Very impressed with our stay at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, great restaurant, superb location right at the centre of the old town. Would definitely stay here again next time in Innsbruck.

酒店位置相當好，房間也還過得去，單人間就是沒有任何view，倒也安靜。就是空調都是德語不知道怎麼操作，大冬天房間不暖和，空調也不知道怎麼操作制熱。衞生間挺大，幸好衞生間裏還有一個衣暖。床很軟，奧地利都是這樣。

It was a nice stay in a historic building with great service at reception and in the breakfast room especially friendly.

I am very happy with my stay as the room is very clean and comfortable. Overall it’s very well maintained and it’s walking distance to all the attractions in the city by foot.

Great location to enjoy Innsbruck on foot. The hotel was very helpful with information about how to go skiing as beginners. Friendly staff always speaking great English which is something we are very grateful for

Waiting Staff at hotel could have been a bit more attentive. Parking is a negative, but short walk to hotel. Love the atmosphere around tje hotel

Hotel is very near to the attractions. We were allowed early check in which was much appreciated as our flight arrived very early in the morning. If you are driving, you need to park at "Altstadtgarage", Innrain 4, and get your ticket paid at the hotel (24 hours for EUR 18.00) before you go to collect your car and drive out. It’s about 3mins walk from carpark to hotel.

Location, Front desk and service people were great and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The room was small and decorated in dorm room furniture. The air conditioner was set at 22c which made the room very hot and uncomfortable. The guy behind the desk said he could adjust it to 19c. It only work for about an hour and kicked back to 22c. Woke up hot and sweaty both mornings.

Lovely building from the middle ages, restored to maintain its heritage charm, but include modern comforts. Beautifully located in the picturesque old town.
