It’s a bit challenging as we did not expect no air conditioning inside our suite with temperature at 35° . We informed the reception and all she can do is to place one more electric fan inside the room. Also, quite a no of small flies and moths stayed inside the room especially the bathroom overnight. We didn’t sleep well for the past two nights ( 2-4 July 2025)

Hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful! The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable with 2 sinks ! The room service was great! It was always kept up to date and cleaned! I would definitely recommend, it’s 10 mins walk away from the Interlaken OST, coop supermarket, 10 minutes walk from Interlaken central cut across to eatery places (like Chinese, Indian, western cuisine, and even macdonalds ) ! Hotel view was wonderful too!

Not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. Furnishings are very basic and breakfast staff are extremely terrible to customers. They can't wait to close breakfast at 1001am

The room was quite spacious, and the location was very convenient. The breakfast was also good. The only downside is that if your room faces the street, it can be a bit noisy. However, since you're usually exhausted from traveling all day, it's not to the point of being unable to fall asleep. If you're a light sleeper or particularly sensitive to noise, you might want to request a room not facing the street.

Hotel is quite near Interlaken Ost. It takes few minutes walk to get there. My room is quite close to street. In night time, it is very noisy as outside people got drunk and spoke very loudly on the street. They do not have air conditioner. So I close the window but it will be very hot inside the room (even though hotel provided electric fan). Staffs are very nice and helpful. breakfast is good.

The hotel is quite good, and the service is also very good. As long as you check in, you will get a free breakfast. The hotel also has a free parking lot, which is very convenient.

Was trying to boil an egg during breakfast. Used the meat tong for the bacon (without realising I was supposed to just use my hands to grab to egg). Staff (a short lady with blonde curly hair) blamed me for that with a clear frown and impatient tone. I did use the wrong kitchen utensil but don’t think that was the “hospitality” I deserved (esp with the price for this hotel). Room and other services were otherwise good.

The hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from East Train Station and the main commercial street! Front desk service is also good! I booked two rooms for two nights, a superior double room and a deluxe twin room. The superior double room is more expensive than the deluxe twin room, but the facilities and layout of the room are not as good as that of the deluxe twin room. The most important thing is that the taste after decoration is very big. It's just that breakfast with a skinny granny waitress is particularly rude! I wanted to give the hotel five stars, but because her attitude was so hateful, I gave it three! This is the most disgusting person I have met in so many days of traveling in Switzerland! Hotel should pay attention!
