Ulasan Reichshof Hotel Hamburg

The hotel has a nice atmosphere and the room we stayed in was fine however I can't give it a full score due to the lack of an in room fridge. I inquired about this and was told only the suites have a fridge. This is a pity because customers pay good money for a nice hotel and expect basic comforts. I don't buy the line about it being for the environment, more likely a cost saving. If it was about the environment they could just turn the fridge off and let the customers decide. Apart from that everything was fine except there's no wine glasses in the rooms. Even an Ibis will have wine glasses.

Our room was spacious and clean, and the beautiful Art Deco building is a standout. Its location is a major plus—right by Hamburg Central Station, making it super easy to explore the city's attractions on foot

Located directly at Hauptbahnhof, we were offered an early check-in. The hotel is the perfect mixture between original architecture and very careful new components. We loved our stay there.

The perfect location in Hamburg for your stay. An easy walk to the Alster, the museums and the shopping district, and the main railway station is a minute or two from here, as well as all the fantastic local cafes and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, although little to no English is spoken here, so brush up on your German before travelling. Breakfast is plentiful and first class, the rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and good beds. WiFi is excellent. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Hamburg.

Very convenient location, just a short walk from the station. The interior was modern and the room was lovely for us.

We really liked this hotel. Very convenient location: near the railway station. Friendly staff. A large room with comfortable beds, a coffee machine and, which was very important for us, a bathroom where we could relax after a tiring journey. A wonderful breakfast with a rich selection. The cook even made an omelet especially for us. We will be happy to come back here again.

Very small rooms, not adequate for a four star hotel. Service was not very friendly. The sauna area is great, the gym is very limited
