The service of this hotel is beyond imagination, the staff member even drive us around the lake area and pick us up after the day, the breakfast is amazing and they customized the options for our likes. There are a complimentary afternoon tea plus another cake and fruit delivered later in the day. You will ever be hungry here :) The hotel is stylish, well equipped with everything you need for your trip, in the amenity bag you receive lamer face cream and cpb cleanser and much more. The kids vanity pack is also very good quality. We had very good time during our five night stays.

設施：缺點是晚上回來發現衞生間反味，但太晚沒換房間，管家處理積極。秋冬沒有智能馬桶，馬桶圈太冷了。星空閣沙發床太硬還凹凸不平。優點私湯泡湯設施齊，mini吧接駁車等設施都齊，吹風機給力。房內沒智能設施適合長者。公共温泉含一次性內褲，泳衣甩幹機，浴袍，放映室，球館，書吧等很周到。 衞生：沒啥大問題，但打掃不夠徹底比如簾子上有蟲屍體，私湯池最好清洗或遮擋不然都是植物。 環境：酒店內有二個草坪餐飲，一個湖，二個餐廳，加上温泉起碼可以玩二天一晚。酒店外步行就是幾個著名景點，是東錢湖幾日遊住宿最佳選擇。 服務：每位員工看到都會打招呼培訓很好，樓經理重視客人，小鮑管家設想靈活周到。缺點訊息比如餐廳前台等不通暢，內含的多層消費訊息及規則不透明，需要住店客人自己多問問。 其他：本次家人生日準備了房間佈置和蛋糕，非常感謝！早餐特色太少了，只有手工印象深刻。 總之在東錢湖是可以再去的酒店，推薦給大家。

I came to Anji for skydiving and found this hotel with high rating and close to my skydiving airport. My living experience was super good. The room view was nice and swimming pool was great. Breakfast was included and tasty. Also the parking lot was free of charge. I will choose this hotel again next time.

Ele Jane is in a very good and convenient location. Very close to the Longjing Tea village and in a natural environment. It is like staying in the forest within the city, which is a short DiDi ride away. DiDi’s were easy to hail and we never had to wait long. Our room was upgraded at no cost on arrival. We arrived early and left our luggage at the hotel to go explore the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us very good advice on what the area offers. We connected on WeChat and they were fairly eager to try to communicate in English too despite the language barrier, we appreciate their efforts. They provided us with an English tourist map of the area and advised us on the bus routes etc. As can be seen in the photos the room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was healthy and enjoyable. Limited options but nice. Two suggestions. Provide your foreign guests with the hotel’s location pin and DiDi address. We found it challenging to find the hotel’s address in the DiDi app when we arrived at Hangzhoudong railway station (about 15km away from the hotel.) Once my husband’s DiDi got lost and he was dropped off at an entirely different address. Another suggestion. We stayed two nights and the room was not made up the second day. We were a bit disappointed as it is the first hotel we stayed at that did not provide this cleaning service. We were also disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub was under maintenance because that was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel in Trip.com. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. Another bonus was that the beds were comfortable and soft. The hotel is also pet friendly. Not a lot of activities offered for families with small kids, but is is close enough to many other attractions.

A beautiful place that exceeded my expectations. The kids loved the water playground. The restaurant and the breakfast were of an excellent standard. Staff very kind and helpful (a very competent member of the staff supported our staying communicating in English). I suggest to check the deals in advance because the hot spring -water and inside playground may require an entrance ticket depending on the deal you book. (Entrance 150rmb/person). Hot spring in the evening are peaceful and pleasant. We could also fish and nearby there are nice restaurants options available and very beautiful walk/bicycle rides. Very green environment. The outside swimming pool is relatively small but pleasant. We’ll definitely come back.

Every moments in this hotel is amazing,Staffs are so kind and always smiling. Hope they hired some staff who is fluent in English.

