The room is clean and tidy. We love the design of the room. Can see mountain from the balcony.

Nice services, front desk staff are helpful. Hotel is next to the train platform. Overall, appreciate.

I booked a room with a mountain view for one night, but the actual view was half of the neighboring mall's rooftop. The room rate was very high, and the room was very small. I would not recommend spending extra for a room with a mountain view. Although the hotel is located next to Interlaken West station, Interlaken Ost is actually more convenient for traveling.

Location wise, nothing much to critique as it’s situated right beside the train station. You can’t get anything more convenient than this. We like the modern design of the room, generally. The only negative point we experienced was the smell. There was a smell (smells like pee) inside the room but surprisingly not the toilet. Toilet actually smells better than the room. Ventilation was poorly managed, I guess. And the staff said there’s nothing they could do about it and to my biggest surprise, the hotel does not have an air freshener at all! Contrary to those reviews saying how good the breakfast is, I find it quite disappointing. Food selection is so limited and the quality wasn’t better or even on par with the typical hotel breakfast standard. Here I would like to commend on a particular staff named Iulia (not sure if I spell it correctly). She is nice, friendly and accommodating. I would like to thank her for her hospitality. Overall, I would probably come back to stay again at Essential for its perfect location.

Super great location which just located right at the Interlaken station. And opposite there’s a kiosk/supermarket. Room is a bit small and aware to bring your own slippers and brush or vanity if needed, there’s nothing provided by the hotel, not even refill the bottles of water even you stayed for consecutive nights, the staff mentioned it will only provide once when you check-in.

Very good location. Right next to Interlaken west station. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast spread.

Hotel is very new and clean. Hotel is right beside Interlaken Station, simply at doorstep. Many restaurant and supermarkets. ****** and Harder Kulm nearby. Excellent service at the F&B. Breakfast is excellent, service also excellent. Not to forget our friendly and helpful staff, Mr Khalid, you’re awesome!

Only 50 meters from Interlaken west station, migros supermarket in front of hotel, good location.

New hotel, cozy room, location just beside train station. Walking distance to all the shop in city

Breakfast taste is good.

在瑞士房間算大了，關鍵是就在火車西站旁，第一天下火車以為還要走幾步，結果一抬頭就看到酒店，之後幾天出行特別方便，去哪西站都停的，房間對着河景和火車，但隔音很好，沒有影響。 只是除了收城市税，還收了300瑞士法郎按金，行程結束了，信用卡還沒見到按金退還，其他酒店秒退的。

這家酒店不要説的這麼含蓄，就是火車上蓋，然後進酒店不要出車站的，一號站台直通，十分方便！對面一個超級大超市啥都有，早餐也不錯，走十分鐘到滑翔傘大草坪。
