋嗎？所以我們一進房間就開始檢查設施，熱水放了很久才變得比較熱，小哥説是管道較長的原因。晚上餓瘋了在房間裏…外賣配送費30起步而且都沒有什麼想吃的…早餐也要提前説好時間….對於p人很不友好了。早餐牛奶喝完想再要一點，被告知沒有了，還要去前台領取，可是這不是個餐廳麼…早餐種類很多，但是想再要就是沒有，這點挺讓我介意的。 感覺整個民宿就住着我們倆人，也沒有體驗到評論區裏其他的咖啡廳餐廳之類的，前台也並未告知，服務真的有待加強…"

"住的這家民宿在寧波奉化區溪口鎮，民宿有一條小路開車過去10分鐘可以到亭下湖景區，圖片實拍在3月9號，羊羣襯着草地，真的來到新疆阿勒泰，直接原圖出封神的那種。 在説民宿，位於四明山下，寵物友好，品質物超所值，集咖啡，餐廳和住宿為一體。25年下半年開業的，民宿的房間設備都很新，意大利設計師設計投資了2000多萬打造，一共才9個房間，我買了團購入住才400多一個晚上，選的還是白露浴缸房間。房間是全屋智能，戴森吹風機，洗護品是巴爾曼的，每個房間都有觀景點。 外面帶一個2000平的草坪，下午茶，露營，野餐，燒烤，還有團建這種很適合。 户外的無邊泳池據説是在6月份開放，下面就是村裡的河流，到時候5-7月入住還可以去免費溯溪。"

"The nature around the hotel is amazing, but the facilities are quite old. It’s good place to have rest from the city noise. Very comfortable house, with nice balcony and huge bathtub. Breakfast was also tasty. There is nothing around the hotel within a walking distance, so we felt bored as we like active leisure. Also there is no lighting so you cannot really walk around in the evening. it is better to stay in the room after 7pm as the pathway to the house has no lights as well. I wouldn’t suggest this place for families with kids below 4 years old because of steep stairs and lack of baby equipment like cribs. But it’s a great place for couples to spend one day together in the nature. Staff is very friendly and helpful."
