We had a very pleasant stay at Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Hot Springs Resort Liyang while traveling around Jiangsu province. The property features great facilities and beautiful, scenic surroundings. Because we were in a rush, we only stayed for one night, but I would definitely recommend booking at least two nights to properly relax and enjoy everything the resort has to offer. A special shoutout to Bing Bing for the warm hospitality and thoughtful service—it made our brief visit feel truly welcoming. Overall, a lovely stay, and we’d be happy to return with more time to spare!

這次和家人來溧陽南山竹海遊玩，入住了宅隱民宿天目湖御水温泉店，整體體驗特別治癒。民宿是簡約新中式小樓，背靠竹林，推開窗滿眼綠意，環境安靜清幽，遠離城市喧囂，完美契合想要田園放鬆的需求。 房間乾淨整潔，軟裝温馨舒適，配套私湯温泉很加分，遊玩一天回來泡個温泉解乏又舒服。老闆待人熱情貼心，會主動推薦周邊遊玩路線，還能安排本地農家菜，食材新鮮地道。位置離南山竹海、御水温泉都很近，出行遊玩特別方便，停車空間充足。 整體性價比很高，不管是情侶短途出遊還是家庭小聚都很合適，想在竹海周邊找清靜民宿的強烈推薦。

炎熱的夏天，能找到一處親子酒店很不錯。 王管家出行之前提前聯繫了我，貼心告知一些住宿細節，提前幫房間佈置好，出行建議 酒店自己的餐飲也不錯，不出門吃到口味很好的飯菜也是很棒，小孩大人都喜歡吃。 酒店靠近南山竹海景區，有擺渡車前往很方便

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

This place is a mountain area, great for relaxing and good for couples enjoying their private time. There is no TV in the room, which is good because you do not want distraction. A really good place for reflection and Getaway from the hustling and bustling life. The service provided is great, and very prompt. They also provide transport back to the train station. If you want to have dinner at their premises, do note that you need to pre-book with them. Or you could call delivery.

入住體驗十分舒心。前台小陳服務熱情周到，辦理入住高效，諮詢問題耐心細緻。民宿環境乾淨雅緻，公共區域整潔安靜，採光通風良好，遠離喧鬧。客房設施齊全完好，衞浴、空調、床品保養到位，使用順暢。整體性價比出眾，細節打理用心，出行落腳優選，關鍵是還可以釣魚，超級適合愛釣魚的人哦，下次出行還會選擇入住在這家民宿的，體驗感很好！！!

這次來天目湖涵田度假村的松果酒店度假，整體體驗超出預期，非常適合家庭休閑放鬆 。 酒店坐落在山林湖畔之間，環境清幽，滿眼綠意，空氣特別舒服。松果酒店主打親子主題，房間乾淨寬敞，童趣十足，園區配套十分完善，無動力樂園、萌寵樂園，園區擺渡車隨叫隨到，不用來回走路，遛娃很省心，吃住玩一站式搞定，真正實現躺平度假 。酒店服務也很到位，工作人員態度熱情，有需求響應及時，入住感受很舒心。 ✨重點必須表揚@嶼奇旅拍！ 在酒店約了@嶼奇旅拍，體驗感直接拉滿。攝影師非常熟悉度假村各個出片點位，懂得利用湖景、草坪、山林的自然光影，不用我們自己找角度。拍攝過程特別有耐心，會細緻引導動作，就算是不太會拍照的人也完全不緊張，抓拍自然靈動，不會僵硬擺拍。粧造精緻貼合度假氛圍，全程沒有隱形消費，溝通順暢，成片氛圍感十足，把天目湖的山水美景和度假的美好瞬間都記錄下來，拿到照片特別滿意，來涵田度假想要留紀念的朋友，真心可以選嶼奇旅拍！

A very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower, good wifi, ideal location, and customer service of a high standard. Location - 10 minutes by taxi from Liyang railway station 15rmb, bus 1 goes to the coach station, and many restaurants within walking distance. Customer service - from the moment I checked in, I received friendly, helpful, and sincere customer service. I was given help when I asked about buses to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast was very delicious (eggs, salad, noodles, bacon, yoghurt, cakes, baozi, corn, sweet potato, rice, soup, and more).

Kemudahan: Sangat mudah, dengan ciri rumah pintar, mesin kopi dan banyak lagi. Setelah dibuka 24 tahun yang lalu, ia agak baru. Kebersihan: Bersih, dengan aroma yang menyenangkan sebaik sahaja anda memasuki lobi. Persekitaran: Direka dengan cantik dan teliti, dengan banyak bintik fotogenik. Kolam renangnya menakjubkan, cantik siang dan malam. Bilik yang ditugaskan kepada saya mempunyai pemandangan yang hebat, pengalaman yang menggembirakan. Perkhidmatan: Aktiviti Festival Pertengahan Musim Luruh adalah banyak, termasuk konsert, bunga api yang indah, kuih bulan dan makanan ringan. Saya seronok meraikan percutian di sini. Jeritan khas kepada pembantu rumah kami, Xiao Tao, kerana sangat prihatin, responsif dan akomodatif! 10,000 mata! 管家小徐非常好 ，這次在南山和園的體驗真的超出預期！剛進園區就被大片的綠地和夜晚的燈光氛圍治癒了，空氣裏都是草木的清香，特別適合想要逃離城市喧囂的人。 空間很大，床品柔軟得像雲朵一樣，一覺睡到自然醒。最讓人感動的是管家服務 週末帶孩子去體驗了皮划艇和喂小動物，孩子玩得不想走。周邊去南山竹海也很方便。總之，是連續 實至名歸的寶藏地，下次還會再來！