強烈推薦！第一次對一個酒店急於想給好評。酒店距離西湖斷橋很近，交通也很方便，看起來彷彿一個民宿，但是裏面很驚艷。給我們的房間很大，用品也齊全，連馬桶圈擦拭的酒精棉片都有，沐浴露啥的全部都是歐舒丹。房間有個晾衣架，方便曬一點衣物，半自助的早餐，入住前可以先勾選想要的早餐，味道很不錯，吃不完還幫我們打包了。還贈送了攝影衹是我們沒有不夠時間可以使用，下次旅遊還想再去一次～前台禮賓服務也超級棒哦，很温柔態度很好，真的強烈推薦～

老公對小朋友們説，“帶你們去日本泡温泉”，小朋友們自然是開心的啦。 打車打到了富春玫瑰園南門（提前一天拉了微信羣，裏面6個工作人員隨時回覆，告知了下車地點），最近大門那邊修路，下車後走2-300米到酒店，工作人員從下車一直到帶我們進去。 大廳辦理入住的時候，我看到門口有爐子在煮茶，烤着幾個小橘子，工作人員給我們端了奶茶，很淡的味道，我心想應該是用的比較好的材料才是這麼淡的味道。工作人員主動幫我們升了房，榻榻米房升親子套，辦入住的時候投遞了幾種禮物，一人一個保暖帽子，洗漱用品是用兩個白色帆布袋裝着的，送了兩個國風零錢包，還有一個裝葯材的香囊。後面集章還送了兩串手鍊還有免費的温泉卡和抵用券。 內部裝修很不錯。全實木橡木傢俱光滑無毛刺，日本進口榻榻米，硅藻泥牆面，衞生間的牆面是黑色巖板，內部小家電都是進口品牌。感覺得到老闆應該是很想帶給客户高品質的體驗。 細節用材也挺好的，寶寶用的牙刷沐浴露用品跟香港香格里拉酒店送的是一樣的，牙膏是Marvis的，男士刮鬍刀是木柄的，刷子袋鼓鼓的準備看一眼就扔掉，發現是個氣墊梳，後面拿回家了。 吃的東西：晚餐挺高檔的，都是現做，有吃Omakase的感覺，味道也很不錯。就是量不太夠，食量大的感覺會不夠吃。浴池那邊的瓶裝牛奶和早餐的小籠包一定要點。 意外收穫：SPA。居然是道家按摩手法！老師很低調，之前在上海開過工作室，跟酒店老闆一起來這邊。我感覺我每個穴位每根筋被理得明明白白，後面還幫我家小朋友看了皮膚、體態、扁平足的問題。還教了我怎麼幫孩子揉腹、還有調整體態。我求推薦書籍，給我安利了《黃帝內經》還有《臟腑點穴圖》。 總結：個人感覺如果想體驗有質量的酒店或者有風格的酒店，這家值得一試。 希望後面可以加入FHR

It can be the perfect getaway for some night/long weekend. BUT ! Currently (beginning of October 2023) there is a lot of ongoing construction in the hotel area. In total three construction sites with heavy impact on view, piece and quiet of the countryside hotel. Especially the rooms/villas located on the hill are impacted. Hotel staff was lovely to find a solution and alternative room. Rooms in the main building are less/not impacted from noise, but didn’t fit perfectly our needs as family of four and they are lacking the Mountain view (construction view). Looks like construction will last for a while… Hotel management should be transparent and inform in advance about the ongoing construction. After construction is finished it can be paradise again…

What a fantastic place to stay at! We got upgraded to a nicer room. Got a complimentary welcome snack and goodbye snack. Breakfast was delicious. The homestay is next to the ancient town so it is the perfect place to stay at. The owners are very friendly and there are three lovely cats on the premises. Loved playing with them! We will definitely come back and try the room with the hot spring next time! Thank you for a lovely stay!❤️

Wow! This place was really a good choice we made when booking it on ctrip , the place decoration is super beautiful and modern , also is in a very quiet zone close to a creek and bamboo forest all around , super calm and nice . The staff was beyond friendly , attentive and professional , they made us feel like at home . And the food omg was amazing , the cuisine was Chinese but not normal Chinese , it was a local style but super natural , everything tasted super fresh and like they were using the ingredients from their farm. I highly recommend this place to people looking for a getaway from the big city , here is everything you expect from moganshan but better because the rooms were better that in my own home lol, internet worked perfect , also the showery and tv all perfect . We came by trains from Deqing and they help us arrange the driver to pick us up , highly recommend this place !

