Hotel Perniagaan di Ingolstadt

I cannot express how deeply disappointed and infuriated I am with the appalling service I received at this 4 stars hotel (it is a joke 4 star with this kind of service). My stay, which should have been a pleasant experience, was marred by the unprofessional conduct of the senior manager, who demonstrated a complete lack of respect for customers. My ordeal began on September 7th when I checked in, having booked a room rate that clearly included breakfast. The front desk staff insisted on a deposit or full payment upfront, I totally understood on this and I opted to pay in full, expecting no further issues. However, on September 8th, during check-out, I was slapped with an additional charge of EUR 18.80. Why, you ask? Well, the hotel had arbitrarily split the bill into two parts, one for accommodation and another for breakfast, without any prior notification. Given that this was a business trip, my company policy stipulates a single transaction on one credit card. So, I requested a simple reversal and consolidation of the charges into one transaction as per our booking. Shockingly, the front desk staff flatly refused to accommodate my request. When I insisted on speaking with the front desk manager, the manager come out and did not introduce herself, she is with a long golden hair. Of course, I expected senior staff should be able to accommodate my simple request or at least give me a good explanation why cannot, but it did not go what I expect, in fact, the situation went from bad to worse. Mandy Wunderlich, who I later discovered was the general manager based on her photo online, exhibited a shocking lack of professionalism and customer service skills. Instead of addressing the issue rationally, she raised her voice, used aggressive body language, and shouted at us to ”Go, Go!” This behavior was not only embarrassing but entirely unacceptable for a hotel that boasts a four-star rating. I was left astounded by this encounter. If a hotel's general manager, who is expected to set an example for the entire staff, behaves in such an appalling manner, it's no wonder the rest of the team lacks courtesy and professionalism. Individuals like Mandy should not hold senior positions in the service industry, tarnishing the reputation of the hotel and leaving guests with unforgettable negative experiences. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was marred by abysmal service and a shocking display of unprofessionalism from the senior management. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to think twice and explore other options. This establishment does not deserve your hard-earned money, and its management should be held accountable for their disgraceful conduct.

Das Hotel liegt zentral gut zu erreichen... Parkplätze vorhanden..... Zimmer sehen aus wie beschrieben aber leider nur oberflächlich gesäubert; zudem sind Abnutzungen deutlich erkennbar, Wir hatten dieses Hotel über einen Gutschein gebucht und wollten diesen nicht verfallen lassen. Dieses Hotel trotz der guten Lage werden wirf nicht mehr besuchen

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Sogar unsere Fahrräder wurden saubergemacht. Sehr sauber, absolut Corona tauglich. Haben dann Abends noch lecker gegessen. Für Radler, aber auch für alle anderen Gäste, sehr zu empfehlen.

In Mitten der Ingolstädter Altstadt mit schönen Cafe's und Restaurants sowie verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das Liebfrauenmünster, das Neue Schloss, das Kreutztor, der Klenzepark, der Reduit Tilly oder viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sin in ca. 15 - 20 min fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Busbahnhof ist 7 - 8 min zu Fuss entfernt, der Hauptbahnhof ca. 3 km. Das Hotel selbst ist okay für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Das Einbettzimmer war groß und schaute auf den Hinterhof wo das im Erdgeschoß ansässige Italienische Restaurant seinen Außenbereich hat und ein Gastro-Betrieb bis tief in die nach hinein ein schlafen erst ab Mitternacht allmählich möglich machte - am besten mitfeiern.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt an einer großen Hauptstrasse. Von hier ist man sehr schnell in der Altstadt von Ingolstadt. Man kann sehr gut auch mit öffentlichen fahren und das Auto stehen lassen, je nachdem, was man unternehmen möchte. Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man kann sich hier durchaus wohlfühlen. Das Zimmer ist nicht zu groß, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Das Bad ist auch nicht gerade groß, aber zweckmäßig. Auch hier ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Zimmerdecke hat schon etwas, man hat nicht überall eine Frau die auf einen recht liebenswert runtersieht. Die Einrichtung ist modern und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Matratze war eher weich, aber man konnte trotzdem sehr gut schlafen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war auch vollkommen ausreichend und es findet hier jeder was. Was ich persönlich sehr gut finde ist, dass die Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet werden. Auch hier ist das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und auch sehr herzlich. Es war ein sehr schönes Wochenende und man kann sich hier wirklich wohlfühlen.
