"在東隙頂公交站看見灰色房子的對面，有個上鈄路，上去就到了，但一到步就被隔壁狗吠。 來到是沒有職員的，要打電話找老板。隔壁的鄰居奶奶會幫忙。 晚上8半後沒自來水，洗手還是有的。 整體乾淨。 住宿對面公交站就有餐廳（有火鍋）。 還有便當預定（第2天11時才能取）。 往小學方向走，有便利店，餐廳，方便。 老板娘很健談。 附近能看螢火蟲。（見圖） 8，9月雨後還有看見超巨完美彩虹，有時更有雙彩虹。 住宿大廳門口有寫每天日出日落時間。 門口和大廳有三五成群的蒼蠅。 大廳有餐單，詩集，旅遊資訊，茶包（不泡只聞都很香，泡茶飲更是很有層次），咖啡粉，燒水壺。 桌子是以前衣車機那種。 沐浴露是我喜歡的馬鞭草味。 在大廳用餐後要走到很遠的地方洗手，不方便。 廚房洗手沒熱水。 一有人經過，隔壁的狗就吠。 背包房體驗： 床簾質地，我很喜歡。 床很舒服。 竹窗簾，木屋頂，很棒。 有很多置物格子，還有置物櫃（每格都分了床位）。 但沒有Locker 而且不知為何明明同房，同價錢，另一張床卻是又沒床簾，床上又沒插頭，床上下更沒置物格，差別對待。 深夜睡覺時分，隔壁的狗間中會吠。 早餐很飽，蛋餅已分了一件件，貼心；藍莓很甜；菇香牛油味；枝豆是冷的，調味像鹽水雞。 咖啡粉更是老板的朋友親自調配，在外面買不到。 如用餐時，住客不在，老板娘會用紙巾覆蓋食物，但仍有蒼蠅靠近，建議用碟在表面進行密封。 雙人房（附獨衞）： 房大，床大，浴池大，有山景看。 雙房人（公用衞）： 簡約，夠用。"

"清明連假家庭出遊 先說說缺點 1 剛check in時 可能訂單太多 小姐一時間找不到訂房資料 花了一些時間 但小姐態度是ok的 2 廁所光源不足 靠近洗臉盆鏡子上方 整個很昏暗 3 廁所浴室的進出門 做的太大了 開關都很不方便 動線受阻 4 淋浴水壓太小 沖洗起來很不舒服 要改善 5 早餐餐廳桌子上放了一片大玻璃 但玻璃明顯比桌面大 導致玻璃角超出桌面 小孩子不小心撞到肚子 很危險。 建議修改桌角 切齊貼合 或是加裝放碰撞泡綿並加註警語 不然出事真的很危險 6 早餐部分蛋類商品要自己DIY 但是每個人料理功夫有限 厲害的人一次能處理多顆 不厲害的一顆一顆來 讓後面排隊的人快發瘋了 7 退房送的小牙刷禮物 品質堪慮 刷頭無敵硬 會傷牙齦 8 停車場只有戶外 沒有室內或是遮陽屋頂 優點 1 床很舒服 席夢思果然厲害 2 冰箱很冷外型好看 3 房間空間很大 乾淨 舒適 整體來說 個人推薦"

"I am very satisfied. I stay here almost every month. But this is the first time I booked using the trip.com app. When I checked in, the receptionist looked confused when I said that I had booked through the app. I waited for about 20 minutes outside before I could enter. But because I am used to staying here, I didn't mind. I added 2 hours, but the voucher cannot be used on the app and for additional time. So my voucher from last month was wasted. But it's okay, I really enjoyed my break."

"This was really the best home stay experience we ever had! The owners are super kind. Upon arrival, they warmly welcomed us in and gave us delicious tea, apple, snacks, and their good company. The room itself had amazing views over the mountains, tea plants, and sakura. The room was really big, equipped with a good shower and comfortable beds. We even got a free room upgrade and tasty breakfast with fresh fruits. Next morning we were taken on a tour over the Tea Plantation and the owner told us not only about the process but could give us information on all the other plants like coffee plants, flowers, etc. We really hope we can stay here in the future again."