It was really nice for kids and adults both … the service was fast and very hospital … the breakfast was suitable for international ….and night we enjoyed bbq…. swimming pool and hamsters and glass bridge nearby and many things nearby to let u relax and enjoy some days

讓人很驚喜的體驗，應該算是最近住過的民宿裏整體表現很優秀的一家了。衞生狀況好，房間內各項設施也很智能，老闆對於我們的各種要求也會及時響應。入住的歡迎水果和房間小食都很貼心，負一樓的娛樂設施也很多，泳池，桌球，遊戲機……炎炎夏日小朋友們都不想出去玩了。早餐雖然不多，但特別喜歡各種農產品，南瓜玉米都很好，配粥的小菜也很好吃。最後離店還送了伴手禮，都是當地特色，不錯，還會再來的！

國慶小長假帶着父母來莫幹山溜達溜達，這次民宿的體驗感極佳👍 環境：藍天白雲☁️➕綠草地，名宿給人很舒適的感覺 設施：泳池、看電影🎬、棋牌、有露營🏕️可以在庭院裏喝下午茶，温泉♨️這次沒趕上，下次一定再來體驗😄 服務：老闆和老闆娘很熱情，也會很耐心的給我們景點遊玩建議，老闆的麻麻也很健談，老闆的廚藝也很贊 民宿特色：民宿會在入住當天下午送一份下午茶，還可以庭院內可以擼小鹿🦌，很温順，拍照📷各種配合😏，名宿還有贈送馬術場體驗服務（需自行前往），夏天還可以溯溪體驗，早餐很是豐盛。

雲上草原度假村總體來説是很不錯的一次體驗，至少孩子玩了還意猶未盡。去之前看了不少攻略，選擇了雲上草原-半山隱竹酒店。開車進入度假村到賓客接待中心辦好手續，加好管家微信，然後由管家帶你去所住樓棟，車可以很方便地停在樓下，旁邊就有充電樁，都在幾步之遙。這裏要特別感謝我們的管家小航，服務非常在線，有什麼需要微信發過去基本都是秒回的。我因為切水果弄傷了手，需要創可貼，發個微信給管家，一會兒創可貼和碘伏棉簽就都送來了；詢問遊玩景點，小航也很快給了答覆；最後退房也很方便，和管家説一聲就可以直接走了。到家之後發現有東西落在酒店了，幸好有管家的微信，特別迅速地幫我找到並寄快遞給我，所以這次的住宿體驗感還是相當不錯的。家有六齡童，對於雲上草原的松鼠部落以及周邊的熊貓探索樂園都玩的不亦樂乎；對於想要親近大自然以及小動物的小朋友都是不錯的選擇👍

The hotel is nicely positioned at the seaside of TaiHu in Huzhou. We went there to enjoy the hot spring pools during the recent cold wave in Shanghai. In winter time you won’t find many restaurants nearby the hotel but the hotel restaurant is nice as well. The breakfast is okay but focusses on Chinese guests. Unfortunately some of the hot spring pools were closed during our stay but the remaining pools were nice and during the whole time the hotel wasn’t crowded, so we found enough pools for ourselves. It’s a good place for nice 1-2 nights stay.

My husband and I had a great time. The location is excellent and very close to the high speed train. It is bit difficult to get to many places without your own car, but It is possible to use the owner’s scooter sometimes. Service is very friendly. The view is very good and the air is clean. The rooms are brand new and it is nice to buy some of the artisanal items that the owner’s have on display. We didn’t try the food at the homestay, but there are excellent restaurants nearby.

房間設施齊全，床很大睡得也很舒服，很喜歡這裏的環境，每一幢的獨立性的很好，非常適合假期散心、療修養。農家樂的味道也很不錯，早餐很精緻，菜品豐富，晚餐我們是提前預訂的，乾淨質樸的家的味道。會有下午茶和晚安甜湯送到房間，到了以後有小哥帶我們去房間幫忙拿行李，服務的細節很加分，走了的時候老闆還送了小零食，親自送到門口，給人感覺關懷滿滿

It’s located at a great place and rooms are nice but things could be much better. They open swimming pool at 10 am which is quite late, the break fast starts at 8 am also late, lunch finishes at 1 pm after that nothing - bad for people on a holiday !! Very few towels in the room, nothing in the GYM, no yoga mats too. Place is beautiful but amenities could be improved greatly - staff is nice but needs more training to make a customers experience worth the visit !!

