"酒店非常好，離可可託海礦坑公園景區特別近，設施很新，門口就有充電樁，前台自動給我們升級了山景大床房，大廳也氣派乾淨，房間有起夜燈，這會兒已經有點兒冷了，房間有暖氣，特別舒服，晚上很安靜，整體體驗非常棒，價格還不高，如果有機會會推薦給朋友的，在我們的旅程中目前算性價比最高的酒店了。感覺內地的全季沒有新疆的這麼好。"

"服務員態度有些參差，有一些服務員、工程人員很有笑容、很幫忙、很有禮貌的。 酒店位置好找，設施有洗衣機，乾衣機，操作簡單的，房間明亮，風景也很好。我們的滑雪⛷️裝備也是先寄到酒店的，很方便。入住期間應該太多人，打掃的阿姨都忙不過來，有一天下午4:30才來開始收拾，有一天下午5:30也沒有來收拾，要打電話去叫收一下垃圾，都等了一小時，然後廁紙、紙巾，補給品也放在枱面上，得自己換，被子也簡單疊一下，這樣我都可以理解包容，感覺收拾的阿姨也沒幾個人！阿姨也辛苦。有一天我在小程式買了雪票，酒店門口有一部取票機，離前台只有10步距離吧，我取票的時候出現問題，我很禮貌地去前台問了，她沒有了解我的問題是什麼，直接板樣臉說「沒卡了。」！ 好像我打擾了她一樣！其實我的問題是出卡的上一步🤨，然後我心領神會🧐，不再問她了😔。"

"The resort is beautifully decorated and cosy, and amenities are very modern. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, providing us with sumptious breakfast (with home made) bread and fruits and nuts. They also linked us up and helped us arrange for transport to attractions and back to Fuyun train. To top it all, the dog is super friendly and adorable, and together with the cat, making the stay even more interesting. On the last day, the hosts even drove us to the garden for pictures and to the town. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable."
