It is the best place we have stayed in our Taiwan trip.My husband and I have enjoyed so much the time while we stay there.It is clean, and well decorated to make it as cozy and warm as possible.we were so relaxed and happy there. I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Applause in the Mountain. Surrounded by nature, the peaceful atmosphere and stunning mountain views made this a truly relaxing escape from the city. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully designed to blend with the natural surroundings. Waking up to the fresh air and scenic views was definitely a highlight of the stay. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and very attentive, making sure everything was comfortable throughout my visit. Their hospitality really added a personal touch to the experience. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway to recharge and reconnect with nature, this is the perfect place. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it!

This was really the best home stay experience we ever had! The owners are super kind. Upon arrival, they warmly welcomed us in and gave us delicious tea, apple, snacks, and their good company. The room itself had amazing views over the mountains, tea plants, and sakura. The room was really big, equipped with a good shower and comfortable beds. We even got a free room upgrade and tasty breakfast with fresh fruits. Next morning we were taken on a tour over the Tea Plantation and the owner told us not only about the process but could give us information on all the other plants like coffee plants, flowers, etc. We really hope we can stay here in the future again.

在東隙頂公交站看見灰色房子的對面，有個上鈄路，上去就到了，但一到步就被隔壁狗吠。 來到是沒有職員的，要打電話找老板。隔壁的鄰居奶奶會幫忙。 晚上8半後沒自來水，洗手還是有的。 整體乾淨。 住宿對面公交站就有餐廳（有火鍋）。 還有便當預定（第2天11時才能取）。 往小學方向走，有便利店，餐廳，方便。 老板娘很健談。 附近能看螢火蟲。（見圖） 8，9月雨後還有看見超巨完美彩虹，有時更有雙彩虹。 住宿大廳門口有寫每天日出日落時間。 門口和大廳有三五成群的蒼蠅。 大廳有餐單，詩集，旅遊資訊，茶包（不泡只聞都很香，泡茶飲更是很有層次），咖啡粉，燒水壺。 桌子是以前衣車機那種。 沐浴露是我喜歡的馬鞭草味。 在大廳用餐後要走到很遠的地方洗手，不方便。 廚房洗手沒熱水。 一有人經過，隔壁的狗就吠。 背包房體驗： 床簾質地，我很喜歡。 床很舒服。 竹窗簾，木屋頂，很棒。 有很多置物格子，還有置物櫃（每格都分了床位）。 但沒有Locker 而且不知為何明明同房，同價錢，另一張床卻是又沒床簾，床上又沒插頭，床上下更沒置物格，差別對待。 深夜睡覺時分，隔壁的狗間中會吠。 早餐很飽，蛋餅已分了一件件，貼心；藍莓很甜；菇香牛油味；枝豆是冷的，調味像鹽水雞。 咖啡粉更是老板的朋友親自調配，在外面買不到。 如用餐時，住客不在，老板娘會用紙巾覆蓋食物，但仍有蒼蠅靠近，建議用碟在表面進行密封。 雙人房（附獨衞）： 房大，床大，浴池大，有山景看。 雙房人（公用衞）： 簡約，夠用。

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, which made the stay fairly pleasant. Although it was a last-minute booking advertised as a lake-view room, the lake was quite far and only visible as a distant panoramic view. The washroom was good overall, but the toilet had a standard seat with no bidet, which may not suit all guests. Breakfast options were very limited and not ideal for international travelers. Parking facilities were good, and the service provided by the staff was decent.

Great location and lovely staff, but underwhelming for the price. The location is excellent, and the staff are genuinely kind and welcoming. That said, for the price, I expected more. The room felt very basic—almost clinical—with just two bags of tea and a couple of IKEA-style cups. No extra touches or decorative effort. Breakfast was disappointing as well; everything was already cold, and the selection was minimal. The day before, we stayed somewhere for half the price and had a breakfast that was twice as good. Nothing was bad per se, but overall it didn’t feel like good value, and we likely won’t book again.

地點位置不錯，飯店人員服務很好，會貼心告知各個訊息，迎賓下午茶超讚的，一人一杯飲料加一大份小蛋糕，真的很優，推....房間很大也乾淨，三溫暖設備老舊，池子有點髒，spa也壞了，烤箱和蒸氣室也沒開，若能稍加整理一定更幫棒！泳池一大一小，spa水不深,大人spa小孩玩水好不錯，風景也美麗，早餐雖說不上很豐盛，但該有的都有，竟然還提供牛肉湯，超級加分，因為整修中沒有音樂會，期待整修好後再次入住，感受不同渡假氛圍

The location is good. You can get there by going downstairs from the car park. It is behind the tourist visitor building. However, if you have large luggage, you have to walk around along the road. It is convenient if you plan to get up early to see the sunrise. It is an easy walk to the train station, maybe about 10 minutes.

Location is very central to the park which is the biggest plus point for the hotel. It came with a basic breakfast ( it’s okay to skip if your timing doesn’t fit). The room is small but is consider pretty standard in Taiwan. Staffs are helpful and friendly and you can arrange tour in the hotel. Water pressure for shower is good but the temperature seems like is dependable on other users, so it can be very hot and cold. The room is warm with a dehumidifier. The bed is quite hard but usable. Sound proofing is insufficient, we can hear next door brushing teeth and shower in the middle of the night. Though for the purpose of staying in the Alishan, I would say it would still be a reasonable pricing and stay because it is likely it is a short stay.

We just stay here for 1night for a quick trip in Alishan. The staff is very friendly. She speaks english fluently. It’s clean and offer alishan tea . They have bath tub inside the cr. No bidey . The hotel location is accessible and minutes walk from the shopping center, to the food stall and it’s also minutes walk away to the trail. They do have breakfast but not in the hotel. They only give coupon and tell you where is the resto located for breakfast. The hotel only have shampoo, bath gel so make sure to bring your own personal hygiene kit or you can just buy there . There is a 7/11 nearby but if you want cheaper there is also a small store nearby.
