Clean and modern hotel. Very close to coop and train station. Highly recommend.

The room was a very suitable size for two people, and the amenities were excellent. The breakfast was delicious. However, the heating was worse than expected, and I actually suffered from the cold at night. Nevertheless, I was satisfied with the stay, and the hotel staff were very friendly.

value for money. excellent service. accessible to the areas that we were planning to head to.

Convenient location - right in the main city! 10min walk from Interlaken west and 20min from Ost.

overall good, comfortable, value-effective room, I would recommend it. 

Great location. Thankful for an issuance of a bigger room/ double bed. A single bed comforter was issued though. My room was at the extension wing portion, with auto sensor lighting along the rooms corridor and a slight delayed lighting. Would have a preferred a bright corridor. The heater/ AC system can be on the noisier side too.

The location is a short walk from Interlaken West! Quick access to Coop, food, ice cream and all. Sadly, breakfast pancakes were cold, eggs were overcooked, staff appeared unhappy mostly as compared to the helpful and friendly receptionists.

Very nice design hotel, new and spacious, but what it’s lacking is the warmness of the staff. Only the new girl working there is pretty nice, the rest of the staff has lukewarm attitude. The first room I got was nice, they gave me a double bed instead of a single bed that I booked but upon enter, there was a pair of socks hanging on the toilet door. Called the housekeeping and they removed it but also realised the room is very hot, but AC is not adjustable as it is centralised. So they gave me a fan instead. Later at night I also realised it was pretty noisy as the alfresco of the restaurant is right beneath my room. And then the toilet shower is broken. I tried calling the reception and housekeeping at 9-10pm but nobody pick up which I assumed it’s probably not 24hrs service. I bear with the broken shower. Next day morning I asked to change the room to quieter one but I need to get all my stuff out by 11am which I did. I went to the reception and told them about the broken shower, with no apologies, the guy just say ya ya, that’s an easy fix. I’m still glad they changed the room for me. But like I say still hope for a better service with the money I paid. Also not enough hanging area in the bathroom, especially when the first room I got… no hanging area at all, so can’t hang towel or clothes.

The hotel is near train station.  There are many restaurants and shops nearby.  The hotel staff is helpful and the food is good.

Clean hotel, would definitely stay again

The location is great, right by a park and with a Coop supermarket conveniently located next door. It's an excellent base if you're planning a trip up Jungfraujoch or want to go paragliding. My only minor gripe is that the power in our room tripped twice, and I'm not sure why 😅.

Great location, very convenient for getting around.
