"My 2-person unisex bunk room on the first floor was good value for money. I stayed on a Monday night. Check-in was easy because the staff explained things really well. My room was bigger than I expected. I was expecting a tiny room with a set of bunks up against a wall with hardly any space around them but found they there was plenty of room around the bunks to move and put your stuff. The shared bathroom was big and clean enough. The mattress was ok for a night. The really loud music from the night club/pub next door was the only downside. It was hard to sleep through it, even with noise cancelling headphones until it stopped around 2am. The average sleep was worth it for cheap accommodation in a great location. Next time I'll pack better earplugs and see if I can stay on a higher floor, further away from the club."

"I got a package of breakfast, plus a $50 daily meal voucher and parking. Though we didn't drive there. By doing that we saved quite a lot. The food of in room dining was amazingly delicious, but not cheap. Using the $50 voucher we didn't have to pay much extra. We are not big eaters, so a couple of meals shared, was enough for us. We spent most of our time in the ****** and if you don't go overboard it can be a lot of fun. I was disappointed that Messina in the food court doesn't open until 3pm. We are not young so walking around is a challenge and I couldn't see anywhere else that had ice cream. The Staff are helpful and courteous. This time I booked a suite, which was nicer than the standard room. I did think that the bathroom would have a bath, but it only had a shower. I liked that it had 2 toilets and both were quite private. Next time I will see if I can get a bath. The food in the Harvest Buffet is ok, but most of the time it's not very hot. On our last day we had the Chef make us an omelette. Wish I had done that on the other days. Orange juice was nice. Coffee was luke warm and bitter. Our Son is a Chef, so our food standards are high. I don't like to criticise, but I do think that I should be honest with my experience. Yes I will definitely go there again and it was worth what I paid for."

"I stayed here with my senior citizen mom. The room was huge, clean, and very comfortable. The facilities were also great—the breakfast had a good selection, the gym was nice, and theres a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The in-house food was delicious too. The only disappointment was the view. 😅 We were expecting something similar to the photos, but unfortunately, that wasn't what we got. I asked at reception if we could change rooms, but we were told we'd need to pay extra for a higher floor or a room upgrade, even as a Shangri-La Circle member. Overall, we still had a good stay because of the excellent facilities and service. I just hope the hotel uses actual photos for each room or floor category so guests know what view they're booking. 😅 If I were comparing this hotel with InterContinental Sydney, I'd choose InterContinental. 😉"

"I have stayed at this hotel 4 times. Each time at the Atrium room. Great location near Wynyard station. The room is clean and comfortable, it is good sized for 1 traveler but might be a little cosy for two travelers. As I always request for a quiet room, my room window always faces an air well, so no views, but that's ok with me. The room is equipped with kettle, Nespresso machine, wine glasses, bar fridge. No slippers so please bring your own."

"I had an excellent stay at Hyatt. It’s definitely one of the best choices if you’re looking for comfort and convenience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the staff were professional and very welcoming. The location is a big advantage—everything you need is nearby, including restaurants, shops, and transport options, which makes getting around very easy. The overall experience was smooth and relaxing, from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again."

"I loved my stay at this hostel. I met great people, the room was super comfy, very quiet. The kitchen + living room are super spacious, it's really nice here! Location is perfect, just a 15min walk from the botanical gardens + a view on the opera house. And a 2 min walk from Kingscross train station, from which you can take a train to most parts of the city + outside of Syndey. Lovely! If you stay in Sydney, I would 100% recommend London Plane Backpackers."

"Location is great, self check-in machine was there but unable to generate cards for the room. Cleanliness is the main issue here, we stayed for 5 nights, and for 4 straight nights, after we came back to the hotel, the seat of the toilet had the yellow (I guess its pee?) stain. And the big mirror near the sofa had thick white stain more and more each day (I forgot to take pics). Idk if thats cleaning fluid or what??!! Please kindly improve!"

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was excellent. However, I was disappointed with the Partial Harbour View room. Based on the room category and additional cost, I expected a clearer view of Sydney Harbour, the Harbour Bridge, or even the Opera House. In reality, the harbour view was very limited and mostly blocked by surrounding buildings. I could hardly see the Harbour Bridge not to mention the to see the Opera House at all."
