تلاعب الموظفين في الحجوزات حجزت غرفتين من الدرجة الاولى واعطوني غرف مرا سيئه وصغيرة رغم ماكانت زيارتي الاولى في زي هذه الغرف وقعدت اتنقل من غرفه لغرفه وكل اللي يوروني هيا اسوا من بعض اضطريت اقبل بيهم لانو كنت واصله من رحله طويله وكنت طالبه سرير اضافي وكنسلته اول ماوصلت مع ماركوس في الاخير لقيته مضاف قيمته في الفاتوره وانا ما اخذته وحاسبين عليا مكالمات بتلفون الغرفه وانا مو مستعملته حتى من طلبت المدير هولف او فولف اسمه وقف في صفهم وطلعني غلطانه مارجعلي حق السرير الاضافي بس حق المكالمات ولا حتى اعتذر عن اغلاطهم رجعها وهوا متفضل عليا استغفال لازم تشيك الفواتير كامله لانو يضيفوا فيها مبالغ زياده تعاملهم جدا سيء خصوصا مع السعوديين اخر زياره للفندق هذا

I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel and it was excellent. The room was spacious and clean and it has a nice view for the mountains. The temperature was well controlled as the weather was a bit cold outside but it was perfectly pleasant in the room. The staff were FANTASTIC. They helped us in planning our routes to make the best use of our time. On our last day, we had to checkout at 11 AM and leave our luggage until 3 PM and when we returned to take our luggage and asked to pray in the reception before we leave ”we are muslims”, the receptionist gave us keys to a free room! In terms of location, it was literally opposite to Interlaken West train station and we were given a visitor card to get discounts on a lot of attractions. For the breakfast, it was okiesh, there was not much variety but it was fine and you can have your breakfast on the terrace overlooking the mountains which makes a great start for the day.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bernerhof hotel. Hotel is located right next to the Interlaken west train station which makes it an easy commute to the Interlaken east train station or you can just walk through the town and reach the east train station in 15 min. The service at the hotel was amazing and the gentleman at the reception was very friendly and helpful with introduction of the town and its surroundings. As we arrived early in the morning we are able to leave our luggage at the hotel and take a trip to the mountain, when we returned to hotel in the afternoon we got the room keys and our luggage was already waiting for us in the room.

This is a fantastic location. It was across the way from the west train station and not far from the main town. We had a fantastic big clean room overlooking breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of hot and cold food, However due to lack of staff when things ran out, they weren't being replaced very quickly but the waitress did her very best and was very pleasant when asked. The only complaints that I would have is that the hotel is very out dated and in need of a bit of maintenance. Also the Irish bar is not very Irish! and no beer on draft so very disappointing But overall a fantastic stay.

뢰치베르크 호텔은 가격도 좋고 너무 편안한 숙소였어요. 창문이 3개고 활짝열려서 환기가 잘 됐어요. 무엇보다 에어컨이 있어서 30도인 날씨에 시원한 저녁을 보냈어요. 방은 산 뷰라서 너무 좋았습니다🧡 방에서는 취사가 안돼서 공용주방에서 저녁을 먹었어요. 공용주방은 실내, 실외가 있고 전자레인지, 다양한 식기, 나무젓가락, 냉장고가 있어요. 덕분에 한국에서 챙겨온 레토르트 음식를 든든하게 챙겨 먹었네요. 방에 미니냉장고는 없고, 화장실은 작지만 불편하지 않아요. 인터라켄에 오면 이 숙소에 또 머무르고 싶어요.

Our 1st impression of Hotel Krebs was great! Reception was warm & explained in detail the hotel policies. Our room gives us a feel as though we are living in the lap of luxury! The perfect blend of size & style, we are amazed with their spaciousness & exquisite decor. They provide bedroom slippers provided, toothbrush, shaver & cream, cotton pad, safe, hair dryer, etc. These advanced amenities definitely make our stay nothing short of perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much! The location of the hotel was awesome. It's just a few minutes walk to the Interlaken West Station. There's also many different buses u can take to many different beautiful attractions like Lake Brienz. I have seen many reviews about the cheese fondue from their restaurant. We tried it too & was so in love with it. As we brought our 3.5yrs old child along, we can only have cheese fondue without alcohol. We replaced it with apple juice at an additional cost of 5chf. Indeed food was really good! And the waiters were really kind & friendly. They were very kind & patient with our little girl. She was given colouring materials for entertainment. Thanks to the waiters. We had lots of laughter while enjoying our meals. Oh yes, there's a big fluffy black cat who often patronise the hotel & restaurant. It usually sleeps on the first chair near the left of the entrance. Staff of the hotel & restaurant are really nice, loving little animals & taking care of them very well. Overall, it was a very wonderful experience staying here. We would gladly come back again!

We stayed in a triple room for two nights here. Everything was fantastic - the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful (they provided so much helpful information), the room (#103) was very unique with a usable balcony off the bathroom!, and at night, we didn’t hear one sound from the street, even with the window open. Breakfast room and food was lovely. Extremely clean. And we enjoyed their shaded front porch one afternoon. Honestly, there wasn’t one thing I could identify as a “thumbs down”. One of the best places we’ve stayed at in all our years of travel. You won’t be disappointed.

I stayed here in August with two friends - we loved our room and were fortunate enough to get a balcony and view of the mountains - not that we stayed in room much as there is so much to see around the area ! But it was beautiful to wake up to ! Like the previous reviewer I was a little worried by some previous negative reviews ….. but be assured Hotel Chalet Swiss is rustic and charming and spotlessly clean and the staff were all wonderful - from front desk to kitchen staff We had a family room / triple room - and as it is chalet style - yes it will be an older style - but very clean and good shower and the beds were very comfy and they provided fans - it could still be hot but most people could open windows for breeze .. we didn’t only as mosquitoes seem to love our pale Northern Irish skin 😂 The breakfast was lovely and the ladies serving ( or organising some guests who seemed more clueless at moving around a small buffet space !) were brilliant ( they accommodated my need for oat milk as I was staying for 6 days which was so appreciated) the breakfast had a large variety of cereals , fruit , fresh bread and croissants and bread for toasting and lots of jams or spreads , cold hams and cheeses and scrambled egg and a coffee machine ( for those that say there wasn’t enough variety we were there for 6 days and even me who was more limited being dairy free - was still very happy with my breakfasts - and view from breakfast most days …. Now I’m home my own breakfast feels inadequate 😂 The staff were very helpful and the guy we were speaking to ( might have been the owner ?) on our last day was so interesting with a wealth of knowledge of the travel industry and changes he’s seen - sorry we couldn’t have listened to more of his tales ! ( the hotel also accommodated us checking out in am and providing left luggage storage before catching train back to Zurich in afternoon which meant we could make most of our last day ) The hotel is very convenient to Interlaken West - ( even with cases !) and also very handy to a Co-op supermarket which became our place to stock up on food / snacks for lunch - en route to the train for that days adventures . You can easily walk into Interlaken from the hotel but I highly recommend walking by the river ( it’s turquoise and you won’t believe it till you see it !) which takes you all the way to Interlaken Ost train station and to Harder Kulm All in all we loved our stay in Interlaken and would highly recommend this hotel !

This little hotel was in the middle of Interlaken it was great, the young gentleman on reception was lovely snd spoke great English, he interacted and said hello everytime he saw us. The hotel gives you a bus pass which is great. The room was spotlessly clean, the shower was powerful snd refreshing, the beds were so comfortable matress, duvet, and pillow. We would 100% stay here again.
