After surviving a passport control queue that felt long enough to qualify as a second flight, walking into 25Hours Hotel Zurich was pure bliss. We’d booked a Large room for our first Valentine’s weekend together, and it was a brilliant call - spacious, beautifully presented, and hitting that elusive sweet spot between ”industrial-chic” and ”actually comfortable.” The showstopper (quite literally) was the glass shower cubicle standing proudly in the centre of the room. It’s a bold design choice that we loved, and for those who aren’t quite ready to share that much with their partner, it’s easily screened off for a bit of privacy. The free mini-bar and designer coffee were lovely surprises that made us feel like VIPs, and the smart TV’s screen-sharing was a total win; mirroring Netflix from our phones was effortless, making our late-night movie plans a breeze. The staff were truly excellent. We turned up an hour before the official check-in time, but instead of being sent away to wander the streets, the receptionist checked us in immediately with a genuine smile. Furthermore, after we indulged in slightly more red wine than was perhaps wise the night before, the team graciously allowed us a late check-out with zero fuss and no extra charge. That level of empathy is rare, in my experience. If you want high-quality, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully quirky accommodation in a prime Zurich location, look no further. It even smells fantastic - I’m convinced there’s a designer scent being pumped through the air conditioning. (Note to management: if you sell that fragrance in a bottle, please let me know - I’ll take five!) We had a highly enjoyable, relaxing stay and we will definitely be back.

Hotel Bristol Zurich is in a perfect location, especially for a short layover. You’re within walking distance of all the main sights, the Old Town, restaurants, and the train station, which makes exploring the city very convenient. However, the price does not match the experience. The hotel felt more like a dated motel than a centrally located Zurich property. There were no toiletries provided (unless you pay) the breakfast selection was very minimal, and the overall atmosphere lacked warmth. Unfortunately, the front desk service was not welcoming, which made the stay feel even less pleasant. If location is your top priority, it works. But for the price, I expected much more.

The hotel is so cozy and chill. Love it With this moneg, I think they should give a thermal bottle for the room guest to get hot water from the gallery room. The bed is too sharp that is easy to get hurt

The first day when we arrived on the 13th of August , the guy at the front desk was very friendly and polite.The hotel is located near tram and train station and bus station so it is was very convenient to go anywhere. Tram is 4mins walk away ,10mins walk to supermarket and train station. And 15mins by tram to the Zurich airport . Hotel cleanliness is an issue, very dusty floor,dirty sink,and dirty toilet bowl. I even asked twice the receptionist the guy on duty if they can clean our room and put a fresh towel but no one came to clean.Room service is not 24hrs. Air conditioning doesn’t cool the room down. The location is very convenient. The hotel is spacious and clean. The call center was helpful, as the hotel doesn’t have a reception, it’s self check in. We had some trouble at first completing the online check in, but after we figured it out, everything was smooth. As most hotels in Europe, they don’t provide toothbrushes , slippers or water in the room.

Really good modern hotel with spacious rooms. I recommend for the people that decide for this hotel to arrive by car, as it is a bit more remote, the valet parking takes care of the rest. Fantastic restaurant on the 4th floor, in case you don’t want to travel into the city, over all a 5/5 experience!

The hotel is so close to the main station which is very convenient. The room was clean and fresh smelling. There was no fan in the bathroom, so it got pretty steamy after a shower. Continental breakfast was good with fresh breads and croissants. They did have some hot food that was average. Lots of different places to eat close by and close to the old city.

The price is good, the room is small but it has a cutr design. It is enough to sleep in. It's enough. You just need to wait for the check in. Don't forget to check in days before, for you to receive the code. The location is also good.

Overpriced accommodation because the building is old and the bed was not propely maintained upon arrival, also very difficult to find out the room because according to the instruction the room number and floor mentioned on the key, however there was not proper information provided on the key there was too many number it was very difficult to understand especially for tourist person or any new cummers. I would like to suggest they should be allocate the one person in the building who can assist to the people . Bed was totally uncomfortable, LED was too old no smart TV, if anyone coming from any other countries so how they will be understand the Channel on TV. They should be updated the things, I'm not fully satisfied, one main thing on arrival room door was already opened. It was so strange for me and I was struggling to find out the room till 1 hour. Apart from that, location wise it was ok near to the tram, bus, and train station as well as near to the airport.
