Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

To be honest this place was really disappointing. The room itself was fairly normal with the translucent door for the bathroom, and it was weird that half of the room didn’t even have a window, it was just this empty cube. The hotel is in a very boring place with nothing around. Yes all the amenities and things they have here are real, e.g., hot springs and pool but they’re all quite bad and somewhat dirty. I definitely overpaid and I would never come back. Legitimately 3/10 experience at Liyang

酒店很漂亮，環境優美，處處是景，休閑散步很舒適，自帶室外温泉，不過由於天較熱沒有去體驗，衹在外面看了下，很有意境。房間很大，乾淨整潔，床睡着很舒服，衞生間也非常大。膠囊咖啡機，迷你吧一應俱全，連吹風機都配備的是戴森。帶陽台，床面對着整面的玻璃移門，現野開闊通透，令人心曠神怡。服務周到，管家提前一天即已主動聯繫，發送酒店位置、內部活動以及南山竹海遊覽地圖等各種訊息，全程提供服務，反饋及時。早餐很豐盛，中式西式品種齊全，味道不錯，還有扎肝、麪疙瘩等物色點心，水果有荔枝、龍眼以及常規的西瓜、西瓜等等。家人們都很滿意。

I went to Liyang last weekend. And I stayed at the hotel with my family. I made a reservation for including Package. The hotel was too convenient to go to 南山竹海. It was too close to go. When I arrived at the hotel, I received a warm welcome. I was going to just go 南山竹海. But when we came back to the hotel, it rained outside so I decided to go to the hot spring. It was really nice. Because I thought it would be small, but it was really nice to have a big place and facilities. I don't remember person in charge what name was. But I really appreciate their kindness and plus there was one guy who was really passionate to take pictures. Their picture quality was really good.

相當愜意的一個週末，整個週末天氣非常的好，風和日麗。喝了雞湯，魚頭湯，吃了特色的烤雞，泡了舒服的私湯，2天的睡眠更是出奇的好，在安靜的環境中一覺睡到中午。老闆娘熱情的介紹了周邊的景點，借了民宿的自行車騎行了周邊10幾公里，去了石壩和天目湖。民宿的年輕管家和老闆老闆娘都非常的熱情，晚上還安排了篝火ktv。週末放鬆真的是一個好去處。

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

非常開心的度假，服務頂級！提前幾天管家艾力就微信聯繫好了，一下車工作人員就等在酒店門口幫忙拿行李，艾力還主動跟我們打了招呼，住了不少酒店民宿，這次真的是第一次見到“實體”管家本人，然後就經常見到艾力忙前忙後的。叫擺渡車響應很快，要多加枕頭被子什麼的管家反應堪稱神速，退房時還讓我們等在房間，有工作人員來拿行李，真是誠意滿滿。 榻榻米房間很滿意，房間裏還有卡皮巴拉一家子。温泉，騎馬，喂小馬，蹦床，高爾夫球都非常好，擼貓館住客免費，現在還有兩衹超級活潑的小奶貓，要抓緊時間去擼！ 魚碼頭餐廳味道超級好，位於遊樂區和酒店門口位置，出行方便。温泉邊的茶餐廳口味也很好。要注意餐廳廚師中飯上班到兩點，我們剛到酒店要吃飯時前台還幫忙讓廚師等了我們一下。 唯一要提的是卡丁車，場地太小了，價格倒是和上海正規場地的卡丁車比肩，有些遺憾，希望能改進一下，不要拖後腿哦

A very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower, good wifi, ideal location, and customer service of a high standard. Location - 10 minutes by taxi from Liyang railway station 15rmb, bus 1 goes to the coach station, and many restaurants within walking distance. Customer service - from the moment I checked in, I received friendly, helpful, and sincere customer service. I was given help when I asked about buses to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast was very delicious (eggs, salad, noodles, bacon, yoghurt, cakes, baozi, corn, sweet potato, rice, soup, and more).

The place is great for families! I love the setup of the room- balcony and leisure area. They have outdoor activities like ATV, horse riding and kayaking which we enjoyed a lot. Breakfast has nice options, both Chinese and western food. Distance to Nanshan Bamboo Forest is close, and everything else is accessible from the hotel. If you want to go to Tianmahu lake, you can just get a coach nearby. Altogether our experience for 2 nights was lovely! We will book the same hotel when we visit Liyang again in the future.

Kemudahan: Sangat mudah, dengan ciri rumah pintar, mesin kopi dan banyak lagi. Setelah dibuka 24 tahun yang lalu, ia agak baru. Kebersihan: Bersih, dengan aroma yang menyenangkan sebaik sahaja anda memasuki lobi. Persekitaran: Direka dengan cantik dan teliti, dengan banyak bintik fotogenik. Kolam renangnya menakjubkan, cantik siang dan malam. Bilik yang ditugaskan kepada saya mempunyai pemandangan yang hebat, pengalaman yang menggembirakan. Perkhidmatan: Aktiviti Festival Pertengahan Musim Luruh adalah banyak, termasuk konsert, bunga api yang indah, kuih bulan dan makanan ringan. Saya seronok meraikan percutian di sini. Jeritan khas kepada pembantu rumah kami, Xiao Tao, kerana sangat prihatin, responsif dan akomodatif! 10,000 mata! Saya datang khusus untuk melihat lokasi foto yang diidamkan, dan saya berjaya merakam foto lokasi yang sama. Saya sangat gembira!
