Thanks to her, our vacation was completely stress-free and incredibly comfortable.
The hotel itself was also wonderful—clean, with cozy rooms and a great location—but it was the assistant’s attentiveness and professionalism that truly made our stay special. A huge thank you for such a warm welcome!

"超過期待，本來還想着凌晨一點多到，早晨八九點就要離開了，訂這樣貴的酒店不划算的。
現在很慶幸我的決定。
凌晨走過小路，像闖進了精靈世界，孩子們一進屋，瞌睡全無，要不是怕打擾別人，都忍不住尖叫了。凌晨兩三點才睡，興奮得八點就醒了，樓上樓下屋前屋後跑——很多年後他們會忘記自己來過天目湖，爬過南山竹海，他們一定不會忘記住過這樣一棟可愛的森林小屋！
對了，感謝店家，看我們人多，還給升級了三居室。"

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming.
The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay.
A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future!

PPengguna TetamuWith our own private pool and in-house hot spring tub, we were enjoying a wonderful off-season quiet stay at this beautiful resort. The location is superb. Our villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, trees and bamboo forest. The villa has a large sitting room with tea table, oversized sofas and a crystal sharp TV. The bedroom is also very large with soft duvet cover. A huge bathroom with shower and toilet separated. Amenities are luxuries and in good sizes. The best of all was the service. We were pampered by ever detailed attention from the resort staff. The breakfast was also rich in local highlight's and delicious. We heard the resort will be snow capped during the winter time. We cannot wait coming back to see the different sight.

HHandsome2482This place is a mountain area, great for relaxing and good for couples enjoying their private time. There is no TV in the room, which is good because you do not want distraction. A really good place for reflection and Getaway from the hustling and bustling life.
The service provided is great, and very prompt. They also provide transport back to the train station.
If you want to have dinner at their premises, do note that you need to pre-book with them. Or you could call delivery.

GGreat Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away.
💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park.
💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry….
❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning.
❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud.
❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them.
❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car.
🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel.
🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole.
I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

I love the bamboo sea forest the best! I was not aware that the hotel I booked was mainly for family with Children! We have a room with dinosaur blankets!

TTarnsA very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower, good wifi, ideal location, and customer service of a high standard. Location - 10 minutes by taxi from Liyang railway station 15rmb, bus 1 goes to the coach station, and many restaurants within walking distance.
Customer service - from the moment I checked in, I received friendly, helpful, and sincere customer service. I was given help when I asked about buses to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast was very delicious (eggs, salad, noodles, bacon, yoghurt, cakes, baozi, corn, sweet potato, rice, soup, and more).

PPengguna Tetamu與家人從上海自駕來溧陽遊玩選擇入住潥陽南山和園開元名都度假村，主要考慮離宜興窯湖小鎮衹有15公里，離溧陽天目湖、平橋石壩也衹有20公里，南山竹海近在咫尺，直線距離2公里，出行遊玩方便。酒店佔地面積很大，開車進入逛了一圈也沒逛全，可以想像一下酒店之大。植被豐富，有大片的茶園，風景很好，活動設施多，有騎馬、卡丁車、寵物樂園、垂釣等，適合親子家庭全家出遊。酒店有別墅區，臨湖而居。我們入住的是主樓，陽台對面就是南山竹海，羣山連綿，空氣清新，有鄉村酒店的感覺。由於淡季出行，我們週日入住，共住了三天，週一早上是自助餐，週二、週三早上是半自助，這一點有點出乎意料。由於現在是淡季且非週末，酒店入住率低，在酒店用晚餐選擇比較少，衹能去南山竹海餐飲一條街用餐。總體來説，酒店服務比較好，員工盡心盡力，真心希望酒店加大宣傳力度，並進一步提升平日的餐飲，以吸引更多的遊客來入住，因為酒店的位置和環境值得更多人選擇入住。
