We really liked this hotel. Very convenient location: near the railway station. Friendly staff. A large room with comfortable beds, a coffee machine and, which was very important for us, a bathroom where we could relax after a tiring journey. A wonderful breakfast with a rich selection. The cook even made an omelet especially for us. We will be happy to come back here again.

Amazing hotel! Provided extra beds as we had 3 pax. Clean and spacious rooms! Great house keeping, right next to the HBF

Service could be better & standard room was small. Reception staff didn’t feel welcoming upon checked in.

Wanted to enjoy myself at this hotel and it was amazing! The room was big, we requested for a room with 4 guests and they had a sofa bed prepared for us aside for the king size bed. The toilet was amazing as well as it was very big! It was very worth the money!

Good location opposite the main train station. Easy to get around the City with many restaurants nearby. Room is on the small side but everything was modern and clean.

The hotel has a very convenient location, very close to Hamburg main train station. The reception and lobby area is very beautiful and elegant, with an old-fashioned charm. My room was a good size and very comfortable and well equipped. I would happily stay there again in future

Well, the hotel left positive feelings, great location, service and cleanliness, breakfast was expensive so, we didn't book it. Cons: There was no fridge in the room, and small room space.

My room was the furthest away possible from the lift. It was in a corner, corner shaped, I felt awfully cramped. There was NOT A SINGLE DRAWER IN THE ROOM! THERE WAS NO WARDROBE IN THE ROOM. There were only 3 hangers to hang my clothes, EXPOSED ON THE WALL. Awfull experience, I feel cheated. I will never use this hotel or trip again. And will block trip.com from being acessed from within my company.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night stay! The rooms are so warm and clean and the location is just perfect- literally across the road from the central train station! You can walk everywhere from the hotel or take the train anywhere in the city and direct train yo the airport only 30minutes! Would happily stay again ❤️
