"Overall a pretty okay stay if you are not fussy. 10 minutes walk from Zermatt station, easy to access. Fret not if you are staying in the higher floors, there’s an elevator. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Path is well lit at night. Bed and toilet are clean, the floor is abit dusty but not a big issue for me :) PS, this hotel is nit allowed to use our own hair dryer due to voltage, hair dryer is provided by the hotel. No using of heating / cooking too."

"We were rather put off going into our room as it had a bad smell to it and the bathroom in particular and surmised because of this, that something wasn't clean perhaps the carpet or drains to the toilet. On the other hand the staff that served us for the evening meal and breakfast were polite and humorous and looked after us well so we cannot complain on this. We are happy to help you with the survey but don't want our names published please!."

"Stesen kereta api adalah kira-kira 1 km berjalan kaki dari hotel. Berjalan di Zermatt sangat selesa dan santai. Pekan gunung ini sangat cantik! Bilik-bilik bersih, terutamanya di tingkat satu. Saya tinggal di bilik 4 dan mempunyai balkoni di mana saya boleh duduk dan menikmati pemandangan dan mendengar bunyi sungai. "the location is good, located near the cable car up the matterhorn! we were given a room located in the annex building, which you have to go out into the open before assessing (q inconvenient..). there were also limited amenities (no kettle, no soap etc). the breakfast tho.... was worth it! (-: staff from the kitchen was also proactive and helpful!"

"Lovely stay! Got the matterhorn view suite and it was so beautiful! The receptionist was also very helpful with guiding us with what we can do at Zermatt! However, need to take note that their reception will only be there till 10pm. It’s actually stated but I didn’t read it so when I arrived Zermatt train station at 11pm, I panicked a little. We flag down the taxi at my own cost, 18chf for 3 people and luggages, they dont provide free taxi after 10pm. Also, the entrance door will be closed/locked after 10pm, we rang the bell and the door opened and they left the key with a letter on the counter for the check in. The breakfast place is also overlooking the Matterhorn and it’s so pretty. Stayed for only 1 night but really enjoyed my stay there!"

"A 3 minute walk from the train station right off of the Main Street in Zermatt and a block away from McDonald’s lol. Super clean, super cute room. The bathroom was older but I was fine with it bc it was well maintained and clean. They provided a hot water kettle and cup which I used every morning. They didn’t provide coffee, but the Coop market was down the street so I was able to get the things I needed for breakfast. There is a very mini fridge in the room, big enough for small things. I’m a solo traveler so this room was plenty for me. They do have breakfast from, I believe 7a - 10a. Different types of bread, fruit, yogurts, it’s not an American breakfast so don’t Great location, 3 minute walk to the free bus stop to take you to any of the gondolas. Highly recommended. I’d stay here again."

Rooms – 9/10 The rooms are cozy, modern, and well-equipped while still maintaining a classic Swiss alpine charm. Many rooms come with Matterhorn views, and waking up to this scenery is an experience in itself. The beds are comfortable, and the rustic wooden decor gives a warm, welcoming feel. Some rooms have balconies, which I highly recommend booking for the full experience. Service – 9/10 The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive. Despite the hotel’s remote location, the service is top-notch, with staff going out of their way to accommodate special requests. From seamless check-in to helpful local recommendations, they make the stay even more special. Dining – 8.5/10 The on-site restaurant serves delicious Swiss cuisine, including traditional dishes like fondue and rösti. The breakfast is generous, featuring fresh bread, cheeses, meats, and eggs cooked to order. The only downside is that, due to the remote location, dining options are limited to the hotel restaurant, but the quality makes up for it. Wellness & Spa – 10/10 The outdoor hot tub with a view of the Matterhorn is an absolute highlight! There’s also a sauna and steam bath, perfect after a day of skiing or hiking. Soaking in the warm water while surrounded by snow-capped peaks is an experience worth every penny. Activities – 10/10 Winter: Perfect for skiing, as the hotel is directly on the slopes. The ski room is convenient, and the access to the Gornergrat ski area is unbeatable. Summer: Incredible hiking trails with direct access to the Gornergratbahn for easy excursions to higher altitudes."
