hotel is nice and pleasant, with its own pharmacy/ convenience store located at the first floor and 7-11 and higobashi station right next to it. there’s coin laundry which is convenient as well but the dryer may need a few rounds to fully dry your clothes. service was good and hotel room was clean, but the bed sheets can be abit itchy. overall 4/5 stars for me :)

Nice hotel i rather good location - metro station is nearby so you can reach all the tourism attractions quite fast.

very nice design but room is a little cramped and so there was no room to open our suitcases. overall is very clean though and it was very comfortable to live in.

everything is so good and near train, near supermarket, near restaurant, If you hungry at night, you can find something to eat

Been to Osaka twice and I like this hotel. Neighborhood is really quiet so you can get some sleep. The location is great for taking the metro all around Osaka. Both times I visited this hotel there were a huge amount of Chinese people staying there too. I guess if you speak mandarin this is a good hotel for you.

Room was clean but small, location was decent, very close to metro station. Service was ok.

Room a super small and the location is good in the commercial area easy access. Hotel staffs are great. Worth for the money thou.

Convenient to ride two different subway lines into downtown Osaka. Smaller rooms, but great service and amenities to compensate.

Excellent service, location and people. The issue however was the beds and room. The compact twin beds were really hard with a pillow that had the same consistency as a brick. I've hurt my back after staying here for 2 nights. What a shame.

There are conviniece store, drug store, Starbucks and several restaurants closley near the hotel, which means perfect location. We can walk to Osaka staion and along the river, there are beautiful restaurant and coffee shop. Since there are not much of tourist, it was quite to have a nice sleep. The room is small as much as other Japanese hotels but, clean and convertable compared to its room fee. People in front desk were very kind and nice. If I have a chance to travel Osaka again, I will stay here. :)

The hotel was clean and it has the basic necessities inside the room. You can get brush and razor at the reception area.

Location is bit far from Osaka station, which the osaka station is one of the main shopping areas, also most of the popular restaurants are located in the Osaka station instead, thus the location of the hotel is quite far from that. The room is small, not able to open two luggages at the same time in the room, but the service and facilities are good.

Friendly staffs @ breakfast bar. The hotel location is about 20 minutes walk from JR Ōsaka Station, but close to one of subway lines. Maybe needs more variety for breakfast buffets.

Great location and comfy room for one person. Everything that I needed for 3 days stay in Osaka. The only thing I found a bit odd was that room had only 2 eletrical outlets so I had to charge my phone close to myself and my watch in the bathroom. Because I needed my power bank and laptop as well I had them to charge later on when I would leave hotel. Breakfast was nice , here are some pictures so you can check it.