"Highly recommended if you are looking for a chill and comfortable stay. The environment was great, quiet, and relaxing, while the owner was very friendly and helpful. The owner requested an additional TWD200 for my 5-year-old boy and kindly upgraded our room from 3 double beds to 4 double beds. The breakfast was comforting and tasty. They also provided stationery and coloring materials for kids to draw and paint, which was perfect for keeping my little one entertained. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The owner also kindly explained the route to Alishan and even brought us to watch the sunrise, which made the experience even more memorable."

主要是要去故宮南院，所以訂的這個五星級飯店。也惟有以南院為目的地的話，才能說地點好。畢竟附近不太熱鬧。過馬路有7-11。但飯店有租用的腳踏車和電動摩托車。也有高鐵站的免費接駁車，但要預訂。一樓有餐廳，二樓有早、午、晚餐的自助餐，菜色以五星來說只算普通，畢竟在嘉義縣算是小地方，也不能要求太多。3樓有泳池不算大，還好去的時候沒其他人，還有小朋友玩的車子也有乒乓室。一樓寄放行李處也是租車及接駁車處。本來房間4點才能進入，但是三點就給我們房卡了。房間設施還不錯，感覺挺新的。總之，若是要我評分，感覺是四星級不到五星級飯店。總體而言是好的體驗。

Before we arrived, the hotel sent multiple messages to remind us about the soundproof situation due to old hotel construction. However during our one night stay we were not once bothered by the noise. The room was indeed small, not the best fit for people travelling with large luggage. Besides that we love everything about the hotel. We arrived on a super rainy afternoon where the hotel shuttle really came in handy. When the weather is good, the hotel is just a short 5 mins walk from Alishan train station and 10 mins from the bus station. The hotel staff were also amazingly friendly, answering all the questions we had on what to do and getting around. Would definitely stay here again if we come back in the future.

The location of the hotel is excellent. There is a shuttle bus from the visitor center, and it’s also very close to the Trees area, making it easy to explore on foot. Both dinner and breakfast were plentiful and delicious. I recommend arriving before 3 p.m. if possible leave your luggage at the hotel, take some time to walk around nearby, then come back for dinner. We only stayed for one night and arrived late in the mountains around 8 p.m., almost missing dinner. The hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful and kind, and they helped us so we were still able to enjoy our meal. The food was great, and all the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!

I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Applause in the Mountain. Surrounded by nature, the peaceful atmosphere and stunning mountain views made this a truly relaxing escape from the city. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully designed to blend with the natural surroundings. Waking up to the fresh air and scenic views was definitely a highlight of the stay. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and very attentive, making sure everything was comfortable throughout my visit. Their hospitality really added a personal touch to the experience. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway to recharge and reconnect with nature, this is the perfect place. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location is extremely convenient for travellers arrived by rail ss it right beside the train station.The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The hotel also provide 3 free guided tour around the area. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day walk. Overall, this hotel offers great value and an excellent experience—I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed here for two nights. The owner is very nice and helpful. My wife had motion sickness and she gave us some ginger tea to help relieve the upset stomach. We really appreciate her kindness. The location is good, on 54.2km Tai 18 Route (台 18线），very close to Tea and Mist trail and Eryanping trail. Linchuo (林厝） station is 200 meters away and Xiding (隙顶）station also very close. Bus #7322 carries you from the above stations to Alishan Station in 1 hour. It’s great for a day trip. When we choose places to stay, we care about room cleanliness and shower water pressure. We are very happy with both. Breakfast is included and served on rooftop with beautiful mountain views. If simple but good enough for us. You can also enjoy the sunrise here.

got room 201, two queen beds meant for 4 but we only had 2 pax, as 2 pax rooms were unavailable. paid abt 214 for the room in Apr 2026. location was decent, near 711, restaurants and the train station. interior lobby and walkways look refreshed, but the rooms are certainly dated. cleanliness is generally acceptable, but the toilet ventilation produced a slight but noticeable foul smell. wifi was also slow.

We stayed here for one night and the location was definitely a plus since it’s inside the forest area. The room was okay and had the basic essentials, although there was a noticeable old smell and it felt quite warm despite the cold weather outside. The duvet wasn’t properly flattened/prepared, and the pillow was only one and flat, which unfortunately gave me a stiff neck the next morning. The bathroom was nice and had a bathtub, with a dipper and basic essentials. The shower also has a water heater, which was great considering how cold Alishan can get. Overall, it’s not the most homely or cozy place, but if you’re looking for a decent place to stay in a good location, I’d still recommend it.
