"Generally a very impressive, grand, beautiful and majestic hotel smack in the middle of Yinxian District. Some parts of the hotel design was strange though: the location of light switches was not intuitive (I spent a good few minutes trying to find the light switches for living area), they don’t provide hair conditioner for bathroom. And bathtub does not have a shower option (and quite a walk away from shower area). Otherwise it would have been a perfect hotel. I enjoyed my stay very much and this hotel made me love Ningbo City a lot."

"I had high hopes for this stay as the hotel is brand new and aesthetically pleasing. The room design is very well-thought-out, and the team here is doing a great job with their service. Unfortunately, the noise insulation doesn't match the high quality of the decor. The late-night noise from other guests was quite disruptive. I hope the management can look into this, as it’s the only thing holding back a perfect experience."

"十一住了兩晚，雖然滿房，但不覺得人多，度假村依山傍水，很適合親子家庭。泳池很好，户外又有遮陽，水清澈，國慶高温正好下水涼快涼快。水晶塔孩子也喜歡，1.4m以下一層，1.4m以上2-4層，挑戰多多，而且工作人員一直觀察着，需要時候便滑過去幫忙，即使沒有家長上去陪着，也讓人很安心。很適合親子的地方。十一酒店安排了很多免費親子活動，吃西瓜比賽，放螢火蟲，電影等，幾個拓展項目都另外收費，還有VR等。 服務挺好，當中因為長者孩子覺得床太硬，協調換了房間。周邊景點有觀頂湖，中坡山森林公園，蔣氏故居和雪竇山，雪竇山很美，也考驗腳力，最關鍵十一的人也不多，基本不排隊，體驗好。 欠缺的是餐飲，早餐自助形式內容尚可，不算豐富但也能接受。中餐廳吃了一頓生日餐，包間1000元起，配菜的，價格在當地不便宜了，我們後來在外面小飯店300多吃的又好吃又滿足（環境差一些），但這個生日餐的菜真的不好吃，沒有鍋氣，像提前準備好給你熱熱就上來了，生日麪也不好吃，像壽喜鍋那種是甜的，反正全家人都覺得菜不好吃也不值這個價。 除去吃飯，整體都很喜歡，環境好服務好體驗好。"

This luxurious sanctuary, transformed from an ancient Jiangnan water village, seamlessly blends traditional architectural elegance with modern sophistication. Upon arrival, May, the Front Office Manager, greeted us with a warm smile that instantly melted away our travel fatigue. With professionalism and attention to detail, she introduced the hotel’s amenities and kindly recommended an upgrade to the Lakeside Suite—a decision that immersed us in a dreamlike Jiangnan experience far beyond our expectations. The Lakeside Suite framed Dongqian Lake like a living ink-wash painting. Each morning, we opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to mist-kissed waters resembling a classical scroll; by dusk, the lake shimmered in amber hues under the setting sun, dotted with distant sailboats. Inside, the suite masterfully balanced traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort—exquisitely carved screens divided the tranquil living space, embroidered cushions complemented modern art pieces, and the freestanding bathtub by the window created the illusion of floating above the lake. The smart bedside control system, allowing us to adjust lighting and curtains with a touch, harmonized technology with timeless elegance. May’s service was nothing short of impeccable. Noticing our preference for quiet mornings, she proactively adjusted housekeeping schedules. When we expressed interest in local flavors, she not only recommended authentic Ningbo restaurants but also hand-drew a map of nearby attractions. These thoughtful, personalized touches transformed a routine stay into a heartfelt experience. At checkout, a carefully prepared gift and a handwritten note from May added the perfect sentimental farewell. Park Hyatt Ningbo redefines luxury through details—not in opulent extravagance, but in the artful fusion of cultural heritage, intuitive service, and refined design. Here, every corner whispers a Jiangnan tale, and every gesture carries genuine warmth. "衞生：訂的浴缸房，浴缸上是有一些黑色可擦拭污漬的，反正泡澡前自己本身就打算把浴缸清洗一遍，沒有拍照。 環境：早上起來打開窗就是山林景色，是不錯的。 服務：攜程上寫了酒店有午餐和晚餐提供，並沒有告知我們需要預約。導致我們晚餐開車去五公里之外的天童村吃飯。（酒店應該不能默認每個來入住的顧客都是開車出行的吧？如果沒有車，那是不是這個晚上我連飯都吃不上了？）入住前打了電話詢問酒店是否提供一次性浴缸套、搓澡巾，酒店前台小哥告知沒有一次性浴缸套但有搓澡巾，於是我們也沒有在市區購買，然後到了之後小哥説找到了一次性浴缸套，但搓澡巾沒有了（物流問題）。小哥告知前台21:30下班，言外之意不是21:30之後如果房間有問題那無處反饋嗎？所以我們一進房間就開始檢查設施，熱水放了很久才變得比較熱，小哥説是管道較長的原因。晚上餓瘋了在房間裏…外賣配送費30起步而且都沒有什麼想吃的…早餐也要提前説好時間….對於p人很不友好了。早餐牛奶喝完想再要一點，被告知沒有了，還要去前台領取，可是這不是個餐廳麼…早餐種類很多，但是想再要就是沒有，這點挺讓我介意的。 感覺整個民宿就住着我們倆人，也沒有體驗到評論區裏其他的咖啡廳餐廳之類的，前台也並未告知，服務真的有待加強…"

"I booked the Seclusive Life resort for a 2 night weekend getaway while I am working in Zhejiang. It was a beautiful, relaxing experience. The mountains were so lush and green. The best part of the resort was the staff. Everyone was so helpful. I do not speak Chinese but we were able to communicate via WeChat very easily. The staff really went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good. I ordered my meals a day in advance and the staff sent me a message when my food was prepared. I enjoyed the pool that is filled with cold mountain water. I did some hiking starting at the resort and really enjoyed the mountain scenery. Unfortunately the tub did not work in my room and there was a lot of mold in the shower but I think that is unavoidable in this humid climate. At the end of my stay the staff was about to help me arrange a driver to Xeudou Temple and Zhongcun Scenic area. I highly recommend this place for a relaxed, stress free getaway. One note, there are a lot of stairs (193 to my room) to get to the cabins so anyone with mobility issues will need to be sure to reserve a room they can reach. Again, ***** for the staff. Super."

"房間很大很漂亮，但食物不太好吃。酒店員工得培訓尤其要加強。在咖啡廳點了2杯咖啡，聽見2位員工一直在罵桌布不夠長舖桌子，等了很久才去準備咖啡。 第二天想約觀光車上山走走，結果一等半個小時還沒有車，原來是山上有活動，車子安排比較繁忙，可以理解，但不告知讓顧客白等，直到我自己走出前台問才知道。酒店在山上，打車沒人接單，但酒店職員不提早提醒，連什麼時候有公交車也不知道，要我們自己走到公交車站看，如果不是開車來，交通超級不方便。總的來說不推薦，酒店營造一種放鬆，服務體貼的氛圍，但員工的態度和做事明顯不夠格，不能讓你好好享受，這個價錢這種服務，不推薦嘗試。"

"The absolute standout here is the exceptional service, staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The coffee is outstanding. The location is convenient enough to visit a few other places by car. Rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-heated. Common areas are all clean and very nice; it's clear someone put a lot of effort into the design and details but into maintenance of this place as well. Highly recommended as a weekend getaway, especially for families with kids."
