藏在竹海山野裏的治癒居所✨ 這次的民宿體驗，完全超出了我的預期，是一段能讓人徹底慢下來的山野時光。 推開房門的瞬間，就被眼前的景緻治癒了。整面牆的落地窗將連綿的竹海、層層疊疊的梯田和蜿蜒的山路都框成了一幅流動的畫，清晨醒來躺在床上就能看見雲霧在山間遊走，傍晚時分夕陽給山林鍍上暖金色，連呼吸都變得格外清新。房間的設計是簡約的原木風，温潤的木質傢俱搭配柔軟的床品，沒有多餘的裝飾，卻處處透着用心。床尾的休閑椅剛好對着窗，窩在上面看看書、發發呆，聽着窗外的鳥鳴和風吹竹葉的沙沙聲，所有的疲憊都煙消雲散。 公共區域的細節也讓人倍感温暖。窗邊的小几上擺着“世界很大 歡迎回家”的木牌，還有新鮮的橘子和小零食，水培的綠蘿透着生機，瞬間就有了家的親切感。民宿的老闆很熱情，會主動介紹周邊的徒步路線和小眾景點，還會貼心地準備早餐，熱氣騰騰的包子、燒麥搭配爽口的小菜，簡單卻充滿煙火氣，讓人從清晨開始就被温柔以待。 民宿坐落在半山腰，遠離了城市的喧囂，卻又不會太過偏僻，開車十幾分鍾就能到鎮上。周邊的景色四季皆宜，春天有漫山的野花，夏天是避暑的好去處，秋天層林盡染，冬天則能看雪落竹海，無論什麼時候來都能收穫不一樣的美景。晚上躺在床上，沒有城市的光污染，抬頭就能看見漫天繁星，這種久違的靜謐與浪漫，是在高樓林立的城市裡永遠體會不到的。 這次短暫的逃離，讓我重新找回了內心的平靜。這裏沒有網紅打卡點的擁擠，衹有最純粹的自然和最質樸的人情味，適合想要放空、充電的人。如果你也厭倦了城市的快節奏，想要找一處地方好好擁抱自然，這家民宿一定不會讓你失望。我已經開始期待下一次的重逢了。

這次入住安吉堯珈山禾稻度假酒店體驗真的遠超預期，必須給個大大的好評！一進大門接駁車服務小哥就到了熱情的幫着拿行李，大堂感覺環境特別舒適，裝修風格簡約大氣，燈光和香氛都恰到好處，讓人瞬間放鬆下來。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品乾爽潔白柔軟，摸上去就知道是定期更換清洗的，連衞生間角落和玻璃水漬都處理得很乾凈，細節處能看出酒店的用心。設施方面也很齊全，智能馬桶、高速WiFi、隔音效果都很棒，晚上睡覺特別安靜。最讓我感動的是服務，前台李總和所有服務員小哥哥小姐姐全程微笑接待，辦理入住高效又貼心，還主動介紹了整個農場的情況，離店時還送了精心準備的伴手禮，真的有種被重視的感覺。總之，無論是硬件還是軟件都無可挑剔，下次來還會選這裏，也會推薦給身邊的朋友！

An excellent weekend escape with plenty to do in the area, great for families and people with dogs. The staff were accommodating and helpful. The grounds themselves are well looked after, but I'm not convinced it's a truly natural landscape... I suspect the pond is man-made.

I had an amazing weekend here. I first saw this place on WeChat Moments and then searched for it on Trip.com. The reviews and prices looked reasonable, and my little sister loved the idea of a room facing the bamboo forest. When we arrived, we were not disappointed at all. The place was exactly like the pictures—very clean and the surroundings were beautiful. Honestly, the only time I left the inn was to go horse riding which is just 10 minutes away by car. Otherwise, I was happy just staying there because there were so many activities to enjoy. My favorite part was the fancy hot springs. I also love singing, so having the whole KTV room to ourselves was a lot of fun. The food was also very delicious. The host family was incredibly warm and kind. My Chinese isn’t very good, but they really tried their best to communicate with us, which I really appreciated. Overall, the place is amazing and definitely worth every penny I spent. 😊

We are an anglophone/francophone family of 4 (with two kids under 5 years) and had an incredible stay at Anji Banyan Tree. The outdoor pool was a highlight of the trip for our whole family. The staff were all very attentive - best service we’ve had from any hotel in years - they were friendly and anticipating what we may need for our children, offering options for vegetarian meals for my husband, etc. Specifically, Ida was our personal concierge during the trip and did a really wonderful job providing information and facilitating experiences for us the whole time. She was amazing. The facilities for children were excellent - tons of fun things to do and peacocks and bunnies roaming the property. Really can’t say enough about the service (especially Ida!), the quality of food (omg the breakfast buffet - there is even a mimosa bar and self serve soft serve ice cream!), the welcome gifts and special touches like burning essential oils in the room every evening, and the VIEW! We will definitely be back.

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

無意間刷到這家酒店，忍不住讓我們從無錫連夜趕赴這家航海船一樣的酒店，一路期待，到酒店的時候已經11:20了，地下車庫裡的接待（有點帥） 在等着我們，幫我們拎着行李，從負一至一樓辦理入住，進了電梯，香水味已經告訴我們此行絕對不負，大廳的吊燈，鋼琴，裝修顯得格外高檔，此刻心情開心程度*99，辦好手續後，我們去二樓，一路過道，一路藝術，長廊裏的鏡子，玻璃可以看到航海故事～走進房間，確實如酒店名字一樣航海船倉，客房裡很香，有點淡淡的橘子味，隨後我們出去簡略的參觀了一下甲板，可以看到不遠處的hello Kitty樂園，總之：不虛此行，值得入住，強烈安利

非常滿意，專門帶孩子來玩的，出發前就已經聯繫，有專屬管家，管家小諾非常好，及時解決各種問題，很熱情，周到。我們住的是主題酒店，那個可愛的小房子，小朋友非常喜歡，房間離樂園很近玩累了還能回房間休息會兒，非常不錯，而且性價比很高，定的房間套餐，包含了門票，還有冰雪世界和萌堡樂園，其他項目基本上是免費的，部分收費，演出很多，從早看到晚，晚上的打鐵花很贊。園區裏餐飲也多的，有小吃，也有餐廳，隨機選了兩家，價格和味道都很nice。推薦哦！

房间干净，风景好，但服务、体验感、性价比一般。 This place is designed for the 'gram, not the 3000 RMB/night experience. The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations. Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers. Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast. Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/ I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub. Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos. The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to. The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with. I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved.

這家別墅三年前來過一次了，還是那些熟悉的面孔，前台小夥子還在，非常欣賞老闆經營的思路和理念，能留得人員住的員工。我們還是住了3年前住過的房間，房間還是乾淨整潔，沒有時間的陳舊感，地板還是透亮的，衹是多有了一些是親子的佈置和花園多了一些草花🌸，第二天退房時碰到打掃阿姨，問3年時間地板怎麼還是這麼亮，她們都地板打蠟保養，很愛惜房子，用心經營，下次還會住她們家的房子。