Hotel yang baru dibuka terletak di tengah-tengah gunung. Hotel ini disepadukan dengan persekitaran semula jadi dan dikelilingi oleh hutan buluh. Ia sangat bagus. Pelayan hotel sangat bersemangat dan perkhidmatannya sangat baik.Kami menaik taraf jenis bilik secara percuma dan anda boleh melihat pemandangan gunung dari balkoni bilik. Khususnya, pembantu rumah Taoxi menambah WeChat terlebih dahulu dan memberi peringatan hangat bahawa terdapat perbezaan suhu yang besar di pergunungan dan kami harus membawa kot. Dia sangat bertimbang rasa dan sentiasa mengambil berat tentang pengalaman penginapan kami semasa menginap di hotel. Saya melihat matahari terbenam yang indah selepas diingatkan olehnya. Percutian yang sangat bagus.

這次選擇的民宿真是物超所值！房間風格獨特，佈置精美，周圍環境非常舒適，還有免費的停車位。一進入民宿，就能感受到温馨舒適的氛圍，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，還有智能馬桶聲控窗簾等智能家居， 真的很便利。而且老闆和管家非常熱情友好，有什麼需求都能很及時的迴應我，而且提供了許多當地的旅遊建議，避雷了好些坑哈哈哈，我也在他們的建議下去體驗了不一樣的夏天，也能讓我夠更好地瞭解安吉這個地方 最讓我印象深刻的是老闆媽媽做的菜，都非常美味，媽媽的味道，回味無窮。無論是公幹還是旅行，這裏都是最佳選擇。性價比超高，已經計劃下次再來，並會向朋友們推薦這裏。真心感謝房東提供這麼好的住宿體驗，讓我的旅程更加完美！

Отель очень понравился. Хотелось бы немного чище чтоб было на полу. По фото, конечно, номер кажется намного больше. Очень приветливый персонал. В номере есть все необходимое. Завтрак тоже есть из чего выбрать, достаточно блюд, которые могут есть люди, не привыкшие к китайской кухне. Но аэропорт близко и звук самолётов может немного мешать. Трансфер предоставлен без проблем к указанным времени.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and a good size and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We ate Western food in the bar every evening (burgers, chips etc) and the food was great. The pool was lovely (the jacuzzi is very warm) and my daughter loved the play room in the basement. Two things to consider: firstly, the boat trip is only short and involves either a cable car ride or a steep walk (I don’t like heights, so we opted for the walk and it was pleasant but would not be suitable for the elderly or very young children). Secondly, we did not know we had to book our taxi to the station the night before we checked-out, so a member of the team eventually booked one for us, as my Didi app would not get us a car, with the hotel being so far out. Overall, a lovely place and we will definitely return soon.

酒店在景區裏，周圍有玉帶河和古城牆。以往訂大床房，一家三口都不要睡當中，為了睡得舒服點，這次訂了loft家庭房，一個1.8，一個1.2的床，一人一個床邊，大家都舒服，床舒服了，但是沒有適合的桌子可以做作業。一樓還有恆温泳池，池深分別是0.4米、0.7米、1.4米，二樓有景觀泡池（涼的）和室內泡池（39°C），白天人少點，晚上大叔們都出來了。。。兒子説下次還要來。。

Such a lovely hotel! They were all so kind and helpful, upgraded our room for free. Helped set up a little birthday message. Breakfast was nice and location of hotel was perfect. Some rooms are a little out of the way of the main lobby but they will drive you in the small cart and you can call for one anytime from your room phone. Nice pool that stays open til 7pm, but wished they served alcohol at the little swim up bar. Loved our stay overall though!

I love that hotel. The room has a beautiful view on the lake. It’s very peaceful. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Perfect for a relaxing holidays. Seeing the sunrise and the sunset was the cherry on the cake! I highly recommend this place.

Our time at the Sheraton Qiandao Lake was excellent. The staff went out of their way to help us and make our trip and stay smooth. Sauron was especially helpful and was only a text message away. We would really recommend the hotel. The hot springs were lovely and warm! The only slight inconvenience is its slightly further away from everything and you need to Didi for everything as non Chinese citizens can't use the ebikes or bikes as a foreigner.
